We skip our “local” DQ for the always excellent service as well as product availability at this location. Staff is always friendly and efficient AND they always have what we want available.

They stopped selling all the good stuff and blizzards...banana pudding blizzard, strawberry shortcake, etc.... 95% of the menu is now chocolate. Everybody not a chocolate fan.

What else does anyone want more than ice cream. Frozen Dairy Queen ice cream is the best. Unless its from a farm. So good!!

I just had the best customer service experience.. I have a huge family which means a huge order.. I automatically was thinking I’d be in that line forever, but to my surprise it was the fastest most pleasant service I have received in a long time... I really appreciated the huge smiles I received at the drive through window 😃 Thanks for making my evening a bit more pleasurable.....

Shakes were great I was hungry and going to order a snack but the guy taking my order was super rude and seems like he hates his job or something I am a manager in fast food and if I heard someone talking like that I would of sent them home

Loved my peanut butter sundae

Some employees have been wonderful. Today I had an employee at the drive though that was wearing her face mask on her chin, not even covering her mouth a nose. I jokingly mentioned that the mask doesn’t work unless it’s over her mouth and nose like mine, and her reply was a very snotty, “ I know!” Strike one for the incorrectly worn mask, strike two for the attitude. I can put up with attitude, but the employees mask protects me In the same way my mask protects her. Wear it properly!I went back only to encounter an employee at the drive through with his mask worn around his neck. Strike three. I won’t be back.

Customer service is VERY NASTY!! FROM MANAGEMENT TO CASHIERS I WONT NEVER RETURN THERE. ILL GO A FEW MILES UP....SMH

Good but very slow

They make a good Oreo blizzard and no matter how many cars are in the drive-thru, its never a long wait.

Stopped at this dairy queen, was greeted kindly and informed of things they didnt have with kindness. I ordered extra an extra blizzard last minute, and the kind employee who was working by himself did it for me. Very impressed. Thank you

Phenomenal Customer Service

Very fast there were 14 cars in front of us and we were out of there within 10 mins and we ordered footlongs and ice cream so to me this was very fast

Old fashioned swirl cone for me and strawberry milkshake for Hubby were delicious!

This place is so slow messed up my order ordered a coffee drink they didnt put it on my order then when I said something to them about the coffee drink they acted like I didnt order it when I did then told me I cant add anything to my order when I ordered it in the first place and they were rude about it wont be coming back her anymore!!

After sitting in the drive through for LITERALLY 20 minutes, they forgot the ice cream. Fries ice cold. Messed up the order of the person in front of us and tried to give us the wrong order.

So i come here the other night... guess the 2 for $2 Wednesday deal ended but i ask the guy at the speaker anyways if its still going on .. his response i have nooooooooooo idea what you are talking about i responded so no more two for two dollars on Wednesday.. okay then he comes back with probably not ... maybe he was new not sure but not very professional.. =/

The staff was polite and helpful. I wasnt sure which Blizzard I wanted, so the gentleman behind the counter suggested the Summer Berry Blizzard. I was not disappointed.

Very good quality ice cream

Absolute worst Dairy Queen Ive ever been to. It used to be fine, we go here all the time because its just down the street from my house, but the last three or four times its nearly impossible to get your order correct the first try, theyre constantly out of ingredients and I dont find the staff overwhelmingly helpful. Im disappointed that its gone so far downhill recently, hopefully another dairy queen in the area will be a little better.

I went to this particular Dairy Queen when I was younger. I still visit this Dairy Queen to this very day. Good food and wonderful customer service. Keep up the good work guys.

The lady working there was incredibly nice, polite, and patient. The restaurant was clean. Prices are a little high. They were out of relish. The liquid cheese product made the footlong hot dog bun soggy and messy. The slushie was too watery to start.

Doesnt matter what time of year it is, how busy or not busy it is this place has runny, unfrozen ice cream. You order a blizzard and its like soup, sometimes its even like chocolate milk consistency... They have failed every chance, will not go back there huge waste of money.

Just stopped in for a few Blizzards before school starts. Busy, but the service was better than most.

Went to Dairy Queen and got 2 blizzards and a sundae for my daughter and the ice cream all tasted like sour milk. I called to complain and they said oh okay we will change it out. Wont be going here again!

We came here at 9:57, not realizing that they closed at 10pm, and they were sill very accommodating. They were pleasant and asked us for our orders, not once mentioning that they closed soon.

I have never had a bad experience. Ice cream is always good. Blizzards always handed upside down. They even took an order for me in advance for 12 blizzards just to show up and pick them up they were ready and waiting.
