I have had Service done a few times here since recently purchasing a Charger and both times I was really satisfied. The Staff is willing to go the extra mile but I mostly worked with Judy and I can tell you she is very knowledgeable with Vehicles, including my specific Make and Model. If you need to sell your car nows the time to do it. Go see Jimmy in the used car office. He bought my ram it was a simple process didn’t take long at all. He cut me a check on the spot. Plus I forgot my sunglasses in the truck and I text him after hours days later and he had my glasses on his desk first thing in the morning. He’s a guy you can trust your business with.

I recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was okay( not for certain the tires were rotated, because the front passenger tire had a dark brown smudge on it, and that same tire was still on the front passenger side. However, my representative Dan was amazing, he even escorted me back to my vehicle. Now that has never happened!

Brought a charger in for an easy oil change (my first time taking one of my vehicles in for any simple task). Dropped off the car perfect, and picked it up with an exhaust leak. Even with an indent in the exhaust from the lift, they tried to convince me the leak was created from rusty exhaust pipes. They temporarily put it back into place and I had to take it elsewhere to fix their mistake. Fast-forward now 4 months later, I go to change the oil myself, and notice the complete wrong size of filter that is recommended for the car. Not sure if this is typical work or out of ordinary, but if you can do it yourself...dont take it in.

If I could give this place a -10 I would! I am one of the most easiest people to ever work with. I don’t give people a hard time. Very easy to please and would recommend others based off my experience. This place here I would NEVER IN LIFE GO TO FOR SERVICE AGAIN! The lack of communication first. I had to keep calling to check on the status of my car just to only keep getting charged more money because they couldn’t find the problem. Popped up yesterday after I had already received a call earlier that day asking for more money. To all of sudden they found the problem but still didn’t call to tell me. The money clock was still rolling. Now 900$ dollars later they found two wires Burnt together. A call for the second time since last Wednesday since it’s time to collect indicating two more problems with my car that for a fact were Working when I brought my car in. The manager over repairs told me they are not replacing. So I’ve been left no choice to escalate the problem with corporate and my lawyer. Not only for more damage but for being unnecessary charged and refused to give me my star report and Eric at the cashier wouldn’t give me the Gm of that dealership

I was left stranded in lamberteville after service was done fixing it. Battery was dead when I recieved the car back. Battery was replaced last July by another chrystler dealership otherwise they would not have replaced it. Completely denied responsibility. I spoke with the cashier when I brought the car back(had to take a day off work). She stated the porter had to jump it to give it to me that morning. Russ even went as far as to say their was no way it was their fault because all new cars shutoff after 10 mins if things are on. REALLY! Is that why the cashier says it happens all the time?Drove an hour and a half to get stranded.These people do not have your safety in mind.Wouldnt have been good if I had to stop in Detroit for gas and got stranded their!.

Customer service is no goodEdit: I tried multiple times to contact the dealership/management. You couldnt be bothered to return my call. You guys screwed me over, did it on purpose. Once you have the customers money, you stop caring about the customer. Stereotypical used car sales.

Terrible place to shop for a used vehicle. They’ll low ball you on any trade in, tell you it’s got a lot of problems with it and thousands of dollars of damage when it really doesn’t. And then when you go to buy a vehicle for them, they don’t work with you on the price at all. They’d rather have you go to a different dealership and buy their car than lower their prices. I found a very very similar vehicle at another dealership, told them about it, they looked it up online, even agreed with me, and they STILL wouldn’t beat that dealerships price. Needless to say, if you want to spend more money then go here, if not, look at some place else.

There is no damage to the exterior of the vehicle but they saying I had a collision. This will be my last time leasing from Chrysler capital. And Jim Riehl’s needs to check in about his employees. Additional $4000/11 months and $2000 over dealer retail!!!! Beware, Mike, Marco and Lenny all tried to pull a fast one and probably get away with it from unsuspecting, or less experienced buyers! After leasing from this place for 3 years, we returned our lease and needed another vehicle. Mike found a suitable vehicle, and we went through the bs back and forth financing game with Lenny. After telling him we were comfortable with a payment around $350, Lenny first returned with a payment of $450! Second attempt $399 and finally with $1000 down, a payment of $349 for 75 months! Unfortunately the car was not ready to take that day so they were to call us on Monday, after the vehicle we wanted was certified. So Monday comes, they call and say the paperwork is all ready and we can drive the hour fifteen to get there. We arrive and pay the $1000, then proceed to sign all the paperwork. When we come to the contract, the first thing I notice is that this $18,000 was being priced at the top of the contract for $20,000 plus. I swallowed that inflated price (they refused to tell me the price the previous day) and I proceeded to read the rest of the contract. When I got to terms, it said 84 months! I said this is a mistake, which I thought it was, and told them to fix it to the 75 months we were approved for. Lenny took it to Marcos and came back and said he would knock off a couple of bucks. You can imagine my frustration, trying to slip in another 11 months or $4000 on top of the inflated price! What a joke. We walked and drove away. Mike the salesperson called 5 minutes later and said Marco asked why we walked away from the deal! What a joke. Avoid at all costs. How many people have they scammed this way! This is why car salespeople have such a bad reputation! PS, found the exact same vehicle in the color we wanted to begin with, with no hassle financing through the exact same bank at Monroe Dodge. Go see Mark at used car sales. Highly recommend this place!

My 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee would not start. Apparently the battery in the key fob died. Havent had the car a year as yet. Cost of battery was under warranty.I called Russ in Service and he told me how to start the car. Get ready to be extremely overcharged. My warranty covers labor and parts but that was not good enough. My warranty refused to cover the extensive labor costs. The job calls for 2 hrs labor, my warranty covered 3. Even before my car was taken apart they charged 5hrs labor at $140/ hr. Absolutely terrible. I even asked if they would reduce the labor costs if it doesn’t’t take that long and I was told no. I was told I had to pay for the 5hrs even if it only took 2. This was a dealership I used but not anymore.

One of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. The staff lived up to the name FRIENDLY, from my Used Car rep Josh, to the manager Motor City Marco, and even a few strangers whose names I did not catch.Finance was able to beat my credit union rate and include a better insurance policy; the vehicle I walked away with had 10,000 fewer miles than an identical model and year vehicle from up the street, for only a $100 difference, and the entire process was complete literally over night (it was Veterans Day and banks were closed to verify the financing).Fantastic experience, FANTASTIC car. Called in and spoke to Service Advisor Bob to have my sons car looked at. Quick, painless, set it up, received follow up call shortly after drop off. Explained in detail what needed to be done. He ordered up the parts, understood that we would be down to 1 car and worked it out so that we didnt have to go without the vehicle for a long period of time. This is a 2012 Chrysler 200 so it needs all the TLC it can get. Bob was GREAT! Gave us a quote, ordered the parts, scheduled apt, brought us in and picked up the car later that day.. Took our 2016 Renegade in to service air conditioner. Still under warranty. This place went 120percent beyond. Not only did they waive our deductible, set us up with a free rental for the 4 hour task. Did a 100 percent inspection if entire car. Then washed it. I live in Lansing Michigan, and our only dealer options are Lafontain, and Champion. Both of these dealerships come nowhere near the service that Friendly offers. I highly, highly recommend buying your next car in Warren from Friendly!!! What a nice experience.

This hands down has been the best experience I’ve ever had at a CDJ dealerships service department. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past to the point that it brought a grown man to tears (me). Judy and the staff at Jim Riehl’s should be the team to set the example all dealership service departments should strive for.I had a CDJ dealership tell me I needed new brakes when I actually didn’t! The team at Jim Riehl took another look and actually brought me back to show me the brakes and explained I had plenty of brake life left.They are friendly, everyone I’ve encountered was nice, had a positive attitude, didn’t talk down to me, and got my vehicle issues resolved fast. Really gave me the feeling that I can trust them.This is the second time I’ve used them for maintenance on my Jeep Renegade and will not take my vehicle anywhere else. Hats off to MarcoI would like to start off by saying, Joe, the salesperson I dealt with was very responsive and accommodating during the entire 1-week process of buying my car. Everything went smooth and Joe had no problem answering my calls along with a plethora of questions. When I went to pick up my beloved Jeep Compass and took it for the test drive, I notated a few things that I had questions about. The All-Weather mats not yet being in the Jeep was a concern. Once I got back in the office, Joe assured me that the mats were being put in as we speak. He also said the service department was removing the stickers from the windows (3). Now, this is where I have to take some of the responsibility. I did not check to make sure everything was done before leaving the dealership. I drove my old car home, while my boyfriend drove the Jeep. When I got home and realized the stickers were still on the windows, the detailed Carfax I was promised was not in the sales package and the floor mats in the car were similar to the $10 mats you can get at Walmart. I called Joe to let him know that I was not happy and was told I needed to call his manager…. So that is exactly what I did. Marco met my every concern with the utmost attention. He was kind thorough and professional, but most of all he made everything right. Congratulations Marco Nanni, you are a man of your word. In todays world that is not always easy to find.
