I use to go to a different laser place but this one all the staff is very nice and respectful. I definitely recommend to see Rita when you stop by! She will take care of you perfectly

I had an amazing experience at Advanced Cosmetics Center. I went there for a Consolation to inquire about laser hair removal, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and put me at ease after I was nervous for doing this for the first time. This best laser clinic I have visited. Amazing staff and great prices. I have had treatments in other clinics before that I would not recommend. I had laser hair removal here and I can tell that the staff are VERY skilled and professional. I had a far better experience than a laser center that I used to visit in San Francisco. My bikini and armpit hair have gone. I am traveling right now, but as soon as I get I am booking with Sharon to have the rest of my body treated. BEST PRICES AND GREAT RESULTS!

Experience was great! I have gone to several Laser hair removal places and I must admit this was by far the best and most affordable. Ive gone multiple times for a couple of years now, I would NOT recommend this place at all! First of all, Ive left with not only burns but cuts from how poorly they would shave missed spots, I walked out with blood all of my thighs once and even have a scar now for the burns!! They are not welcoming in the least, they all have attitude and make you feel like youre wasting their time. They even walk out mid-session, just to go talk to co-workers. The absolute worst part is how much they pressure you into buying more packages! They would call me all the time asking if I wanted to buy another package, when I already had one!! Then after ever session, they tried to do the same, one time one lady even called over her co-worker and both tried pressuring me into getting one. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I would disregard the good reviews and they seem illegitimate. Theres even more saying they were burned and scared as well. Take your money else where.

I was refereed by a friend to try this place since it was near my home and they did not disappoint! From the second I walked in I was greeted with suburb hospitality; everyone was so friendly. I started my treatments in February of this year on my shoulders, lower neck and cheeks. It has been everything I expected and at a price that can not be beat! Was hesitant with going here, but got a recommendation for Sonya and shes amazing. They use the new suction laser. Saw some of my hair coming out. She was really thorough and knew what she was doing. They said its painless, but its never painless, just less pain then the original. They also give you ice which helps tremendously. I would take a painkiller an hour before coming to help with Pain.Depending on who you get, they open late too! I got a few burns here and there, but its normal because the heat is so strong, so I read.... But my burn is like a razor burn like. I definitely recommend coming here. The place is professional and clean. Speaking to one of the esthetician while waiting, she was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions.

Im on my second groupon here. They have more advanced lasers than I have used elsewhere and they are less painful! My forearms are almost hair free after only two sessions with the new laser. Only complaint is they FULLY book and sometimes overbook and you wait for your appointment. I refer people here and will continue to go. Cant beat the price.

I have been coming to Advance Cosmetic Centers ever since I received a Groupon offer (definitely a good way to attract new customers). I have purchased at least several packages, and continue to come for maintenance when required. I highly recommend this establishment; they will work with you on pricing if needed, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Do not go here! They lie, pressure you, and are so unprofessional. They wouldn’t honor my moms Groupon. They told me full body covered everything, then tried telling me after I bought it certain areas were more. It’s a constant battle to get what you paid for. I was stressed every time I had to go in for a session. Also, they brib you with gift cards to write good reviews, so don’t let the reviews on here fool you!

Ive been coming here for a little while. I came Saturday after a little lapse in time and had the worse service ever. The blond lady was so rude. After arguing with the front desk lady how she wasnt going to do me. Took me in the back after the fight. She was rude and asked if I had a tan. I replied no and she looked funny. She did the area which usually takes longer and said that all I can do. I asked about the cream I usually get and told me I didnt need it. Like she was so disgusted. She then asks if I was going to get more sessions and said maybe I should go somewhere else for my type of skin. I am fair skin and had been going there for a while and never heard of that. The lady I usually get is so nice and efficient. I would NEVER come back. That one staff member and experience has scared me. Very unfortunate one person can ruin it. Train your staff please. She seem racist and rude

Today, I went for my first consultation and was excited considering the positive reviews I read. Well, I left that office feeling disrespected and discriminated against. I am a light skin African American, and was told by the technician that she did not want to disappoint me, but the laser treatment will not work on my skin because my skin is too dark. I have had laser hair removal done with Ageless Spa in the past and never had a problem with my treatments. I only went to this place after I saw Groupon running a special. Truth of the matter, the technician who appears to be (Chaldean) did not want to touch my black African American skin. After I began questioning her about why she felt the treatments wouldnt work, she stated that the machine is meant to be used on fair to light skin and she did not want to take my money knowing it would not work. Bull***, so disappointed and Im glad she did not service me. I probably would have ended up jacked up. So she truly she did me a favor.

Literally the worst experience Ive ever had doing laser. When i called to schedule an appointment, the lady at the front desk seemed so clueless and rude, not to mention the called sounded very bottle necked, almost as if it were a conference call, despite that, i make an appointment since it was cheap. I arrive to my appointment on time and was told that i couldnt have the treatment done because my skin was a bit tanned, you couldnt have told me earlier or done a consultation just to see if i CAN do it? she argued with me until finally taking me in, the machine was dirty and had hair in it from the previous person (god knows what part that came from) then she proceeded to tell me that i couldnt do laser until i shaved (uhhh, you also couldnt have told me over the phone?) luckily i had one and i did it. Came back, the machine was properly working, had to sit in the room for around half an hour just for the machine to be fixed, then we proceeded with the treatment. The lady was talking on the phone, constantly talking and halting the treatment, taking even more time for it to be done, at that point i had been there for 2 hours just to do a half hour treatment. I come out and the lady says for me to wait, she proceeds to go in the back for at least half an hour, i can hear her laughing and speaking in another language with the other employees, laughing, then i hear something like hes annoying to treat just like blacks i was ticked. The blonde haired lady comes out and proceeds to charge me double the price of the original quote, i questioned her, she said thats the price of the treatment and i said no it isnt, i was supposed to pay $50, not $100 she kept arguing that ht price can not be changed, they basically scammed me, i was so angered i flipped them the bird and left. Long story short, i would disregard most of the positive reviews, because they really dont seem legitimate after the experience i had. I would definelty recommend going to a place with more reviews and a much higher score.

Employers can sometimes be rude and will talk in other languages and they have incorrect timing. Website says they close at 7pm and they closed at 5pm. The results you get will depend on what associate you have doing your service.

Missing spots, burn, unprofessional they dont even know how to set the machine, they will tell you that you need 6 treatments as a package, but you will never be done with six, but what they do is that they will lower the machine power so you will see some results and when your 6th treatment done, your hair will grow again and they will convince to by more and more, scammers.

I have been seeing alot of excellent results. I highly recommend this place, the staff is extremely polite and do a great job!

I will never come here again. The receptionist embarrassed me by talking about my treatments in front of another client. That’s not the way you treat clients.
