We had safelight replace our windshield a deer hit it. It was smashed in a bit the tech had a hard time getting the old one out. He damaged the a-pillars in the process. ( we though he should of said something this is what he does for a living) We did not notice it to after le left. We took it to shop and showed them no problem we will order you new ones. As soon as they came in they called and we had them put on. I only gave 4 stars because he should of said something and we had to bother with a second time. We have had safelight take out a windshield re seal it put it back in and fix many chips without a problem. Would recommended them.

Couldnt talk to a person. Asked for info on the website. Showed half hour someone would be in touch. Got a call after Reds Auto Glass was done with job. Toooo late.

The windshield and installation was perfect. I have had windshields replaced before, and they always had some kind of flaw. This one is perfect. The installation was done in half of the time they said it would take. The only small problem was a delay in getting the correct windshield, so the original appointment was cancelled.

Had 2 vehicles serviced here with new windshields, staff could not be more polite and professional, highly recommend, prices seem reasonable to me as well, options for factory and generic window replacement for my mustang. About $270 for the for complete replacement of my 2003 celica windshield and 2 new wipers ($18 each for the higher end, $13 would have been low end). I believe I spent about $100 more total for my 2016 mustang. I chose the generic option and am very satisfied. They will also come to you for a fee if unable to drive to the shop, I did not use that service.

I recently got my windshield replaced four days ago, i did not drive the car the first day he replaced it then the next day I get in my car i see a crack. I have had the car in my family for 10 years and only had one crack and as soon as i drive it one place i see a crack in my brand new windshield after paying almost 400 dollars for it. Not the mention when the two guys came out to replace it Keith told me “I did the best i could”. ...? after 400 dollars that’s now what i like to hear. after someone coming out and seeing the damage i’m told that there’s no warranty on the car and that there is nothing they can do. not even refund of some money. DO NOT GO HERE, YOURE WAISTING YOUR MONEY. POOR SERVICE AND BAD QUALITY GLASS

I had a very pleasant experience with Satellite. The service rep that called me was very nice and quickly got me scheduled for my appointment. The repair man was also very nice, he called me before he showed up at my house, made sure I knew what he was doing and made sure I was happy with the results before he left. All the windows of my car were sparkling clean thanks to him! Thank you everyone for all your hard work! I really appreciated it!

Have appointment to get windshield replaced after branch fell at home and cracked the glass. Since only have liability ins. needed a good price.

I paid them to fix a quarter sized impact point on my windshield that was caused by a flying rock. The tech cleared the crushed glass out, and the resin filled the resulting hole and spider web in perfectly. I tend to forget that it is even there, because unless i look extremely close at it, it is not noticeable enough to be deemed distracting.

I had surprising great service, had to go back because of a squeak from my dashboard. They took everything apart until the problem was fixed. Thank yoy

The technician was prompt and helpful. I placed a claim through my insurance and everything went very smoothly.One word of advice: If you dont have a garage with electric and it is raining dont schedule a mobile visit. Perhaps this is obvious to others, but I was not expecting it. They were super helpful and got me in and out very quickly.

People were extremely friendly and nice but they scratched the ENTIRE back half of my car and refused to believe me. Told me I know what it looks like when my guys scratch a car and this looks like a dog I dont have a dog and there were no scratches until after I got my back window fixed. Not to mention, they left glass inside the car on the back seats and in the trunk. Also, they admitted to not putting a cover down before repairing and taking the window out. Do NOT recommend them at all. However, they did give me a $50 refund because the window was 45 minutes late.

My car window was FINE before they got here, in fact I JUST detailed it 2 days before and have pictures of the outside showing its NOT damaged, and when they left not only do I have chipped outside window but a chipped piece off my brand new 330 dollar window tint job I spent getting the whole car done, and the chip is on the same window. When I reported it, they SAID they would take care of it and they have NOT, never even called me since to do anything about it.

The windshield was replaced and, evidently, there are no leaks with the windshield. My Moon Roof, however, is now leaking. Full disclosure: I have no idea what the exact cause of the leak is, but it started immediately after the windshield was installed. I do see how the issue could have been caused during the installation and maintain that it was caused by the installation.My biggest issue, other than the $187 repair bill on an insurance replacement with a $0 deductible, is the way I was treated. From the moment I called and said I had a leak, I was told that Safelite had nothing to do with it, because their installers dont touch the moon roof.In fact, with every call, they treated me like I was trying to get them to pay for something extra and they did not care if they lost me as a customer. Even during the last call, the manager could not have been more indifferent. If he didnt use the exact phrase, I told you so, it was close. After telling him this was my second experience with Safelite and the first one didnt go well either (commercial business), it was obvious that he just wanted me off the phone. I obliged him.

The website is super easy to use and easy to set up service. We ultimately cancelled service as we didnt need it anymore but even that was easy!

Absolute worse place Ive ever gone to in my life. Worse customer service. I had a crack the size of a penny and when they were finished it had spider legs the size of a 50 cent piece and the guy was like oh we told you it could still see cosmetic issues since it was a repair its not 100% fixable, just as good as we can to stop the crack from continuing . I wouldve rather had the crack before! It looks worse now! Never go to these people! And to top it off. They told me not to call the 1- 800 number if I have any problems to call them, they did nothing. I WILL PASS THE WORD AROUND TO NEVER USE SAFELITE!👍
