Took my Jeep there in July. I had a check engine light on, and my ac wasnt working. They took care of the engine light issue no problem. They replaced the blower on my ac unit. Today my ac stops working. I take it by to see if it is under warranty as it should be. They took a look and said it was a loose connection, and a wire had shorted. The tech said someone wrapped the connection with cheap tape. I told them that they had to be the ones to do it because no one else had worked on it. The tech said no, it was before them. He handed me an estimate for about $150. I told him I didnt want it. He insisted, I threw it in the parking lot and drove off. I got a call from the manager. I thought he was going to make it right. No, he called to fuss at me for throwing trash in his parking lot! I went home, fixed the issue myself for less than $10. I wont be back. Not sure where they are getting 4 and 5 star reviews unless they are doing the reviews themselves! They are a rip off!

This is the place to go in Warner Robins when you need an oil change. Price is significantly more reasonable than at most shops in area. And the staff is not only polite and professional, but charming, polite and professional. They try to take care of you as soon and as quickly as possible. And they even explain things to clueless middle aged women with a confused look on their face.

The guys that work there are very thorough, courteous and fast! I’ve been going there for years and would not change a thing!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have 2 warranties on my car and they tried to charge me for a diagnostic that is covered under the warranties. They never even called to see what was covered! They didn’t even fix what they were supposed to. They “fixed” one thing (so they said). I picked up the vehicle today. My engine fans still do not work so now I have to take it somewhere else. They had my vehicle for almost 5 days and literally changed my oil. I hope that they did that right lol. They originally told me that I needed a new radiator cap(which they didn’t replace), a new fuse for engine fans(they still don’t work), strut mounts, (which they said it was probably just “bumpy roads” as to why my car was making so much noise when I drove—insert eye roll) I told them before I picked it up I wanted that done. This place is a freaking joke.

I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WITH RAFFIELD WHOM WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM HOW THEY EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE AND TAKE TIME TO ACTUALLY TALK TO CUSTOMERS, AND THEYRE LITERALLY UP THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE. Literally the worst service ive ever seen. Was here for over an hour with only one barely in front of me. The employees are back and forth and cant focus on their tasks for more than a few minutes.

I just bought my Subaru from a dood off Craigslist and could immediately smell oil burning after driving the car home. I tried a few other places that said they could help me for a week. I called precision tune and they said to bring it in and see what they can do. After checking underneath the car they told me the oil pan was bleeding oil. They then told me they can help and started work immediately. Even though they were short handed, Jason and his crew pressed on through fixing the oil pan leak all while addressing every vehicle that came their bays. I am officially a customer for life given their no quit approach to helping me get back on the road.

Great Service

My first time visiting today, and I was nervous because I had both my Wrangler and my Range Rover (not the cheap American one). But they were diligent and good with their work. They fixed everything and above all, did not charge me an arm and a leg. Plus, they were all nice, and talkative. I would recommend giving them a try for sure.

I went the other day and got my tires rotated. I looked and thought I saw something which made me think that they did not get rotated. I called up there the manager told me to come up there and I would do it for me. They did just that very quickly with no questions asked. not going to lie I was heated thinking that I was right but I was wrong. The manager showed me a video where in fact my tires were rotated. I offered to pay for them fixing my stupid mistake and he would not take any money from me. That being said I apologize and thank you so very much for a job well done

I went in to get an oil change and my tire pressure adjusted on 9/18/2020, here it is Tuesday 9/22/2020 I went to do some errands and my car overheated and suddenly my oil light is now on. I never had this problem up until now, and I will never use Precision again this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with them.

My husband and I use precision almost exclusively. Even though Im hardly ever the one to take the cars in, the girls there always say hi and ask how our daughter is doing.I was planning on getting some things done while waiting for an oil change today and hardly even got my computer turned on before they were done!Super fast, super friendly- you cant beat it!!

Sent home with only one lug nut tightened on wheel. Could have been a life threatening catastrophe!!!Did they check brakes? Yes. Did they fix an issue with improperly installed pads? Yes. Did they correctly diagnose an engine mount issue? Absolutely. When they completed their inspections, did they properly install the wheel by tightening all lug nuts? NO!I cannot stress enough how huge an issue this is. Imagine driving and then an entire wheel falls off your vehicle, forcing the vehicle to slam into the ground, rotor to road, and God knows who all being harmed in the process. Literally ONE nut was tight, and all others were almost completely falling off the studs.I dont care how many things they got right. This is a LIFE THREATENING WRONG!

WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I paid $900 for them to fix an oil leak on my car. In order to fix the leak they had to remove the transmission and then reinstall it. After I picked up my car I noticed the transmission jumping so I took it back and they said they would take care of it no problem. They kept my car for a whole week just to tell me there was nothing wrong with it so I could come pick it up. During this week I called several times and they kept telling me they didn’t know anything and they would call me back. They never called me back. When I finally picked up my car, it wouldn’t start. So they came out to jump start it and the guy said “yeah I had to jump start it the other night because the battery was dead”. They never mentioned that before. I’ve NEVER had problems with the battery on this car. When they got the car started, I noticed the inside lights were left on. Which is probably why my battery died. This was yesterday. This morning my husband went to leave for work and the car would not start. We called and told them they messed up our battery and they refuse to take responsibility and they hung up on us. WILL NOT BE BACK. Don’t take your car here unless you want more problems when you leave.

Unbelievable service!!! We broke down on the highway traveling to MI from FL. It was 4pm on a Thursday and we had to call a tow truck so I didnt think there was any way a repair shop would be able to even look at it much less fix it that day. We were frantic and my wife looked up repair shops near us while I worked on a hotel. Dan at Precision answered and to our surprise said they would stay late and make sure we were taken care of. We had to wait for a tow truck and didnt end up getting our car to Precision until around 4:45/5pm. They got us in right away and went to working on a diagnosis. While they were looking at it, they came in to personally let us know what was happening and to see if we needed anything. Great communication which was very much appreciated. They found it to be a relatively simple fix but did have to run to get a part (after their business hours). They got the part, installed it and did some checking to make sure other parts were intact and safe (all after their normal hours). When they were done, the bill wasnt even 1/3 of what I expected. There only concern was that we get back on the road to MI safely. I cant thank Dan, Austin and the team enough. I wish they were in MI for future repairs or maybe Ill have to travel to GA for future car repairs. They are at the top in customer service!!! Thanks guys

So normally I don’t do reviews but I feel it’s necessary...I brought my car in bout a month ago to have a tune up done ...done..but still had the same problem...brought it back for check engine light issue...guy fixed a mass air flow sensor but that didn’t fix the problem ...still have issues with my car not starting as it should and running rough..took it back again for them to tell me it’s a purge flow valve issue which that’s BEEN the issue the entire time...which shoulda been fixed before kicking out $300 plus dollars for the map sensor that I really didn’t need ....also says I have a bad alternator and they’ll reduce the price for the valve and alternator which is STILL more money...it woulda been nice for my problem to have been corrected the first time and fix what the check engine code specified in the first place

I had just left the watson store where they tried to charge me 375 for a leak inspection. I thought that was insane. The staff here was very friendly. Wait time seemed a little lengthy but there are restaurants around to visit that are in walking distance should you want to grab a bite to eat. They were able to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate. Prices are reasonable suppose according to the type of work youre having done. A good place to take your car for service. Free WiFi while you wait.

Great place to go for repairs, theyll take care of your car and try to keep the price down. Their warranty is excellent, too - when my car started leaking oil after going to their shop, they sent a tow truck and fixed it by the next day free of charge. I only took off a star because the original repairs on my car took a few days longer than the original estimate and it was difficult to get in touch with them during those few days while checking on the status of the repairs.

We’ve been using precision for 4 years and haven’t had an issue until this week. I dropped off my car after it broke down this weekend and on Saturday was told it was a bad belt and would be ready that afternoon. I received a call that afternoon that the issue was fixed and that I could pick it up. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it back to the shop Saturday so I went to pick it up Monday morning first thing. When I arrived at the shop, after driving across town, they told me that they found another issue on Saturday and that the repair was going to cost another $300 but that it would be fixed Monday afternoon. After waiting all day for the repair I was notified again that another issue existed that cost another $200 but that it would be fixed before closing. My wife dropped me off at the store at 5:15 only for me to wait 30 minutes before they told me the part was coming from Macon and wouldn’t be there before 6 but that they’d have it ready for me first thing in the morning. Come Tuesday morning I call first thing and it is not ready but it would be ready around 9/9:15. 2 hours later the car was finally ready for pick up and $500 more than what I was originally told would be the fix. Upon pick up I asked about a discount and was offered $107 discount for the inconvenience by the receptionist (she understood customer service), however she had to check with the manager to ask if it was ok and the manager refused to give any further discount because “they already did work and ordered parts not charged” that we were only told about after asking about a discount. This shop will find every thing possible to charge you for and rather than give you the courtesy as the customer to tell you what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix and when it would be ready, they don’t value their customer’s time or money. We will not be using the shop any more and warn anyone else from using them as well for the same reason.

My experiences were great up until I had to work the weekend before the 4th. My brake lights were out and needed to have it handled before the holiday travels, the first place I thought of was precision. So I told my wife to take my car to precision to have it repaired. They told her that it would have to be diagnosed and that would cost $97. I paid it and the diagnosis I received said that I had a shortage in my body harness and it would cost 400-700 to fix. Well I received a second opinion and lets just say it was a brake switch that only cost 12.99 plus labor came to 40 bucks total. And It was fixed in 35 minutes. They held my car from 1p.m. until closing just to misdiagnose my vehicle. My wife spoke with the owner he kept over talking her and apologizing vs listening then giving an explanation. I would have accepted a store credit or a free oil change on my next visit BC like I said Ive never had an issue with this location and the staff is amazing. But now Im weary about dealing with these guys!!!!!

I go here because their prices are the most reasonable, but today is the second time I went here and they overcharged me. They give me one price before they provide the service and charge me something else afterwards. Now instead of them correcting the error I have to make more work for myself and call them back in 2 days to try to fight to get a refund when the manager returns to the location. Its like a nightmare everytime I go there!Update!! Managers will not refund my money and are extremely unreasonable. Never seen customer service like that be so acceptable at any store Ive ever been to in my life and that is not an exaggeration!
