Big store, easy to navigate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking!

Whoever works at this store, doesnt like to answer the phone. You can tell theyre hanging up on you (ring times are always different). They also always have less inventory/stuff on the shelves than other Michaels Ive been to. Id really rather not go to hobby lobby so Ill keep going here but Id really like for someone to answer the phone so I dont have to drive 45 min for you to be out of what I need anyway.

Great selection of crafts and well laid out (though I wish corporate would stop changing the floor plan every six months.) I can always find the perfect decor and supplies for my personal crafts and small buisness.

Fun store to visit. Not too may sales though, very expensive stop, lol

Its okay. The staff were nice enough. I went into buy 2 things & left the store with neither. Their prices are way too high.. Youre MUCH better off ordering better quality products ONLINE for much lower prices. If you cant wait & need something right away then try Michaels but, dont be surprised when they dont have it..

This is the cleanest michaels that Ive been to by far, and with the most helpful staff! The people here really care about the customers and it shows. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Up until today I have had great experiences at Michael’s. I ordered silicone replacement bulbs for my candles. After my curbside order was placed in my car I decide to check it and unfortunately they were lg non silicone bulbs. So I go inside and get the attention of someone who seems to be the manager and explain. He looks at them and says aren’t they the same. I tell him not even close and then he says without looking “well I don’t think we have them”. I tell him the website says yes they do and then I tell him I’m going to check. Good thing I did....there were plenty. I know people make mistakes but have a clue about customer service!!!

Near nice selection of stores just off highway. L L BEAN, TARGET, LOES, INCLUDED. Michaels has great selection of all the creative stuff you need for all sorts of projects. Very fair pricing too.

This Michaels is always clean and the selection is usually well kept. The employees are friendly and always have an idea where products are. As of yet never had a negative experience at this place and always happy to return.

Love this place. Always good coupons. Only reason they have 4 starts is bc they had a lot of out of stocks although it could be due to covid in which case theyre shopping the best they can and still have a great selection

Loved the store in other locations, workers I am close with are awesome. They repackage product that is non usable after I have returned it. Taped back up selling for full price. They were distress ink pads by Ranger that were totally dried up. Wow!
