I am never disappointed when I get my favorite coffee and breakfast sandwich from my favorite coffee chain, I love Starbucks and rarely have had any issue with anything I ordered, and if I did, they go out of their way to correct it and arent so greedy or wasteful as to take back the mistake and throw it away, they let the customer decide whether to keep or throw it away and replace it with the correct item(s) . If you want yummy coffee and food, go to a Starbucks. They always treat customers right and every order is individualized to the customer.

To the kind kind human with the beautiful colored hair, who was at the Wareham, MA Starbucks drive-thru this evening... thank you for being so very kind without judgement to me today. My card got declined and I of course am having one of those days where nothing can go right ( it happens), a feeling (and look probably) of panic waved over me thinking that i had just gotten my one treat for the week for myself and now having no way of paying for it. They told me in the most non-judgmental way possible youre all set, have a great day. Tears started to well up as I took my coffee and said thank you. I know these things happen and unfortunately I didnt get your name tonight but i just wanted to say from the bottom of my heart, Thank you so much. I know everyone says that you truly do not know what kind of day someone is having, so be kind. This happened to be one of those times. I will most certainly pay it forward

The baristas here are seriously underrated. They do a fantastic job keeping up with the demand and they make perfect drinks every time I come here! Get these folks a raise!!

Clean. Good, strong coffee COVID-19 compliant. When its busy it slows down and becomes a parking lot of people.

Manager is VERY RUDE will not be going back, after I stood in line for 10 plus minutes to only be told they were out of my drink. This is not the first time this has happened. I also called and spoke to corporate about the manager I am also over the way she is belittling her baristas. I have seen it for the last time. Not sure why she still has a job. Customer service and management duties (ordering product so you don’t ALWAYS RUN OUT) are not her strong qualities.

This is one of the few Starbucks where you can get the new Blonde Espresso, which in my opinion has revolutionized espresso. It is THE BEST ESPRESSO Ive tasted other than being in Costa Rica or Europe. The problem is they dont have ANY advertising in the store that they carry it, so the Starbucks community has no idea what theyre missing.

Very good experience for my first time

Stood in a long line for several minutes being ignored to take my order. No apology when she finally realized I was standing there with a line of 6 people behind me.Saw a now hiring sign, it’s clear they are in need of some good help. It took me 15 minutes to get a coffee...which they still put whip cream on despite me saying “no thank you”.Someone, please help this store. For all of us.

Not my favorite Starbucks, but I’ve gone there a few times when going to Target. Today I stopped by just because I wanted coffee, asked for extra caramel in my caramel macchiato, got less caramel then when I don’t ask for extra, wish I noticed it earlier so I could have asked for more.
