Ive only ever been here to shop for riding gear and a few things for washing and waxing my bike, but the sales people were very kind and intentive. They have a good selection of jackets, gloves and lids and a lot of quality bike maintenance products. I will definitely continue shopping at Honda Suzuki of Warren.

I had a rear sprocket changed there. I originally bought the wrong size part and they were still able to order my part and do the work efficiently, and for less then they originally stated. I had my bike back within a week and it runs great. Im going to them now for a carb. adjustment.

Wouldnt sell me oil to do my own oil change. But this is a dealership? Nice people but they(shop) really take advantage of the supply and demand price points. UPDATED NO THERE WAS NO MISUNDERSTANDING I ASKED OIL CHANGE PRICE, THEN ASKED WHAT KIND OF OIL AND CAN I BUY IT. THEY SAID NO! WE DONT DO THAT HERE. WHEN I WALKED IN I SEE OIL AND FILTERS. NO MISUNDERSTANDING ON MY END. TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES.

This team provides stellar customer service. As a new rider buying his first motorcycle, I visited several motorcycle dealers in recent weeks, and none came close to the professionalism, knowledge and patience with a new rider as Steve. More like Honda and Suzuki Motorcycle Junk Yard, i found my dream bike and could not resist it got it and wanted to do a safety inspection, they are taking more bikes then they can handle and let the bikes sit in the parking lot RAIN !!! BE CAREFUL take a video of your bike before you take it in, they scratch my bike and all they could offer was refund the $100 bucks i spend there . NO APOLOGIES NO NOTHING I took the refund bc i saw that these people are not responsible people and i could not trust them to do anything more to my bike usually i would of not settle for that bc i could care less about $100 bucks . As far as inspection went well nothing was mentioned about my brake pedal being squeaky and hard to press and i did not mention to them and they never mention it to me either WOWBut were very quick on adding all kinds of different things that i knew i did NOT need it right away . I will make sure my friends and people i meet know how i feel about this place . We the people should take charge on how this businesses treat us we cannot allow them to treat us like dirt, cause us STRESS, and take our hard working money . They will never get a cent from me .

I want to take a moment to surmise my experience with Honda Suzuki of Warren.other than making the transaction very smooth, Dave Moore and his team mean business, they know motorcycles and the spirit of travelling on the two wheels. which enables them to educate their customers with the most important instructions to have a trouble free time on your motorcycles. I felt cared for.dont expect any emotions, it is strictly business, which is what anybody wants from a great transaction.I endorse Daves team, if you need a motorcycle, go talk to them.they have decent inventory (not as much as some other dealers - I hope this changes), and great deals.so yeah, you can trust them to handle your motorcycle purchase.

I started walking in here a couple of years ago because my boyfriend (now husband) is a rider. The staff was always welcoming. A few months ago, my husband and I went in and started talking to Steve; he was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I also fell in love with a bike I liked. Last week, went in and finally got that bike. Steve and the owner were helpful and friendly, and were honest about how to get used to the bike (Boulevard M90). Steve isn’t pushy, he’s friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable! I would recommend this spot if you’re looking for a bike and ask for Steve!

I once loved this place but since spending thousands here it’s likes things have gotten worst and worst. First off don’t ever bring a bike in here for any type of service I brought my crf here for service and to make a long story short they never fixed the problem and they expected me to pay to transport my bike to their shop every time I realized the problem was never fixed then the owner tried to blame the problem reoccurring on me doing wheelies as if I don’t wheelie all 4 of my bikes with no service needed then the owner literally sat up and argued with me while making zero sense. With that being said I can literally write a novel on why you should never deal with this place me and multiple people I personally know have had service issues with them and every single negative review I’ve read seems to be pretty accurate. And I’ve since then disputed all large transactions I advise you do the same to these very rude unprofessional cowards.

Wow, went in expecting to break the bank, not only did they find the new part I needed for a cheaper price than other places I called, they ended up having a used part in stock. Dont have to wait days or weeks now, checked out

The sales manager spent 20 minutes on the phone helping me understand how all the fees and delivery stuff worked when buying a new machine. He did that after it was clear that he didnt have the ATV I wanted in the time I needed it. It saved me $1500 at another dealer because I understood it. I would call them first if you want something. I also buy my accessories from them. These are some of the rare good guys in a world full of shady sales people.

We had a very pleasant experience when working with this dealership. Steve was available at nearly 6:00 p.m. on a friday, created an online bill of sale on a Saturday. 7 Days later, we had everything finalized and we were driving away with our new Talon on the trailer. All the paperwork & temp license plate & registration as my wife handled the insurance part & helped me pick out the perfect helmet & went over all safety procedures & basic run down of the bike. He was professional, courteous & really down to earth. Along with the rest of the staff whom made me feel very comfortable & right at home explaining cool features on my 2020 GSX-R & helmet while I waited for their service team to be done getting my new bike ready for me to ride home. My go-to place for parts for my classic Honda motorcycle. They can usually get them in if they dont have them in a couple days to a week, and their prices are usually equivalent to online retailers. I like going here because I know Im getting the right stuff, not gambling with an online seller. I drive all the way across town from Detroits west side to go here for parts and tires.

My wife and I went in to look at a scooter for her. Our salesman set up a test ride for her, and set her up with a helmet for her new ride. His manners were awesome, they sold us a new Metropolitan scooter with a new helmet, and have a customer for a long time. Brought in a vintage (76) cb500 that had been running poorly even though Id had work done elsewhere. Bike runs extremely well for the first time since I took it out of storage and tried to revive it. Jeff was very helpful diagnosing the issue and then completing the job. Awesome repair and honest work.

I had the best experience in any dealership Ive been in, here at Honda Motorcycles of Warren. Im a first time motorcycle owner, and not in the market for about another year, and Steve was unfazed. He took a solid hour with me going over the bikes that he suggested based on my wants and needs. Sat on a couple bikes, went over how pricing works, what gear Id need... you name it, we covered it. My dad just recently retired. In the months leading up to his retirement, his bosses were trying to find a retirement gift idea. They know he loves riding, and wanted to get him a new motorcycle to replace the one he had at the time. So, they contacted me (I have known everyone in the company since my dad started there about 15 years ago.) and we set out to surprise him with a new motorcycle.After spending a week or so going around to different dealerships, I wasn’t getting great service or particularly great deals worked. It just seemed like nobody wanted to work with me, because they didn’t think I was serious. Then I stumbled into Honda Suzuki Of Warren. When I first spoke to Brian about it, he was immediately excited for me, and on board to help out. We worked out some numbers really quickly, and he gave us a fantastic deal. Then we worked the trade in, which had to be done without my dad knowing. Again, all the numbers were good, and I called boss-man and he called and gave the deposit to get the exact bike and color on order (They’d just sold their last one. But Brian was willing to order the right one to make sure we got exactly what dad wanted.)A few weeks later, we made the bike exchange and surprised dad with his new 2019 Honda Goldwing Tour, which he absolutely loves. The whole crew was extremely accommodating, and kept me well-informed during the whole process. Despite being a 3rd party to the whole thing, they were willing to work with me and make sure we made dad’s dream come true. 10/10 service, I would definitely recommend anyone in the market go see these guys. If I end up picking up another bike in the near future, I’ll make the trip to Michigan just to give them my business.

Terrible experience. I ordered some parts from here Paid from them in full and was told they would take a week or so and I would get a call when they were in. I never received a call, months went by and I can in and was first told that they didn’t have a record of my order, then the guy who placed the order for me looked it up and found it. He said that he remembers calling me multiple times, I never received a call or left a message. I would not order parts pay for them and not come get them if I was told they were in. So apparently my parts were sent back and my “deposit” was forfeit . I did t leave a deposit I paid for the order entirely. I didn’t receive an apology or offered to reorder them nothing! This place Customer service sucks and I will never spend another dollar there.

I recently brought my 1993 Honda VT1100 in because the throttle linkage broke and while I was there I needed a headlight replaced. Because the motorcycle was purchased there years ago they saw that I needed regular service done in a couple areas plus they discovered I had a vacuum hose disconnected. They took great care of my motorcycle. I was also impressed with the service personnel. They were prompt, and personable which is something lacking these days. I was truly happy with my experience and will remain a loyal customer

Took my 2006 rancher in for oil change tune-up, valve adj, and a new winch, the one I had on there tought me what NOT to do with a winch. Jeff kept in contact with me about what was going on. Theres only 940 miles on the bike but if I need anything else done on it, Im calling Jeff. Good work Pleasant people. Thanks guys.

First time here. I needed the tires changed on my 750 Vulcan bobber and they quoted me $150.00 plus tax in writing. That price seemed high, since I’m bringing my own tires, but I needed it done. However, when I picked up the bike they wanted $170.00 plus tax. No one knew why there was an additional cost. No other work was done. No other parts or labor either. They didn’t take the time to remove the blue off my new tires, so that’s not it. The disposal fee and valve stems were included in the original quote. I wish they would have given me the option, because I would have taken the old tires with me. That’s my fault for not asking.The guy at the parts desk eventually did “something” and I ended up paying $157.00.They were nice guys and gave me a ride back home when I dropped the bike off. This is why I’m giving them 3 stars instead of a lower rating. Plus I’m giving them the benefit of a doubt that the additional $20.00 they wanted to charge me is a clerical error and not a scam.

Andy took good care of me on two different 450s. They looked and ran great when finished. Andy is professional and more than willing to educate you on any questions or concerns (versus just giving you a quick answer and moving to the next customer). He also followed up often while my bikes were there. I have used their online ordering system for parts and have not had one issue. I will return to Honda Suzuki of Warren when need be.

I used to not care much for this place, but some new sales and parts staff have really changed it for the better. Great selection of bikes and scooters, gear and accessories, and their bike accessory selection is growing too. Another positive thing is, the service department staff next door is very experienced, knowledgeable and on the ball, and as a master mechanic myself its rare that Im impressed. From spooning on tires to major repairs or mods, Id be comfortable leaving my bike here. You might not get it back quick, because theyre good theyre also busy.

This guys sucks. He doesn’t get up from behind his desk when you walk in and when my friend bought a bike he didn’t offer to help load the bike. NO customer service NO personality and does not cut deals for people paying straight cash. Acted like my money wasn’t worth his time because I didn’t want to finance. My cash will never be spent here

Fixed up my old bike, which was great - but what I like to point out is they were solid and honest on the quote and work, and the guys in service treat you well. I plan on buying my next (new) bike here for sure. I live 30 miles away, so high praise!
