This place is amazing!!!! My mom is THE hardest person to shop for, so when she said she wanted initial charms for her Pandora bracelet I was happy. They were all sold out online, so I googled jewelers in the area. I walked in, let the ladies know what I was looking for, and not only were they friendly BUT they had EVERY CHARM I WANTED!!! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes but my experience made me want to go right back in and spend some more money lol. 10 stars if I could!!

I went into this store shopping for an engagement ring and not having much of a clue about diamonds. The young gentleman who assisted me spent 45 minutes showing me different diamonds and walking through the 4 C’s. Needless to say, I walked out of the store feeling like a young professional. That’s by far the best customer service I’ve ever had. The diamonds and custom jewelry they make are very nice! My now wife and I will definitely be going back.

Took a brand new watch to them to remove some links so it would fit me. I dont remember the guys name, but he was very professional and even set my watch for me. Absolute great place to go. I was impressed with the place and the staff. Brought two watches in to see if they could fix them for me. And he explained it all to me and waiting on a quote. I will most assured be going back to buy my next watches from them. They get an A+++ in my book. Love them.Came back to update my review of them. This is without a doubt the BEST jewelry store in Warner Robins. The staff is courteous and professional. They are absolutely great at keeping purchases a secret from loved ones when those special days and occasions occur. They have an amazing selection for browsing and buying. What they do not have, they can order. They keep their customers coming back with an array of tastes and designs. I appreciate the time they spend with each potential customer and their knowledge of their products. Absolutely one of last hometown businesses that still take care about customers and quality products.

Hands down the best jewelry store!! I went in with my husband to find me a new wedding ring set and Mrs. Donna helped us immediately and was so kind! I told her our budget and she did a amazing job keeping it way under! Will not be going to any other jewelry store, this place is amazing!! And Mr. Darrell who sizes the jewelry was so nice and kind, he did a great job explaining what he would be doing!

This was the BEST experience possible. Brad was so helpful from start to finish. We came in looking for a unique black diamond & even though they had none in the store- he went out of his way to order us samples and the setting I looked at online. He worked hard to get us the perfect ring, listened to my wants & stayed within our price range.The timing to getting back to us, was great and he was very reliable with communicating. We had previously looked at another store in town and they had horrible communication & seemed to care about the sale verse us. When we came to pick up the engagement ring everyone was so excited— Since we were being untraditional and not doing a proposal it made my day that they all rejoiced with me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! HIGHLY recommend.

I chose Yelverton based on the other Google reviews and they did not disappoint. I had 2 rings needing repair. Prongs smoothed down to prevent catching on fabric and a stone replaced. The price was more than reasonable so I had some apprehension that the rings wouldnt be fixed as well as they could be. Both of my rings look perfect and the one that is 12 years old looks brand new! I havent checked out Yelverton for new jewelry so couldnt comment on that, but I will go nowhere else for repair and care of the jewelry pieces I already have. Thanks Yelverton!

I took my wedding ring to be repaired, and a ring to be sized and they did an AWESOME job!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also took another ring and asked if they could custom make a band out of it for my wedding ring, and it is JUST WHAT I WANTED!!! When I went to pick it up it needed sizing and I decided to solder my rings together and there was NO CHARGE for it! I was ecstatic. I am VERY happy with the service, quality of work, and the staff is great!!!! I highly recommend Yelverton Jewelers for all of your jewelry needs!!
