Print Center in Wareham is Amazing! Allison, Adam and the rest of the team have been so accommodating. I have been in and out of there for the last two weeks and the customer service is fantastic!

People here hate their job. Transferred 5 times to ask if something was in stock. This isnt a superstore.... But because the website stated the product was in stock but couldnt process one hour pickup over website I figured it would be easier to call and drive over. I was wrong lolNot the first time, they cancel orders with no warning, awful prices and service. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else (amazon)

I was up visiting home from Florida for a few weeks visiting my mom. We had to stop by staples to get a few office supplies, I noticed an advertisement on the way in: $100 to Fix a Cracked/ Broken/ iPhone case. Went there to print my document, they did not want to print because they did not know if that the paper would break the printers. I brought the same paper 2 weeks earlier and they printed... Went to staples in Fairhaven and they had no problem printing my document.

Dropped off 2 packages at their counter. 10+ days later, theyre still not returned. Called to find out whats going on. After explaining my situation, got passed on to another associate just to repeat what I already said. This associate was too lazy to look through his list of tracking numbers to help me out. Suggested calling UPS. Definitely recommend NOT using this store for a UPS drop off.

I had some items printed here on this occasion, the service was reasonably priced and professionally done. The staff member was polite and courteous, Im very pleased.

Went in to possibly purchase a laptop today, sales men talked to me like I was the dumbest human alive, tried to sell me spyware that only he could supply, and stated I needed him to program my new computer and I wouldnt care about anything besides the computer with a hard drive and pixels wouldnt be understood by or useful to me!?!????? All this without me saying a word about what I wanted! Kiddo I was programming computers while you where still in diapers! Needless to say, staples lost a customer today..... and a pretty good size purchase.

Poor service in the ups store. 15 minute wait to be told they do not ship candy. Really. Ups does not ship candy? Fully boxed candy in it original store display packaging.. I will never waste my time at staples. What a joke....

My experience here was so pleasant. My MIL had passed away a week before and it had been so stressful with all we had to do. We were having a celebration of life gathering for her so I designed, paid for 250 prayer cards online and has them sent here to print out. I called to make sure they were done and headed down to pick them up. The clerk in the copy center was so nice and told me he was sorry for my loss and that he liked the cards I had made. There was also an Our Condolences card from the store signed by Allyson. I took them home and we realized that they laminated 10 of the cards for free for our family. It was just a small, simple gesture that really made a difference in such a hard time. So thank you Wareham Staples staff, sometimes its the simplest interactions that leave the biggest mark on someone.

The staff is VERY nice. No complaints there.I waited 15 minutes for the printer to spit out a receipt after I made copies. Staples as a whole needs to fix this. 5 minutes I can kind of understand, 15 is insane.

Read the reviews, I should have before coming here. Laziness only overshadowed by incompetence with an air of entitlement all from a yocal of Brocton by the Sea this place should do about as well here as the bookstore did!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. Sales associates were nowhere to be found, asked a cashier and waited for 5 minutes for him to page someone. Employee comes out, scans the barcode of product we needed, then disappears without saying a word. ?? We assumed he went out back to check for it? We continue walking around store, waiting (not even sure for what) A good ten minutes go by, another employee walks up to us and says sorry, we dont have anymore. We ended up going to the Fairhaven staples on our way home and the second we walked in an employee greeted us and told us if we need any assistance just let him know. And...they had what we were looking for! So at least it was a happy ending.
