The cashier Debbie was so nice and wonderful to be with. We were able to find everything and she even knew of a coupon on the target app that she let us scan before paying with the app. Great customer service 11/10 she went above and beyond my expectations for a box store.

Very comfortable feeling when shopping. Today, the cashier was so very helpful to me. I wanted to give him a cash tip, but he said no thank you. He just wanted to be of service. He is an excellent employee! So very helpful!

A mediocre target. I live in the upper south shore and frequent Braintree, Dorchester and Abington Targets and this is a bit below each of those. I came for Christmas ornaments and was disappointed in the mangled selection of somewhat empty bins, it is only December 12th, Christmas is still 2 weeks away. Also the prices for a lot of ornaments where pretty expensive. This and other items seemed to be higher in price than other Target stores, the app will tell you this too when using it to scan items “see store for price” that is kinda whack.But this store isn’t super clean, a lot of stuff was thrown about and it was hard to get a smile out of any of the employees. I understand it’s close to closing time and you work in retail but meh. I would give this Target 3.5 stars. It also closes early in comparison. I suppose perspective is relative!

I absolutely love this store..it’s my favorite, however, they are upgrading the store and the music they are playing is extremely irritating..I don’t know who selects it I have asked the cashiers and they said the corporate managers pick it out but it’s horrible it’s a pounding sound that makes me want to leave the store..can’t they select something a bit more soothing or comfortable..please do something?

Reading email and following pick up instructions for pre paid order was incorrect. Do not attempt to pick up your prepaid order using barcode provided on your receipt. Instructions state that ID OR BARCODE may be used. They ONLY except your ID. Pulling up your TARGET receipt with barcode is a waste of time.

My pick up order was ready super fast. The employee put all items in my car for me and was very pleasant. Love target pick up!

Always a great experience! This is our first time back in the physical store this year when we normally are there a few times a month, and it was perfect. They had an easy to read board at the front for the current hot items that people need, and were very clear in those areas of how many you could purchase. Very well done! Employees as always are very friendly and helpful and all were being very safe, for themselves and customers.

Wareham location drive up pick up service is severely underprepared. All Target stores should take notes from Dartmouth Ma, location because they are a well oiled machine of effectiveness!!!!!

The shelves were a mess and a lot of product wasnt on the shelves. I also had to find a cashier to take the security tag off my item after I paid because no one was at self check out

Availability of the product I was looking for versus Walmart. I also appreciated the new white board at the front of the store giving the status of high-demand products.

I was waiting for my curbside order and I was next out of three customers and I ended up being served last by an associate who had a terrible attitude. She was short, sassy and acted as though she was above me. The experience was terrible. I will not use these services again nor will I recommend them. Next time Ill go down the street to Walmart.

We bought 65 TV pick it up, brought it home, set it up to find out we were given the wrong model, so I was so upset brought the TV back to the store and talked to the manager .The lady manager apologized and corrected the issue right away,double checked and made sure that we got the right TV and gave us gift card for the inconvenience . Im so grateful she was the manager on duty tonight, she turn our bad experience to a great one. Will definitely comeback to this store again I know they will take care of any error as quickly as possible.

Great service by employees that are risking their good health so I can buy food.

Its a typical one stop shop place. We did have someone assist us right away with getting a bookshelf from the back, which leads me to saying there was a decent amount of empty shelf space in certain areas. I used the target app which has a neat where in the store is it, which doesnt work when the details arent updated. The store had different types of items than the items I was looking for.

I love Target. Great merchandise and variety, great prices, great staff and convenience with pick up and delivery services.I researched and compared items to buy for my sister to get ready for her baby due mid-october on the site, then ordered online for pickup at the Wareham store of some items and delivery of several others that were unavailable for pickup.The order was ready long before the promised time of 2 hours. There was a minor problem of one item becoming unavailable at the store. I was promptly emailed and offered delivery or a pickup at another store. I chose to pickup in Kingston and everything was good.The staff at both locations were friendly, efficient and professional and there was very little wait time. In Kingston, as I was picking up a larger item, I was offered walk-out service, but chose to just load the stroller in a carriage and take it out myself (it was pouring rain so I didnt want to subject an employee to the weather unnecessarily)I have never had an unpleasant experience at any Target that Ive visited so it remains one if my favorite retailers and just keeps getting better!

Ordered online for pickup. Received a message that my order was complete and ready. Drove over 45 min to pick up only to be told in store that they had to cancel the order because they couldnt complete it. Really would have been nice to be told that via email, text or phone call (which they had all three on my order sheet) prior to making the drive.

The customer service is outstanding! I had the pleasure of working with the West Wareham, manager, Matt. I was ordering online from Virginia for a pickup by my grandchildren and son-in-law. Matt walked me through the process over the phone. The pickup went so smoothly. Two weeks earlier, I worked with a customer service person, Henry, at the same store in West Wareham. Again, I was ordering online from Virginia, arranging a pickup by my grandkids, and again it went so smoothly. I credit good training, great management, and a high priority placed on customer satisfaction.

Always find MORE than what I need - great selection, pricing, service and welcoming environment. CLEAN and well-cared for environment.

Cleanliness, ease of finding products Im looking for, and variety...I would like to add that the only thing you dont carry that I wish you did is Lestoil all purpose cleaner.

The store was overall neat, but as per usual my complaint is there were a lot of employees who didnt look busy or willing to engage with guests throughout the store. I happily left and went and got a few items elsewhere where I could get assistance

I normally like Target but today I had a very frustrating experience with customer service. I bought a floor lamp today and went home to put it together. I got most of it together then noticed I was missing some of the screws. I didnt see the size of the screw anywhere or Id just go to the hardware store, so I figured Id see if they could provide them for me. I called and the five different ppl I spoke with were pleasant but then Target told me that in order to get the screws I need from them I have to take the lamp apart, get it back in the box, drive all the way back, return this one, get a new one, drive it home and rebuild it with the screws because its easier for the store. Seriously? Enough said.

I went to target to purchase a new phone. I was returning a phone I purchased 24 hours ago. This experience of purchasing the first phone took well over an hour to do. Once I returned the next day to exchange the phone they told me that I had to wait 48 hours before getting the phone I wanted. I had to wait 2 days with no phone because the target computers could not do my exchange until 24-48 hours later. Very inconvenient.

Terrible experience cashing out with young cashier. I was overcharged by over 50 dollars. Watch your reciepts! Wife bought false nails and cashier multiplied them 8 times charging me 55 dollars for one package of nails. Also rang up my eggs three times and over charged for a mango.

Raphael the manager of the Wareham Target Mobile is disrespectful, arrogant and will not take responsibility for any mistakes made to your account. They cannot upgrade a phone without catastrophe including and not limited to changing your billing plans, LAPSING INSURANCE ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE and causing blood to boil. Raphaels unintelligent demeanor is a problem and his trainee that appears to be an absent minded Junior Jersey Shore double is unhelpful with any of your questions and to busy throwing toys in the air to be bothered to help you. Go to a licensed provider.
