Went to look at models for a friend in their hobby shop. The owner is a miserable old man, rude and should maybe take a class in customer service and another in manors and edicate. Never go back! Not worthy of my money, time, or the drive.

I only gave them one star because I had to.We took our boat to them in the fall to be winterized and stored for the winter. In early April my husband went over and ask if they would change the impeller before it was time for us to pick up. They said they would and it would be ready for pick up at the same time in May. We picked up our boat and after a couple days noticed gear oil leaking all over the concrete. My husband contacted them and they told us to bring it back. A week goes by and we havent heard anything. I called dreamboat and told them who I was, asking if they had an estimated time frame of when our boat would be ready for pick up and also if he knew what the issue was. The gentleman on the phone was VERY rude to me saying that he doesnt know when it would be done or whats wrong with it. He stated that they wouldnt get to until maybe the following week. I asked why next week and he yelled at me and told me that he had other customers ahead of me. I explained very nicely that I understood he had other customers, but that we had to bring our boat back to them because it was leaking gear oil after they had just changed the impeller. He did not let me say anything else before yelling and swearing at me, saying that it was BULL$***. That I was accusing him of doing something to our boat and that they didnt touch the gear oil. My receipt from them says otherwise. Needless to say we went back and forth without resolution as he just continued to speak over me. He told me to just come pick up my boat!!My husband called the next day and spoke to the mechanic which immediately started telling my husband that I accused them of breaking something which was merely not the case. What happened to let me take a look and see whats going on or I am very sorry that happened, we will be very happy to see what we can do for you the customer service here is severely lacking and they do not seem to care about their customers one bit. All I was asking was for them to take a look to see what the issue was. Never will I go back there or recommend dreamboat to anyone!

Fun hobby shop that has some old time games and fun toys, models, puzzles. We stopped to get our remote control truck battery looked at and replaced. Very nice and helpful.

Dreamboat is a great place to get pellets, models, and R/C cars. You can also get your boat fixed by certified Mercury Marine technicians. The prices are fair and there is alot to see. A must stop.

They had what i was looking for and asked their hours, was late getting out of work so called to tell them i was two minutes away from store was told to hurry .When we got there, was rushed to get what i was looking for,when i asked about another produced acted like i was wasting his time was more interested in getting out of there on time,

Very pricey and the staff can be rude, but they have craft supplies, Boy Scout uniforms, models, train sets, and other hobby supplies that can be hard to find in this area.
