I called several different glass companys before I found one to come out to replace a broken window. Glass Doctor sent out their tech Tim to measure and order the window glass.What I liked about this company is that they kept you informed, called before they came to give you a heads up on the time of arrival. Tim kept his work area clean while working and then cleaned up after he was completed. He was very professional and knowledgeable.I would highly recommend this company to others.

I called for a quote and was given a date 2 weeks out. Set the appointment which was scheduled for a window of 12-4pm. Time window came and went with no showing up. I called to figure out if they were still coming out and was informed that they were but were running behind. Guy showed up and said they would send a quote. A week later and no quote was sent or communicated so I called and was given a rate but they werent sure if it was for safety glass or not. Waited on hold and finally hung up. Still no one has reached out to me with the completed quote. Went to find someone to fix our window elsewhere.

I was in urgent need of a replacement window that was shattered in a recent storm. No one could have been more responsive than Ken. We actually got a person that answered the phone! Ken was great to work with, they diagnosed my water problems, and replaced the windshield. They took care of the insurance end! The technician that did my windshield replacement (Jim)also showed me were I had water coming into my car. I took my car in to get the windshield replaced but the crack was to big so they replaced it. I was able to get it in the same day and they were able to replace it within the week. It was a really quick process also that took much less time then I thought.

Crazy expensive and took a week for a small piece of glass. In the meantime my wife found a picture frame with a larger glass for 1/3 of the price. A little egg on my face

Glass Doctor (Technician; Tim) Did a wonderful job replacing the glass in my double hung style window. The insulated glass barrier had broken down on my older glass. Tim came out and properly measured glass pane. He returned in less than 2 weeks and installed new glass in both upper and lower window. Tim was here approximately 1/2 hour and had job completed. I will use Glass Doctor again

On a trip from Rhode Island had a broken windshield on Thursday. Called Glass Doctor on Friday, he ordered glass on Friday, installed Saturday AM on schedule as promised and cleaned out broken glass shards. Couldnt be more pleased.

I needed a pane of glass replaced at my home. They came over, inspected, gave me a reasonable quote, and completed the repair quickly and professionally.

Glass Doctor came the same day to fix our broken double pane commercial glass door. The replacement windows were ordered immediately and were installed as promised promptly and professionally. The installer also helped us with a stuck/binding commercial aluminum framed door which had been binding for years. Other installers didnt get it right. Glass Doctor tech had it fixed PERFECTLY in 10 minutes.DEFINITELY the RIGHT people to call!!!

Tim was very professional, called ahead to let us know that due to the weather, his shoes would be wet and he would be tracking snow in. The installation of our bathroom glass door took longer than anticipated, but we are very pleased with the entire process.

Perfect glass cut, fast turnaround, courteous service. I needed a new glass table top to my wood dining room table. The edges are curved in a decorative design. Cody came to my house, measured, and took away the old broken glass. The replacement was ready within a couple of days. I called to talk about getting a window replaced 2 times today, the first guy was unable to help me and told me to come back with my neighbors last name and that he would be able to help, just gott off the phone with a guy who was rude and sounded like he was having a bad day. I have to say the first person to answer the phone leaves a lasting impression and I know for a fact that I will not be contacting this rude company ever. Just called again to talk to someone else as my neighbor is looking to get their rental window replaced. NOT MINE, and a new guy answered and was able to look the order up by last name no problem and got it taken care of.

The previous window was not to code and when it broke big shards of dangerous glass were hanging from the window, but Tim was an absolute professional. EXCELLENT SERVICE! We had an old framed shower door removed and replaced with a euro style clear frameless door. They came out and measured then a couple of weeks later they installed. Could not be happier! Super clean install and a very reasonable price.

Great job. Broken Pella window was replaced with no damage done to the wood frame. This Pella window Model was out of production and Pella would have had to replace this with a different model that would not have matched the other windows in the bay configuration. No other company that I called would touch a Pella window repair.

I accidentally broke my outdoor coach lamp glass while I was cleaning it. I drove from Clinton Township to Warren through construction traffic. The technician made a new one while I waited. I called other places and they were not able to cut the glass on an angle, Im 100% satisfied with the Glass Doctor in Warren. I highly recommend them.

Very dissatisfied. When they replaced my windshield, they did not tell me the pinch wells were badly rusted till after the windshield was replaced. I would have had body work done to repair area. Now Ive paid for a windshield that has no guarantee, has high probability of leaking, and if I wish to get area repaired I get to pay for another windshield. Manager was completely indifferent, no help at all. Refused to give me the photo to show body shop. Don t go to this place. Unless you like throwing away money.

We had a great experience with them, our dogs broke our window at 11:30p on Saturday and they sent someone out to get a quote with great pricing on Monday and by 3pm on Tuesday they fixed the window completely. I ordered 2 tables that had both been broke. They finished both of them so quickly in a couple days. I was having a problem being able to pick them up after a week since I had trouble getting a ride there since I cant drive due to a stroke 2 months ago. Our home was vandalized at 3:30am on Sunday a few weeks ago. We had to get 2 windows replaced. I called Glass Doctor around noon on that Sunday and to my surprise they answered and were able to get a technician to give us an estimate just a couple days later. We had an external window that was broken for over a year and Glass Doctor of Warren was the first place I called. They sent Cody out the very next day to take a look at it and give me an estimate and it was a lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be! He took the window immediately and scheduled an appointment to come back and install it the next week but the weather before my appointment was supposed to stormy and I was worried about moisture build up. Although I called and couldnt get a sooner appointment, Cody called me and said he was in the area and could come out within ten minutes! So happy with my service and my new window.
