They take the good parts and put bad ones so u go back there to fix it scam never bring ur car here they liers about every thing

Bad place they never put new part they put used ones so u go back later plus they take some part and change them and they say is bad so u pay more money

I had brake issues and wasnt sure about how to set in the new brakes I got here, so they took the extra time to drive with me to make sure the new brakes were working properly. I appreciate the extra mile they went!

John saved me, needed car battery. The guys had to (seemed like)take half under the hood out to put the new battery in. Kind, and really knew their stuff

I have used Parkman Automotive several times over the past couple years and have never had an experience that was less than great. Last week I took my car in for a brake job, oil change, and to have them look at a couple other random things that I was concerned about. They checked over everything and were honest enough to not take advantage of every little concern I had by charging me to do something I didnt need done. At the end of the day I only needed to have my brakes, pads, and rotors replaced and an oil change (all of which I assumed needed done to begin with). Its been a few days now of frequent driving and I have had ZERO problems. Additionally, the price I was charged for the work on my car was literally hundreds of dollars less than what I was quoted for the exact same work from one of their competitors on Elm Rd. Parkman Automotive will remain my go to shop for all of my automotive repair needs, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a great auto shop.Also, Julie in the office is awesome and extremely pleasant to deal with. Mario (I believe), the mechanic I spoke with prior to taking my car in to the shop, and also one that ended up working on my car, did a great job with addressing my concerns and not making me feel like a bother or as if I was dumb when it came to cars simply because Im a woman. That isnt something you get in most shops. I certainly appreciate that kind of customer service. 👍

Took my 2006 dodge 2500 to the shop to get a head gasket done they gave me a price no other shop was close too. They got it done with in reasonable time. Got it back and ran like a dream. They are very knowledgeable at the shop and will show you the old part. They also showed me where the problem was before they started it. Definitely will be coming back to get the rest of the work on the truck done.

Theyve been great for minor things which is the reason for a 2stars I dropped my car off for an oil change& what I thought was a broken strut on my passenger back wheel they informed me they did oil change& needed a compressor for my back strut they called around& couldnt find one 2weeks later I take it 2Firestone& they inform me I have shocks on back wheels& struts in front& they were all good which concludes 2me they did oil change& nothing further smh I needed a sway bar& had a broken wheel baring on passenger front tire I wont come back for anything firestone is expensive but they tell u the truth I could be dead

Took in my Durango for a oil change and inspection. They came out and told me it need almost a whole front end. They gave me a very fair price and and it was a lot better of a price then when I called around to other shops. They got me in and out. It drive 100%better. Had a wheel bearing they installed go out 2 months later roughly. the guys stood behind there work and cover the part and labor with no fight. I was back up and going. Highly recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Wonderful place

The warranty they offer holds up just as good as the Levees during Hurricane Katrina. I went with a female friend and I do all my own car repairs. The manager told her that he was going t charge top dollar no matter what, and claimed the work they did wasn’t the reason the car was having issues. And guess what?!? I’m replacing the same gasket they put in. You guys really suck. I’ve told so many people about how bad this place is.

I went here a half hour before closing to get 4 tires I bought online installed. I figured they would politely decline but to my surprise not only did they get the job done in half an hour, they did it at probably the best price in the area.

They fixed the oil problem on my coblt and also my brakes and line. They showed me what was wrongvexplained. Explained what I would to have to have done to have it fixed. And gave me a price. They are very fair and honest people. They dont take avanage of females like most shops do. I was blown away with the price and how kind the staff was. Car is running and driving great. Definitely will be back when I need something else. Thanks to the staff.

Fair priced and polite employees

These guys did a intake gasket for me on my impala about a yr and a half ago. They did a great job. Then I was driving to work one day and all of a sudden lost all heat and car over heated. Had it towed in. Sure enough the intake gasket went bad again. Even tho it was a year and a half after they did it, they still covered it and repaired it for no cost these guys are very knowledgeable and now I am back in business and able to drive the car. They fit me in to take care of the gasket defently will be going back. Thanks parkman automotive. Keep up the great work

Good work for a fair price!!

I visited this place on the recommendation of one of their customers and I was not dissapointed. After being misguided by Auto repair giants such as Midas, Firestone and Flynns this humble establishment was able to solve the issues with my car.The place is owne dby three friends; Mario, Tyler and Stephen and they are all very helpful. They will answer all the questions you have regarding your car and would help you get the cheapest but the most reliable solution. They dont overcharge you for parts or labor, infact theyre always willing to help you get parts for cheaper prices through their connections.I personally have trouble making it to the shop during the normal working hours due to my work and twice these guys have stayed back and helped me fix my car. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
