Took awhile do to covid but its a great place quality work good prices

I was recently in an auto accident and was referred to this shop by a friend. I spoke with Angelo the owner and from the time I walked in until the time they had my truck ready for me (which was very quick), he was AMAZING and very helpful. He helped me with my insurance claim and making the whole process so smooth for me. Angelo and his team worked diligently through this process and were all professional. He was also ALL about customer service and making sure I was satisfied with the results in the end. My 2019 red Ram looks brand spanking new. I really appreciate the friendliness and efficient work. My truck has been there for three months during Covid. I continue to have to pay the insurance and payment while they told me they cannot get parts. I find this absolutely unacceptable

Honestly don’t know people that are more invested in the happiness of the customer more than these guys are!! Hands down the best if you want to be taken care of and treated like you and your car matter!! Very professional and unlike other reviewers stated they only spoke in English clearly as a first language and only in a respectful manner

Took a bumper to get painted here...said it was a 2 day job. It turned into an 8 day job of no work at all. Said they were sorry and would do it at a discounted price. Waited another week and it still wasnt done. These people are NOT PROFESSIONAL. Dont waste your time or get your expectations up.

This place I horrible after keeping my car for four months my spare tire was missing my jack my Center caps missing swapped my alternator on top of all that a two year old kid would do a better job on the body refused to pay for the missing parts.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I was told by the owner that he would waive my deductible if I brought them my car after I was rear ended. After having my car for two weeks they decided they wouldnt waive it. They then kept my car for 5Weeks for a repair of the fender and a small paneling above it. They did not screw in the paneling but instead just used double sided tape. I had to bring it back twice and they still REFUSED TO FIX IT PROPERLY. I can fit my fingers between the panels and pull it away from the car. I can see the bolts that were not inserted to secure the paneling. My tire gauge was also lit and as I drove away the tire went flat. Im currently having to repair the tire as well as take the car to another auto body so it can be fixed properly. I repeat-DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CAR/MONEY. They shouldnt be in business and I am reporting them. They should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Horrible repair facility, they try to act like thugs and scream and cuss at people over the phone. Extremely unprofessional. There isnt one person fluent in English in the building. Pathetic, do not bring your vehicle here.
