Very disappointed. Ordered with my office for a staff meeting lunch. We didn’t get any bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, or ham on the specialty sandwiches that we paid extra for. There were also rotten tomatoes on the salads. It was disgusting half of us couldn’t even finish eating. We will never eat there again.

Very disappointing in Warner Robins location!! We wanted items that are on web menu, but were told they are not corporate but are franchise and only serve a very limited lunch menu, no sides or desserts!Won’t be back

Ordered a turkey bacon ranch and my sandwich did not have bacon on it. The lettuce was wilted and there was no tomato. Very disappointed with this location.

I always forget that Honey Baked Ham isnt just for holidays. Had a great hot sandwich in a pleasant atmosphere and brought home a delicious rum cake! Great staff and service!

My online order had a coupon available. I chose the pickup date based off the coupon for any size ham. When presented the coupon, the cashier told me “it not gonna work”. That’s it, no explanation, no attempt. When asked why, she just repeated “it not gonna work” and stared at me blankly. I believe what she meant was that SHE was not going to work. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, honor the coupon, or do anything to satisfy a customer. She did not care to be bothered with customer service, which is a shame when it’s your job. The cashier was also not friendly with the other customers in line that I observed. It was apparent that customers are a inconvenience to that cashier at this location. The other members of the staff seemed friendly and willing to do their job, but no one offered any explanation either. I understand that maybe I misread the coupon or there was possibly some reason behind her statement, but without good customer service I am clueless as to what that might be. I was left with “it not gonna work” which coincidentally is my opinion of recommending it or going back.

Ordered a couple of ham sandwiches, on croissant bread, got home and the bread looked like pressed white bread. Not pleased at how the sandwich was made!! The sandwiches were made over without complaint. This could have been avoided if it was done right the first time. NOT PLEASED

I had a catering order that I placed online the day before. Website says the store opens at 9 am. I tried several times between 9 and 9:45 am to confirm the order had been received and there would be no issues getting it on time. After failing to get through by phone, I drove to the store. One employee was outside smoking, and there was one in the store. Guess neither could pick up the phone. The individual box lunches I had ordered were ready, apparently done the day before. I was ok with that at first, but the tomatoes on the sandwiches had the bread a bit soggy and the tomatoes were shriveled at this point. For spending $194 it would have been nice if they were freshly made the morning of pickup. The store had no other customers so it wasnt necessary a busy time. Otherwise the prices were reasonable. $194 for 25 box lunches.

Had a delicious ham I needed for a family dinner. Place was clean and the service was as usual, great.

We went here last night to pick up some sandwiches to take home. My husbands ham sandwich had so much fat in it. The meat had not been trimmed at all. Like they were trying to get paid for every ounce. Here is a pic of how much fat was in there. Very dissappointed with this. Normally very good

That one in that location is the best the staff is friendly and the food is great.

Always excellent food here. And during pandemic 2020 they have the area precisely spaced and distanced for everyones safety. This place is great as always and a part of all of our traditions.

Before walking in I saw that there was a menu on the window for lunch specials.Got in side and stood stood there for a good 5-10 minutes, just for them to to tell me that they aren’t doing lunch specials!!! THERE IS NOT A SIGN ANYWHERE SAYING THAT THEY AREN’T DOING LUNCH SPECIALS EITHER AT ALL OR JUST ON SUNDAYS!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Benn trying to give this store chances for MONTHS and NOTHING has improved. After the over 9 day old chicken salad, I made a complaint to corporate...crickets-NOTHING-NO feedback. They NEVER hardly have soup or any ingredients theyre supposed to have. This location is trash and its really sad. Your workers dont care if theyre nice or helpful, always on phones etc. I am really really disappointed.

A bit away from the base, so I am sure that hurts their lunch business, but they always have a pretty good lunch special.Service is friendly and helpful. I have tried many of their sandwiches and have never been disappointed.I had the ham salad sandwich this visit and it was quite good.

Going to honey baked ham is always an amazing experience. Zondra has left a lasting impression the first time coming in her smile lit up the room. She was the reason I wanted to come by for lunch today. When I walked in today, William way holding down the store his self but I’ve never had better service with a smile even with a it being busy. They are amazing.

Very clean location and the staff is always friendly. I have enjoyed their lunch offerings and absolutely love their Honey baked hams and turkey breasts. Theyre a must have for the holidays.

Ordered takeout with my co-workers yesterday and was very impressed with how amazing everyone there was during pick up.1st off Zondra was amazing! When she found out it was my 1st time there she explained everything about their promotions from their punch card to double punch Tuesday’s!!Oh goodness and let’s dont forget the food!!! My classic ham sandwich and pasta salad was AMAZING !!I will definitely be becoming a regular!!!

We ordered sandwiches a week ago, we thought they forgot the tomatoes. We go into order sandwiches today, he says he’s out of tomatoes. We inquire about the coincidence, they say their tomato slicer has been broken. So it takes a long time to hand cut tomatoes. For weeks and weeks? Unacceptable. Find another place for your food

First time back since they moved to their new location and was unimpressed. I waited a solid 5 minutes at the ordering counter before my existance was acknowledged. The ordering process was painful, as the sandwich maker presented options in some language other than English. Once past the ordering, the visit went okay. The food was on par with what I expected.

No enthusiasm from the employees. Its hot in Georgia so A/C is a mustnt in the summer time. They had fans on and I nearly sweat out my work clothes. Glad they are building a second one up the street. Hopefully they are better

This particular location puts your veggies through the toaster oven with the rest of your sandwich because theyre lazy, so you get hot veggies. The location where I live doesnt do this and you can tell a major difference.

Always the best sandwiches. I just wish was so expensive. But well work this it. Ive never gotten there big hams. But heard they are great. I just eat there for lunch

Sandwiches are always perfect, servers are always friendly enough, but it never fails that they are terribly slow. Not usually super busy, but Ive never been out of here in less than 15-20 minutes personally. That said, sandwiches are definitely worth it.

Good food when made correctly. They are out of ingredients on a very consistent basis and rarely get the order correct. Most of the work staff seem to be in a bad mood no matter the time or day.

I havent eaten the sandwich yet, but Matthew had a bad day or something or maybe because I wasnt the customer he wanted in the store. Bad customer service. No smile. The sandwich was just thrown together. My daughter said it taste good. I should have been another color. Felt like I was inconveniencing him.

I found this to be just delicious. I ate here twice during my weekend visit to Warner Robins. The staff are very courteous. I had the dolmades and just loved them. I would come here again and again

The cashier Kennedy needs customer service training. I was waiting patiently in line with my son and another customer cut in front of me, after I brought it to her attention, she told me that the lady was in front of me. After I corrected her, she still proceeded to stand in her ignorance and then told me that she was going to continue to ring the customer before me. I wont spend another red cent there ( not that it matters, I spent more than the customer in front of me.) Ill make sure to touch base management.
