Great welcoming people. My truck died and had to have I towed in. Not only were they accommodating by getting the truck off of the two and in a bay, they were able to diagnose the issue and repair it the same day. The repair cost was in line with my expectations and the value of only being with out my vehicle for a day adds additional value.

I was told by another muffler shop that the exhaust on my 1995 Izusu Rodeo had a manifold issue they wouldn’t touch and didn’t know anyone that could fix it.I decided to call Mr Muffler Warren .Frank answered the phone very professional and told me to bring the car in and boy am I happy I did. They charge 25.00 to diagnose but well worth it . Bob the mechanic expertly diagnosed the issue, to my surprise it was an easy fix . Frank kept me informed the whole time while I was waiting and I left happy driving a quiet car ! Thank you Bob and Frank ! I will be back and I highly recommend Mr Muffler Warren.

Had a small issue with my car. Went in to Mr Muffler. The counter person was very polite and helpful. My car is running great now. The service was good. They even sent me a $5 gift card to Starbucks as a thank you for coming in. Little pricey but what car shop is not

I thought my catalytic converter had been stolen off my car turns out it was a pipe that had a hole in it, the pipe was cut and replaced and it took about an hour. Friendly staff and quick service.

NEVER go there to fix your exhaust and muffler. Over priced as hell! I went to get my exhaust fix they charge $25 estimate fee and when they were done with the estimate they said $200 just to get the pipe wielded together. I went to different muffler store and they did free estimate and charged me $90 for my exhaust issue

Waste of time the guy inside at the desk told me to bring my 76Donk down there to put it in the air for a price on duals exhaust, just to tell me to leave it there overnight, (just lied). Funny other people on this review said he came straight out to look at their car and gave a price. I really wanted to get them to work on my car be everyone said good things about them. I’m well known in the city I tried to let the Muffler Giants get me together now back to the drawing board!

They are very nice people but I have had to take my truck back 5 time since my repair. There were times I asked them if they checked specific things and I was told yes, and it was obvious they didnt look at it. When things are brought to their attention they take care of it. Just keep in mind if you want something fixed by them, you have to be able to point to the problem. If you dont know they dont know.I received a call from management and they did what they could to make it right with me. That shows they care about there customers.

Justin and his team are awesome. There is a reason why they are always busy. When you find a group of mechanics that you trust you always go back. As an aircraft mechanic myself I know the demands of the industry, and they are always honest and upfront with the customer. I will take all of my vehicles there. Good job guys.

October 2020First off, very disappointed in the recent repair I had done. Catalytic converter was replaced, and had to bring it back three times for unresolved issues. Fast forward a week later... Truck wouldnt start, had it towed to Mr. Muffler and they diagnosed it as a blown motor- a $5,000 job. Towed it to Midas and they repaired it for $500!!! The AC compressor. Nothing was wrong with my motor at all. Dont know what happened, but the quality of work has definitely gone down.January 2020My go to shop when I need to get work done quickly. Theyll get me in and out as fast as possible! My whole family brings their vehicles here, they are very helpful and know what theyre doing. Some shops dont have the knowledge to back it up, this is not the case here.

Came here for exhaust system expecting the worse and Justin (location manager) came back with great news. I thought I was going to have to drop about $1700 with having to replace both cats and all the way back to the tailpipe. It turned out I I could just do from the flex pipe back which only ended up at $614. I was happy! It was a fair price, they were able to do it that day and within 4 hours, which made it very convenient for me. I received professional, friendly service and would highly recommend coming here for your automotive services

Switched to Mr. Muffler when my previous mechanic started giving me bad service. I tried this place on a recommendation and have now made it my main contact for repairs. Theyre friendly, and helpful, they explain what work needs done and why. The simpler solutions are tried first and they do their best to get you in and out without sacrificing the quality of the work. Try them out, they know their stuff!

They priced me at $1900 for control arm, wheel alignment, sway bar link, mounting Strut kit, + service. I told them its unaffordable. The store said manager said $1350. You couldnt get a better price than this. He talked to me for 5 minutes trying to rush me to pay. I called Cals Auto Repair on 8 Mile & Shoenerr, & they told me $950. They told me the shop were charging me for parts that were brand new on my car. Mr. Muffler has lying con artist that Jacks up prices.

Ive a 16 year old car that Im slowly but surely getting back up to par and when theres work that I cant do myself I take it to these guys. Work is done in a timely fashion. The best part is that I can order parts I know I need and if they can install them theyll do it. Prices are out of this world reasonable. Everyone is down to earth. Always feel welcomed the minute I walk in.

Coming from a car guy with high standards: Trust the Google reviews, dont let the tiny storefront and location fool you! These guys go the extra length to make sure youre satisfied every step of the way. The welder even took me back to my truck while it was on the lift to confirm I liked his direction before he started cutting. He then checked with me again before he started welding. Highly satisfied, Ill be bringing my summer cars back here for more work.

I was looking for an honest, affordable repair shop close to my home, as the shop I used to go to had closed. I started reading reviews on various websites and I chose Mr. Muffler Warren as they got consistent good reviews. I called at 8:00AM and spoke with Chris regarding brakes on my truck, and he had me in back on the road in less than 3 hours at a price that was reasonable. The mechanic was friendly and very competent, and I am satisfied that they did the job correctly. I would recommend them for automotive service anytime!

Best price for great service. And I called about a dozen brake specialists. You can tell Justin really cares about his customers. I would definitely come back here. My only complaint was that the wait was a bit long, but they were understandably busy. That should speak to their services.

They’re fake. Guys don’t come to this shop they will take your money and they broke your car. I went for uber inspection they failed the test and charge me 45 for it. Also, I started to hear a noise on my car. Those people are fake be aware.

Super fast, affordable, and great work! That was my review the first time I went to this garage. The second time my husband went in with our other car and it was a different person behind the counter. He quoted us over $1600 in repairs and would not back down when we told him no, we are going to scrap the car. We waited one hour for it to be ready, and the whole time the guy was trying to sell us a car from one of his other locations. So I did some digging and talked to two people who knows this business and they have FOUR locations. They ALWAYS pad the bills and frequently tell you that you need work done that you do not need. Apparently the location on Hoover is the worst for this, which I do believe having sat in the waiting room more than once and listening to the conversations this guy has with people. The mechanics do good work, but it is not always necessary, and it is always over priced. I am so disappointed, because I really thought they were an honest family business that I could trust. I will pay for quality and what is needed but I can not stand a cheat!!!

I was driving down the road and my muffler literally fell right off. The exact same day I called Mr.Muffler they gave me a quota, it was a reasonable price..I went in and they fixed my muffler in no time. I took my Chevy Malibu to Mr Muffler to get my oil changed and they told me that my brakes needed to be replaced and I needed new tires.I told them that I had just got my brakes resurfaced at Hamilton Chevy dealer three weeks ago,They said no pressure but I would recommend you get new ones so I had them order everything,I took my car in today .They changed the tires and put new brakes on and they gave me the rotors to show me the groves and the rust on them.They are very honest people at Mr Muffler, Dennis did a very good job on my car,I will send everyone I know there

I needed an a/c recharge for my car. Most places were trying to charge me 160 without even looking at my car. I called this place they checked out my car for free, and did the recharge for 40. The service was really quick. Justin was very nice and helpful.

So I went into Mr. Muffler for a wheel alignment. I met Mark who was very approachable and respectful. While performing an inspection of my cars undercarriage, Mark walked me through every step of it. As it turns out, I had an issue that was more problematic than just a misaligned tire. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and he was very very helpful with the price (which was much better than what I was told at other places). The crew of Mr. Muffler eventually put my car back in order and I have been very satisfied with the result. I am grateful for the work and helpfulness of Mark and the other members in the shop. I would easily recommend Mr. Muffler to anybody with car troubles.

Got a axle-back exhaust put on my stang here. Waited a week to write the review to see how the install held up to road vibrations. Im happy to report the work is excellently done; everything is tightly secured and is perfectly placed. Decent speed, good price, employees are nice and professional.

Took advantage of theyre discount auto diagonostic. Strange thing, ends up my car needed a supercalifeastistylisticextialladouis diagnostic that cost 3x the normal!! ( cause it 3x more in depth!!) Says engine on its last!! Turns out just needed catalytic blew out!! Now, I aint sayin they was golddiggin.....

As soon as I pulled in I asked if they could give me a quick oil change and they started going to work as another gentleman handled payment. My tail pipe came off, I researched places to get the end exhaust fixed and found this place. I did not have an appointment but they were able to see me and diagnose the problem. They even brought me back to check out the promblem. I ask what options I had to fix it and they gave a range of options from low prices to high range custom exhaust. These people are willing to go Beyond to provide the best quality and service.
