I ordered and PAID FOR ammo on March 5th 2021. They wrote it in their notebook and charged my credit card for the full amount including shipping to my home in Oregon. I have yet to receive it. We were told, by Nate, on several occasions that it was being put in the mail on the next day. Now they wont answer their phone, emails, text messages or open their doors. We paid them $1284.00.

We paid $360 to have them put a diff receiver on our gun almost a full year ago. My husband went to get our gun and money back after growing tired of excuse after excuse. They refused to give back the gun or our money. After the cops were called, they cut off the new receiver and brought out our gun completely in pieces. They originally refused to give back any money at all, eventually they gave him some ammo to make up the difference. Its no wonder this place has a bad rep and is headed towards shutting down completely. We used to recommend it constantly to friends but never again.

The owner Nate is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. He did amazing custom work for me. Gene was also a huge help to me. They kept me updated along the process. They also have the quickest return on ammo I’ve found in the nation. Check this place out.

Had my Sig cerakoted and laser engraved. The staff was very helpful in picking out a color scheme and laser design that match perfectly with the handgun.

Im only leaving a one star review because there isnt an option to go any lower. After being told two separate times that I could come by on Saturday to get my things that I was having cerakoted(only to drive seventy four miles and discover the business was closed) I had to file a police report and threaten legal action to retrieve my property. When I did finally get my property, the work was terribly subpar. Black overspray (from another project apparently)was all over my two items that were cerakoted fde. I will NEVER do business with this establishment again.
