Well theyve had my car for almost a month they keep telling me the technician wanted to check it out that was a week ago and they tell me the same thing this week as well Ive been waiting on a call back or for anyone to make me aware of whether or not its ready
Extremely friendly staff. However, they don’t give quotes over the phone; you MUST come in for a $125 inspection, non-negotiable. This is ridiculous! plenty of other dealerships, Ex. Lafontaine in Highland – AMAZING SERVICE, offer quotes over the phone and ZERO commitment to mandatory $125 “inspection” fees. Additionally, I called Prestige to find a part number for my vehicle, once the technician discovered I was doing the work myself he wouldn’t give me the part number. He just kept avoiding my question until later giving me a bogus part number. Obviously, Prestige Cadillac is only interested in taking customers money. Very disappointed in how they represent Cadillac.
I didnt hate it, its just that the number doesnt match.
