I was online looking to purchase a used vehicle I was looking for an Impala 2020 or 19. I found six Impalas at this car lot! I was very interested in two of the Impalas one was an excellent deal $4,000 less than what they say retail prices the other one had a question mark because the price was so low with such low miles. I then drive to the dealership and of course when I pull through I dont see one in Paola on the lot. I walk into the office and say to them you had six Impalas on your website for sale 15 minutes ago I dont see one on the lot I was told all six Impalas sold last week LOL! This is the most ridiculous dealership I have ever heard of! It is not a dealership remember it is an auto sales. If you want to purchase a vehicle I would suggest you look elsewhere maybe a reputable dealership that actually post the cars that they have on the lot not putting cars with such a low price with such a low miles so that they get you in dont waste your time! This was a major bad experience I was looking at these cars this afternoon looking them up and doing my research that is several hours of my life I will never get back.

Super disrespectful, worst customer service I’ve ever received and one of the biggest liars. I wanted to buy a 2021 Cadillac Escalade when I walked into the office I was told they had between 15-20 of them so I had a wide variety to choose from right? WRONG. They had 2 and even though I told them I’d leave deposits on them because I came later towards the day, near closing time I was told I didn’t have to as long as I came by the next day. The next day comes I call to get the vin to give it to my bank to finance through them and once again they don’t give me any help, 3rd day goes by same thing, 4th day comes by I call they tell me “oh we don’t have 15-20” ( guys name is ROMEO). ON TOP OF ALL THAT ONE OF THE GUYS WORKING WAS SMOKING A DAB PEN

I bought a 2018 Malibu from these guys, hands down best service on 8 mile. Did my credit application on Tuesday, received a call back on Wednesday. Test drove my new car and did all paper work on Thursday . Took about a hour and half getting everything together, drove off in my new car Thursday afternoon . Highly recommended !!!

I was given a CLEAN CarFax.FFWD two years, the car had a VERY small amount of damage I was looking into repairing. I decided to see about turning it in towards a newer car since the repairs would be a bit more costly, and I had improved my credit over the couple years I had the car.I was told I could not turn in the car because it was totalled per Carfax. Turns out that in APRIL of 2017 the car was damaged and sold to Ryan Auto Sales as is. They repaired it and sold it to me before Carfax was updated (which can take a month or two Im told).Since it was totalled, it wasnt worth putting more money into, so I had to buy a new car, and now I am still on the hook for that payment. SO Im paying 2 car payments right now.I have all the paperwork and plan to turn it into the better business bureau. SUPER UNDERHANDED AND CROOKED.DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

I saw a 2016 Malibu on their website on a Sunday and submitted a credit application. I was contacted first thing Monday morning by Romeo. I had told them I would come in later that day to have a look at it. They had the car freshly washed and pulled around for me when I walked in and spoke to Romeo. Paperwork was very easy and quick. Great experience from start to finish. The customer service was awesome! They cared about their client leaving happy with something they love and did anything they could to accommodate me. I had been shopping for a car for awhile and have checked out many dealerships around the area, and I was more satisfied and happy with Ryan Auto Sales than any other place I have ever been! They also have a mechanic shop and offered me discounts for oil changes and any help I would need. I will definitely go there for future purchases.

Ive been looking for a vehicle for a while now, but do to my credit history it has been a most difficult challenge. Ive been turned down so many times that Id just about given up. I was going down 8 mile road and saw Ryan Auto Sales. Luckily for me it was the BEST decision I couldve made to meet romeo. Im now the new owner of a brand-new car thanks to the awesome team at Ryan Auto Sales.

I got a 2011 Buick Regal from Ryan’s auto after having it 6 months my transmission blow. Please don’t waste your time or money on this place. They do nothing but sell a bad cars. I called up there to find out why it went out Romeo blamed it on my driving. I had nothing but problems with this car since day one. It was in the shop four times in a month. So I don’t recommend everyone to waste there time or hard earned money on this place.

I understand they are closer to the metropolitan area but don’t let your desperation for a vehicle put you here at this place. Go and spend your hard earned money where you will be serviced and respected! They don’t respect or value our dollar or ethnicity. The lack of concern and urgency for when you buy a vehicle from them that needs service attention They know the cars they sell may have some issue but don’t want to address it MATTHEW HARGRAVES advised what needs to be fixed on car I purchased and the cost, however Ryan auto doesn’t want to pay because it’s $1600 job on a vehicle I’ve had less then a month from them. Romeo attitude is non chalant and unprofessional. This is unacceptable these culture vultures have to be held accountable and the only way that starts is to not patronize them! Period we have to spend our money and time more wisely and spending it with business that don’t and won’t support you is where it starts! Wake up my people

So lets just start with poor business practice. The office is dirty and completely unorganized. There is no privacy. I was referred to this by especially loan company that advertises that they can get you approved anywhere I was referred to a guy name Romeo. I never got a chance to speak to him just some guy who basically gave me an appointment to come in. I gave them all of my credentials and they told me they will be back InTouch with me the next day, but they never did. I called them back and they told me I fortunately did not get a proof I want bacon they were still waiting here back. So then I called up there again to acquire since they ran my credit with a hard-hit took all of my credentials and I have heard nothing back they told me they will be in touch with me. Now ironically the company who referred me to this company had me fill out my information to get my credit ran I had to put in all of my bank account information to verify my identity which come to find out to get my Trans Union credit report I was charged $31. Today that same company who referred me to Ryan auto sales asked me how do I how do everything go with my down payment. Which further confuse me because I knew nothing of that. The woman I spoke to his name is Samantha stated that she spoke to Romeo and he stated that he told me to Abilene to $2000 now at this moment Im driving a 2008 I told her that I was going to report this company and Ryan auto sales to the Better Business Bureau and the state of Michigan for poor business practice. I then called Ryan auto sales to inquire about this mysterious down payment then I heard nothing about it and he told me he apologized for the inconvenience of them not get a contact with me and because I apply for a zero dollar dial program which I never did and at that moment I had to interrupt him and tell him he didnt know who he was actually talking to he didnt even have my paperwork or my information pulled up to know what customer he was talking to but he whats freely giving out customer information which alarm to me because I already had an issue with this company taking money out of my account without a flat without my permission. iTunes him I was determined by this and I said but never you mind tell me what car is I am a pro for he told me a 2009 focus in a 2010 fusion I told him there will be no way no way I would stop driving a 2008 thats car Notes free to drive a car thats only one or two years younger than my car with over 100,000 miles on it and I will be Pay a note on or take a loan out on it. I would not refer this company to my worst enemy or a driving talking dog. He answer this company at your own risk but know that when you dont bring $2000 or more for old behind car you will be told that its not their fault that you have bad credit. How disgusting
