We purchased carpet, pad, installation & the movement of furniture at a good price. Although we put down a considerable amount (a little over 70%) to secure the deal, the staff was very nice & worked around our schedule for installation. When the carpet arrived, it came in giant rolls and was installed in less than two days. During that time, there were a couple of mishaps - damaged corner of cabinet and broken shadow box...both of which can be repaired. The real problem was that the carpet appeared to be stripped in, like a patchwork quilt. We voiced our concern & the installation manager came out for a look. He said that he didnt see the seams that we pointed out. He did, however, offer to bring in another crew, move everything out of the rooms & show us where the seams actually were. And...if there were numerous seams per room, he would redo the rooms. The offer may sound good, BUT...we moved all the smalls (anything less than 30lbs, i.e., lamps, drawers, books, electronics, etc.) out of all four rooms prior to the last install and we just could NOT do that again! It took all three of us DAYS to pack, box and move all those smalls! As such, we ended with agree to disagree on the number of seams per room...in other words, caveat emptor.

Very poor customer service and poor communication ordered my bathroom set and somehow my order is lost no one communicated and told me my order was lost until I called in three weeks later asking where is my order very unprofessional and non-caring people. Will gladly refund you your money and non-apologetic. Do not waste your time.

We decided to go from carpet to laminate for our bedroom and hallway. I was pleased with the selection to choose from. I was impressed with all the different displays of their products to choose from in the store. There was no pressure and all questions were answered. We ordered the flooring on a Thursday. It came in on the following Monday and Thursday was scheduled. They were right on time when they said they would be here. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend The Floor Store for any remodeling or flooring you may need.

Alyssa was very helpful this morning. Our contractor sent us to look at floor. She was great. When we said we needed a vanity cabinet she showed us what they could do for us. We are very pleased with thier products and service.

They go above and beyond to make sure the whole customer service experience is to your liking. I purchased my flooring, carpet, and countertops from the floor store. They are also one of two places I know of that has european style cabinets.Jimmy, the owner, ensures his customers are satisfied with the product and the service. He has great suggestions to help homeowners with design and to complete it in a cost effective manner. When I was not satisfied with the work of the countertops, he sent his guys back out to my house to fix and issues I had. He truly cares about his customers.Ronnah is also phenomenal. She is great at listening to what your want and your vision for the house. She is fantastic with design and matching. Given that the modern style and design was not prevalent in middle ga, I was surprised and thankful for all the knowledge she had with modern design. She directed me to where I could get modern pieces if they could not carry it, and gave me her thoughts on what is trending. She was also willing to work with your budget and made sure you purchased good quality material.Alyssa is efficient and helpful. She sets up the appointment and made sure everyone got to their places. She made she there was not a lot of wait time, and she is great at helping me select the carpet and floor and giving the basic about carpet and what will go well with it.Gino and Jimmy did a great job with installation and measurement. All installation went well. If there were any issues, they would come back and resolve it and worked hard to make sure the issue was fixed.

100% satisfied!!! Communication with Jim and Julius was on point. Jim was a breeze to work with if your looking a direct no nonsense guy. My project was drawn out due to no fault of theirs, yet Julius stayed in contact with me the entire time. Pricing was extremely competitive. Their installers Danny and Chris were perfectionists. AMAZED at the tile laying. I really appreciated dropping in and having all my questions answered from the beginning.

I recently had my master shower replaced with a custom tile shower. Their workmanship was fabulous and the installers were very courteous. They took care not to track dirt and dust through my house. Once the job was complete, I was so happy with them that I went back and am looking into replacing the carpet in my house. They have an awesome finance program available too.

Most stores have to order it for you while you wait weeks. The Floor Store is your one stop shop for carpet, hardwoods, tile and more. Jim and his crew are knowledgeable and provide 5 star customer service. Highly recommended!

**CAUTION**We used this business twice for 2 home renovations. The first one went okay, however, the second was a terrible experience and we will never use them again. From start to finish something always went wrong, someone didnt show up or something didnt get finished. There are still things that have not been done in my house, but I dont even want them to come back. The people in the store are friendly for the most part, but most of the work in our house was contracted out to other people which meant we didnt know who had access to our house or who was in our house at any given time. The doors were left unlocked and the garage was left open multiple times. This experience was a disaster. At the end of it all they tried to blame us for not being accessible, but I have all the texts and phone records to prove that no one tried to give us updates or time frames for anything, just excuses of why things were not getting done. For anyone interested I also have pictures of the way they left our house when they were finished. Beware, before you spend thousands of dollars.

Bought floors here last year. It was our first time buying new carpet. They made it pretty painless and the installers were pretty nice and fast. But as always with such large purchases, do your own homework.

My husband and I were so happy with our floors and new carpeting we would give The Floor Store 10 stars if we could. I had shopped at other floor stores before deciding on The Floor Store. I had other estimates and one floor store over estimated my carpeting by 18 yards and flooring 66 sq. feet. Another tile store was going to install my Cortec flooring over my existing flooring instead of removing the old flooring. Not only were they the best from customer service -Jim (the owner) Julius, Logan, Rhonna and Gino to the installers- Jimmy, Austin, Zach, Justin, and Mike who were very prompt,hard working, polite and knowledgable about installing floors and carpeting. if you are looking to replace your flooring or carpeting I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE FLOOR STORE for any of your flooring needs.Lori Fritz

We bought new carpet from The Floor Store for our living room. The people there were very helpful and courteous. Tommy came out and installed it for us. He was professional in every way. You could tell he has 30+ years experience. I had nothing else to do so I watched him put to work all the knowledge he has picked up over the years. A quoted three day job, with a detailed job quote that specified Exactlly the work to be performed, has turned into a week plus nightmare. The installers blame the store for over booking and making unrealistic promises to customers, to the store staff blaming the installers for not showing up. This business is one to Stand Clear OF. Go Elsewhere.
