We came from the Cincinnati area to get my mother a newbed. Shes getting up there in age and has some body ailments. Phil was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He helped us make the right choice for her and were very grateful. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new bed.

Dan was super helpful my mom and I went get a bed for her .Dan went above and beyond . My mom needed a wheelchair but i couldnt help her because i just had back surgery. Bless Dan offered to wheel her around store till she found what she was looking for. He checked us out and then took extra time to wheel her to the car. He will never know how much that meant to us. Great guy.

We’ve been a customer of sleepy Hollow for many years we have purchased not only for our home but for our Elderly parents also.We have been very fortunate to have the best sales person every time that always takes their time yesterday his name was Dan ~ he went above his call of his job to make sure that we have the perfect mattress for our needs he was very personable and very caring and especially in this time of uncertainty with Covid -19 shopping for a bed isn’t something we wanted to do but it definitely was necessary.He reassured us of the precautions of our shopping safety concerns. He didn’t rush us he told us to take our time in fact take all the time we needed it’s not easy laying on a bed for five seconds and saying yeah this is the one !Again my husband and I Thank Dan and the sleepy hollow family stay safe !!

Dan at the Niles location was absolutely wonderful during the process of buying our new Tempur-pedic. He was thorough and patient with my husband and I as we tried each and every bed! They got our bed within a week and delivered it the very next day! The bed is a perfect fit for us, and we will never go anywhere else for a bed again. I highly recommend Sleepy Hollow!

We first went to the shop in Austintown. Harold was very nice but the bed we wanted to try was not there so he sent us to their Howland store where we met Dan. Great experience all around they were both very helpful.

Jason took the time to help me decide on what was my best purchase. Also, Dan (the other salesman) helped me a few days later. Both Jason and Dan are outstanding, professional and friendly. The salesmen take the time to personally help the customer decide what is the best affordable mattress and bed. They truly care about the customer. The deliverymen, Jim and Scott, are professional, friendly and very hard working. Jim and Scott were also very careful and neat inside of my home. Jim and Scott exceeded all of expectations of having delivery people inside my home. They are wonderful. They removed the old mattress, installed power bases, tightened the bed frame which I was unaware that it needed fixing, moved a box spring in my basement and were very careful about it all. It was a wonderful experience buying from Sleepy Hollow in Niles, Ohio. The customer is treated with the highest regard and care. Thank you Jason, Dan, Jim and Scott. You are all outstanding workmen. One stop shopping at its greatest!Rich Lee showed my wife and me what coil density was. That little bit of knowledge went a long way and we could feel the difference in density and it was fun to guess the density by the feel of the mattress. Rich was a fun guy and we finally settled on a hybrid mattresse and love it. Service, Selection, and knowledge sold us!

I can tell you one thing, Sleepy Hollow will give you the very best selection out of any sleep shop in the area. It is truly a treat when you have educated and friendly salesmen/women who really want to make a difference in your life. I know it is hard to be perfect in the business world today. I purchased $2000 Stearns&Foster king size mattress set in January 2014. In January 2016 the bed was deteriorating. By January 2017 needs to be replaced.I suggest you NOT buy a Stearns & Foster mattress from anybody .I have to replace this one after only 3 years. It is a POS.
