On July 6, 2021, my husband went in Michigan Gold Cart to place an order for a golf cart. He gave the color and options to be added to our cart and was told that it would be 3-4 weeks. Six weeks later, he called to find out what was happening with our cart and was told that they didnt have an invoice for his order. He drove up there with his invoice and upon arrival, was told that the invoice was found on the owners desk. He was then told, by the owner that the golf cart, was being painted right now. It is now October10, and we have never heard one word from this company again. We did not put down a deposit, but would have willingly if asked, and we are thankful we did not. You would think that after a company loses an invoice, they would do everything they could to make it right for the customer, but instead must have pushed out invoice aside again and forgot about it. We specifically chose not to call this company again as we do not wish to give our hard earned money to a company that thinks so little of its customers and offers such poor customer service. Obviously, if I was able I would give Michigan Gold Cart no stars at all.

Keith and Morgan provided me with an awesome 😎 Elite S4 golf cart purchase experience. I am very particular and I’m sure I tested Keith’s patience more than once. However, he still came through for me despite all of the custom work I wanted. It took a few months longer because of the virus 🦠 but it was worth the wait. This is a personal review for a Good Samaritan I only know the first name “bob” he works here. And anyways long story short my mother was stranded behind the gas station across the street with a completely flat tire and Bob helped us repeatedly! we didn’t have a proper Jack to Lift the vehicle up if it wasn’t for bob letting us use a bottle jack we would’ve been screwed. He didn’t ask for anything in return. Thanks so much bob !

I called Michigan Golf Cart and they had exactly what I was looking for and at great price. I haven’t been able to find anything in the metro area that’s comparable as far as quality, price or customer service. I spoke to Morgan, who was awesome in every aspect of customer service. I told her I live about an hour away and she immediately emailed me photos of the cart that I was interested in buying. I’ve since called two more times and spoken to her for information and to order the cart and she is very knowledgeable, personable and all around just awesome. Their used carts are completely refurbished and look awesome. I had a few items added to the cart and am looking forward to picking it up next week. I highly recommend calling Michigan Golf Cart if you’re looking for a golf cart.

Really nice place and great people to work with. Keith, Morgan, and Bobby were exceptional to work with. New and used carts in stock, both gas and electric and they will customize to your specifications. EZGOs are the main inventory and they deliver as well. And they love dogs so they have to be great people!

Great showmanship during the sale, but good luck if you need any warranty work - buyer beware. Noticed a problem with the cart just a month after the sale, returned for service and failed to fix. Returned again and failed to fix. Keith (the owner) provided nothing but false promises and dodged phone calls. Horrible way to treat customers, there are too many other golf cart businesses to buy from. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

So I just started looking around last week at purchasing a golf cart, I stopped into Michigan Golf Cart first and was greeted with Morgan’s beautiful smile and professional manner. Keith and Company highly custom built a EZ-GO Express S4 HO for me 4yrs ago to my specs that I shopped around all over the country. I decided on this place because they could meet my specs 100% where others couldnt and they are local, an added plus. After 4yrs of ownership, never had to return once for experiencing issues.
