This Warner Robins location is a great business to do business with.I highly recommend checking this place out before making your decision on a bed. The owner/franchisee couple are very down to earth, friendly good hearted people.We were not pressured one bit into buying anything.This visit we bought a bed for my daughter(she loves it), and we will be buying a bed for my wife and I in the next few months.I would give more stars if i could as it was truly a pleasurable experience.

Very friendly when I called and stopped by. I bought a memory foam mattress. They told me the would call before they came to deliver and would be here around 2. They called before they came and they were here at 2 as promised. Very prompt and courteous delivery guys.

The box spring made the mattress too high. I called them and they worked with me to get a low profile box spring instead. It was perfect. Very nice caring staff.

The staff werent like used cars salesmen. They know their stuff. Was in and out with a new mattress and box spring in no time flat. Really comfortable environment.

About 8 months ago my wife and I needed a new king size bed and visited Robins Bed & Mattress. Our buying experience was fine. We were quickly met by a sales lady and picked out two firm split king I Serta foam mattresses and matching Reverie motorized bed frames. Initially, the mattresses were fine, but after several months the mattresses became uncomfortable and had depressions that would not go away. Made it somewhat difficult to get to sleep and to stay asleep without back aches, etc. So why 5 stars? After putting up with the mattresses for several more months, we went back in to Robins Bed & Mattress to indicate our displeasure with our mattresses. Mr. Parker at Robins Bed & Mattress was very sympathetic and offered to contact Serta to take the mattresses back and give us a full refund, which they did. We then picked out a new Sterns and Foster King coil spring mattress and a headboard with the refund, and at no additional cost to us, the new mattress and headboard were delivered and installed. We look forward to a great nights sleep on our new mattress. Highly recommend this store, and if you have issues, Mr. Parker will do his best to make it right.

Honest, clean, knowledgeable, no pressure. We shopped around at 15 other stores before we settled on robins bed and mattress. I recommend them over all other similar businesses within a 200 mile radius.

The shopping experience was relaxed and welcoming; however, we were told the mattress would be delivered the Tuesday after ordering. It was delayed a day because of a truck issue and then delayed until the following Monday (today) because Presidents day is a holiday (its not). Today we were told delivery between 12-2, and then that itd be delivered later in the afternoon because of another truck issue. Now we are being told that it will arrive tomorrow.Meanwhile my husband has had to take off work and wait for a delivery truck, only for them to call with yet another excuse. The bedroom set we ordered from Rooms To Go two days after the mattress arrived on time last week without any delays. They also had a slightly better price on the same mattress.Overall, this company provides a pleasant sales experience and good products (as well as a 10% military discount), but they need to work on their delivery and customer service.

Wow,where do I begin? Today my wife and I went for our usual exercise walk and found ourselves at Robins Bed and Mattress. Yes, we had previously discussed new bedding, but like all of us who shop at our convenience, there was no immediate need to purchase. That was until we were pleasantly met by Chris Posey, one of the two salesman working that day. He demonstrated all the qualities I feel are sorely missing in retail today. A professional representative with in-depth knowledge of the product, exercises integrity with every word uttered and was very patient . The most endearing quality is he showed us was his ability to arm us with the information we needed and then not be so intrusive as to interfere with I and my wifes ability to make an informed decision. We left the store that day with a nearly $4,600 purchase with the ultimate confidence we were blessed at every stage of the selling process. My advice to anyone considering new bedding is dont hesitate to give Robins Bed and Mattress and in particular, Chris Posey an opportunity to serve you. My wife and I walked in after having dinner at the restaurant located in front. We walked in and the store manager was smoking inside, what looked like those new age vape pens. Thought that was odd and disrespectful to the store period. I blew it off at the moment, told him what we were looking for and the man tried selling me on something polar opposite than what I wanted, I listened but didnt like it and told him. He rolled his eyes, was not a great experience for she and I. I ended up buying the next day at a different local store

Awful Service! My husband and I walked in ready to buy a mattress but with terrible service like that I think NOT! Took 3 employees a minute to just say Hi, they where sitting ar their desk apparently too busy to get up and come greet us at the door or ask how they can help us or if we where looking for anything in particular. We walked right out after a few minutes. If they dont have time to greet customers they sure dont deserve my business.

BAD. No one greeted me when I walked in. NO one came over to assit me. Both gentlemen sat at their desks on their cell phones. Wont visit them again.
