I called them on 8/6/2021 at 10:40 AM and asked a representative for a duplicate paint, he kept me on hold for 14 minutes and then he hang up on me. Very poor customer service.

Its hit or miss with the guys that work there. Sometimes theyre nice and other times not nice. They got good car paint and other paint supplies.

Always the best service. Called around and checked the internet for a type of paint. Painters Supply had it plus it was a third cheaper than everywhere else including Oreillys. The clerk behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on the shelf and guided me in the right direction for what I needed. As long as they are in business I will keep returning.

Very good quality and I must say that as a amateur the customer service is very good 😀

A bunch of jerks... Very rude on the phone and even more so in person if you dont want to be at work and you dont want to answer questions about paint then maybe quit your job from the paint store
