I went in to add an iPhone XR to my phone plan which I created at this kiosk, my payment for the Xs max I added 4 months prior was only the sale tax, so I assumed my payment for the xr would be the same, I was wrong and the payment was nearly $300 my fault for not coming prepared, guy seemed so nice while I went for my first visit and even offered to hold the phone, however he had already added the phone to my line, I checked my phone bill for this month and I’m being charged for the phone I never got, I sat on the phone with my carrier and they told me to go back to the kiosk, went back and the same guy who “helped” me was there and blatantly didnt care that he messed up and told me there was nothing he could do bc he doesn’t communicate with the company he communicates with India? I’ve talked to my carrier for hours at this point and every single person has told me that they need to fix it bc they have no proof at the company I never received the phone, hopefully it will be fixed I do not want to pay nearly $1k for a phone I never got or get my credit completely ruined at 19.
