From hearsay, its easy to develop a false impression of something before you experience it yourself. I recently went to Five Star Nissan to have my brakes serviced and oil changed. Honestly, I didnt know what to expect, yet, from the previously mentioned hearsay, I cynically went into the experience at the beginning. From the time that I got there, Ms. Brandi Bell made me feel like a valued customer. She went over everything thoroughly and addressed my questions and concerns fully. She greeted me with a smile, and she left me with a smile after my vehicle was done. It was such a great experience with Five Star Nissans Service Department. They had me back on the road safely and quickly. I definitely recommend their service department for your vehicle needs. Great experience!

This place is a joke! I bought a used vehicle and sonething is wrong with the wiring. Instead of fixing the wiring they pick and choose certain wires they fix ( so they say anyway). I have had it for 3 weeks and have been able to drive it 4 days because it breaks down. When i asked to talk to the head manager he is to busy. They also lost the electronic key to the vehicle that controls doors and auto crank on the key and instead of replacing the expensive key, they they gave me a generic cheap key that has no electonics at all. Service center did not give me updates and sales sold me a lemon. Dont go here for service or to buy a vehicle! Im talking to my finance company to hopefully stop the payment to this dealership! Waste of time rip offs

Had something reset that I had received mail about. Took a little over an hour.

Was directed to go to this dealership cuz of a recall on my Nissan and Google maps took me straight there...the place itself is very nice and clean..the waiting room was esp!! Everyone there was so nice and I didnt mind my wait time...

Oil change in 15 minutes. Saturday afternoon is the best time to go for service. Outstanding!
