Went to Verizon to upgrade my phone and I ended up upgrading the entire family’s. Charlie who works at the Verizon store on Dequnidre and 12 mile was awesome! He was very patient and thorough to make sure all of our phones data transferred over. He even stayed past closing to help us! I highly recommend this Verizon store as their customer service is A+++ in my book! Thank you, Charlie!

Never have I ever had as excellent service as I did with Charlie. I thought he was the owner until he told me that he is the store manager. He assisted my wife and I while also helping other customers. Made sure everyone in the store was attended to. I was very impressed and will definitely be coming to this store from here on out. He helped us get comfortable with our new phones as my wife and I are not great when it comes to change, however he made it a wonderful transition. I am very happy that we decided to make switch to Verizon!

Charlie took care of me right before closing even though he was finishing up with another customer. It was quick & easy to get another phone. The only problem I had was choosing what color phone I wanted.

I was very pleased by the customer service received at Verizon yesterday, in Warren, MI location, at one of the Premium stores. I had decided to change carriers and return to Verizon as I was a previous customer. Me and my son decided to get a plan together, as we both had our own cell plans with a popular competitor, we were hoping a joint plan may save us some money. Rafi was knowledgeable, courteous and explained each process, the functionality of our new phones, he seemed genuine and very patient. He ensured that we took advantage of offers for essential workers. I particularly liked that he asked us to call if we had any questions or concerns after our purchase. I would like this location to serve as as my Verizon store when it is time for my upgrades or to purchase Verizon accessories. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family. Charlie at the Warren (Dequindre & 11 1/2 mile) location went out of his way to help my husband and I get our 4 lines switched from Sprint to Verizon. Ive bought accessories from this store on a few different occasions, and today I bought a new phone! Every time I come here Charlie always goes above and beyond to help me out! He also connected my LG bluetooth headset and switched over my data from my old phone to the the new phone!

Charlie and Sam were great! They work fantastic alongside one another, they helped me with my new phone purchase and made everything easy for me!

Charlie was very helpful in setting up the plan for us. He took care of all the porting work switching from another provider. We had people in our plan who were at different geographical area than us. We faced problems for them to switch over but Charlie kept checking with us throughout the process and its status. Hard to find people who really care about the customer experience and service, but this store and Charlie in particular were very nice in dealing with the issues we faced.

Absolutely the worst customer service! Im currently on hold to speak with customer service and file a complaint about this Verizon store! Charlie who answers phones was completely useless to solve a unneeded purchase. A purchased insisted by the salesman at this store for a upgrade on a Jetpack. Our state has been closed down since March 15, 2020 and citizens were asked to stay in our homes. I tried returning to other Verizon stores sister store in Rochester Hills and told I had to go to original store twenty minutes from my home. After traveling twice to this store who was not open although the signs on the door with phone number for curb side pick up. No one answered the phone or the door or came out to assist a longtime customer to Verizon! Ethan at the Rochester hills store who sold me two phones on Saturday April 25, 2020 was assuring that the return would be made as long as we traveled down to Madison Heights. Store closed!! Dont shop at this store if you are looking for good customer service because they do not have any! No longer with Verizon after this call! Ten Years of good customers with business and personal phones gone.

Went to upgrade our phones, spoke with Dan. He was able to upgrade our phones, showed us the neat little tips and tricks for our new Note 8s. He wasnt pushy on selling us anything we didnt need, he was able to transfer the important information over quickly so we could be on with our day easily. Being a long time Verizon customer its always nice to be helped in store by someone so nice and not the typical sales slime ball. The store was very clean, simple set up and overall a wonderful experience!
