So I needed a return “like the easiest thing to do” and this old dude just kept saying that the butane was working. Like I’m happy you got it to work in your store grill but it doesn’t work for me at home with my stuff so he wouldn’t give me a return or a different one. Worst service I ever had to deal with and the dude was completely useless. Would give -1 starts if I could. Like does. He think I have the same grill or something

After buying paint at Lowes then abushaon the difference was 1 gallon for a room 3 coats. Abushaon Benjamin moore covered in 1 coat. I did 2 out of habbit. I paid 8 dollars more but saved hours in labor and time. I was in and out of store in 10 minutes. Didnt have to search for help. Will always use my local hardware store.

Good local hardware store. Prices are as you would expect. Not the cheapest but also not outrageous. Theres a good selection of the sorts of items youd expect. The employees are friendly and helpful. Nice alternative to the big boxes.

The manager and Assistant manager are rude and unprofessional. I purchased a (1) Ton of wood burning pellets from them. which they are selling Green Supreme which I bought earlier in the year from home depot and had good luck with, but they were sold out so I went to Aubuchon which had approx. 20 tons of these pellets outside, and now I know why they still had so many. After purchasing the pellets we went outside to load up the bags in my truck. as soon as we opened up the protective wrap around the pellets we noticed there was damaged bags as in some of the bags had been cut open, and other damaged from water getting into the bags. so in total we had 15 bags damaged. (That they replaced for us). So we loaded up all the bag, and took them home. unloaded them and brought a few bags inside to burn them. as soon as I put them in the stove we noticed a performance difference. so we gave it a shot still and burned a few bags to make sure it wasnt just 1 of the bag, but with no change. so I called Aubuchon back, and they was fighting with me that I was wrong, and they already replaced the damaged bags. So I tried to explain to them the bags have absorbed some moisture and how have a higher moisture % content then they are suppose to have when burning causing the burn temperature to drop. After a few calls with both the managers, I was told I can bring the remaining bags of pellets back for a refund, but I would not be allowed to buy another ton from them again. which is basically saying we dont believe you and your a bad customer. their reason was because they sold 20 tons of these pellets and no one has complained, and then I explained to him, when was the last time you opened up a ton of pellets and had 15 damaged bags from water. he said never happened, and then I said that is what im trying to tell you! we got a lemon ton it is not your fault or mine, but I got a bad batch of pellets and you blaming me as a customer for that issue I did not create. So needless to say dont buy pellets from them or really anything else unless you know It is something you cant get somewhere else. Also to make sure I wasnt crazy I called home depot explained the same thing to them as I bought pellets from them, and there was no questions, the said bring them back and we will replace them all for you.

This store is not far from where I live. I often go there to shop rather than go to Lowes or Home Depot. The store is well stocked and the sales people have always been very helpful.

Great staff, good selection, priced similar ( or less ) to the big box stores & you can park 20 away. Store manager refers to you by name ( once they type in your rewards # ) Ive never had a bad experience there. They open the 2nd register as soon as a second person gets in line.
