After 25 yrs., it was time for new carpet. Too many choices. I happened across Magic Carpet and read the reviews. Made contact and within a day the owner, Sam, was at my home taking measurements. The next day we were in his store discussing style, price etc. He was very personable and professional. We made a decision, the carpet was ordered and 1 week later, Ali, was installing the carpet in our Living room, hallway and 3 bedrooms. He did an excellent job. About 10 days after the installation, when the carpet came to life, we noticed a line right down the center of our living room floor. It was not a seam. It appeared to be a defect. We called Sam and he was out within 2 days. He agreed that it was not right. He took a few photos and a short video and made contact with the carpet manufacturer. Sam was genuinely concerned for our inconvenience and promised that he would make things right. Within a week, Ali was back out and replaced the carpet in the living room. All is well and we are very happy and satisfied with the new carpet. Cant thank Sam and Ali enough for their professionalism and customer service. We definitely made the right decision with Magic Carpet and highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Magic Carpet. We wanted to go look at some showrooms and ended up just barely able to see another company because they were appointment only. We just tentative numbers from them but at 6-8week lead time on install. We decided to look up other companies and found Magic Carpet. We called and were told of course we could come over. We were able to pick out great carpet and it was a fraction of the cost we quoted from the other company. The other guys didnt even tell us what labor would cost. The best part was Sam came out to measure the day we called and said we got keys to the new house. He called his supplier while he was in our home and he was able to get it installed within 3 weeks! Great service. We love our new flooring. Were going to be redoing our kitchen soon. Well be reaching out to Sam again to go over options for that flooring.

We have had a great experience with Magic Carpet & Flooring! We got quotes from multiple companies from our flooring. Magic Carpet not only had a wide-range of high-quality products to choose from and extremely competitive prices, but the timeline and the customer service blew everyone else out of the water. We were able to get our flooring in quickly, which allowed us to move in earlier and enjoy our new home sooner than expected. In addition, when the owner saw that our top flooring choice was listed as out of stock, he went the extra mile for us even though we didnt even ask him to. He called the company and found out that in the small quantity we needed for the job, they would be able to fill the order. We couldnt be happier with our flooring now, but it doesnt stop there. The owner also took time out of his day to come over and answer additional questions we had prior to installation. Then, when there was a minor imperfection with the installation he personally came over to fix it for us. I would recommend Magic Carpet & Flooring to anyone.

The owner even worked with me to get the carpeting installed on short notice (the installer even came out on a Sunday). The carpeting looks great. Googled carpet store and Magic Carpet had great reviews so we figured wed try them out. Excellent service, installed the carpet in two days, very friendly, affordable. Gave us a lower price than World of Floors at Art Van, even after we figured out we have more square footage than we told Art Van. Best deal around. Highly recommend them. :)

Great job all-around. Sam was very friendly and helpful from the minute we walked in, showed us a variety of carpeting options and didnt pressure us into anything we didnt want. He came out the same day to provide an estimate and we had our new carpeting fully installed within two weeks. The installation guys were also great- quick, professional and honest. Only minor thing is that I wish they did a bit more cleanup, since there were a lot of stray fibers. Either way, no complaints at all. Support your local businesses and go with Magic. Sam at Magic Carpet Flooring really did a fantastic job helping us select a hardwood floor in our Moms bedroom and bathroom, and get it installed. I was on my way to a different place to look at options for replacing my kitchen carpet with something a little less carpety and my upstairs carpet with new carpet, and I happened to drive past this store and decided to check it out. Sam was very nice and showed me some nice carpet that he had leftover from another project, and let me take home a sample of a luxury laminate for my kitchen. He came out and measured for the project on his day off, and made good recommendations about what floor to put where. As a first-time homeowner, I obviously was worried about cost, but at the same time I wanted to get the job done well. I also checked out another store, and Sams per square foot price on the carpet he sold me was much better than it was at another store. He said he didnt remember the name of the carpet, but I did see the identical carpet somewhere else at a higher price. They guys who put my floor in are probably skilled enough to put floors in on the space station, and I am very very extremely picky about work on my house.Anyway, Im really glad I went with the recommendations Sam made. My house looks a million times better. Holy smokes! Somebody who was in the house before I owned it walked in the side door and was like, Wow! when he saw the new floor. I cannot get over what a good job they did. The men who did the installation did an extremely good job and were incredibly professional, and all the people who work there seem super trustworthy. They installed the metal bars on my stairs, didnt think it looked good enough, and special ordered better ones to finish the project, at no extra price to me. When youre going to be in a house for years, it makes sense to hire someone who takes pride in their work =).

We had Magic Carpet lay very large rugs and pads for us in four rooms. They picked them up for us and moved substantial furniture and laid them with accuracy to the inch. They were extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, polite and professional - not to mention very accommodating to our schedule as we had many changes. We will use them again in a heartbeat!

Other companies did not want to install carpet over our basement tile floor. Magic Carpet said they would do it AND on short notice. We were more than satisfied with the entire experience. Excellent serviceMagic Carpet is the place to go for carpets. Not knowing much about carpets the owner Sam educated me on the different brand names and quality of carpets. Sam really came through for us in a serious bind, and I had to write this review to share my experience and hopefully help others looking for carpet/flooring solutions in the metro area (my first time ever leaving a review before anyone thinks this might not be real but the level of service he provided absolutely warrants it). Home Depot in Allen Park initially quoted us a 10-14 day window for carpet installation in a single bedroom after getting a measurement and ordering carpet during the last week of June. Received a call from their contractor 3 days later and was told the soonest they could install was July 31st (over a month away).Talked to Sam that Friday and told him what we needed and the timeframe we were shooting for, came in on Monday and he had Tony, his installer, on site for us the next day (and this was the week of July 4th, no less). Sam was incredibly helpful in recommending the best level of padding and picking out carpet that was exactly what we were looking for.Serious professionalism the whole through, still cant believe what a fantastic job they did with such a short turnaround during a holiday week. Will definitely be recommending anyone I know in the area go with Magic Carpet & Flooring. Thanks again, Sam & Tony!

We bought a home full of carpet from Sam @ Magic Carpet in 2011.7 years later we are moving and after numerous furniture moves there were many bumps in the carpeting from sliding the furniture. We needed those removed for the house showings. I stopped in and Sam remembered me and within 24 hours had one of his expert installers at my home and completely removed the bumps. THIS is the kind of personal service that is lacking with those big box carpet stores.
