Very nice and fast unloading. I have appointment for 9am I leave docks at 9:27. Thank to the lady who was at the receiving.

This place was amazing I had just got into the dock and I expected a long unload I was late and you know how it goes. All the sudden my wife calls me her and my daughter got into an accident. I walked in and told the guy he and his supper unloaded me in about 15min and I was able to make it to be there with them. Thank you so much PTL

That 2nd shift is horrible. 1st shift is efficient. As a driver you can lose up to 5 hours of your 14 hour clock trying to get out at night. You have to back in off the street. Very dangerous. If you have a delivery or pick up time with a preloaded trailer youre still going to sit if you dont get in there before 2pm est. Good luck.

2nd shift is terrible. One of forklift drivers told me he is too busy to unload my truck. I asked what shall I do then. He sad he doesnt care, sad I can leave or wait until......but if I want to get it done soon, he could take care of it for some reward. Ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you can avoid hauling a load to here, avoid at all costs. I waited half a day to load in Edwardsville, Il; to haul a load to this location, just to wait half a day for a door. On top of that: the blonde woman in receiving that checked me in, told me to walk back in at a certain time; just to scold me for 10 mins after I did so. Telling me how great a favor she was doing for me, while I wait and literally didnt allow me to say even 1 word before storming off.Another employee walked me through the self serve computer check in process.I gotta say, that wad a great inner monologue I just got scolded for. I wonder just how large that chip is on that shoulder? Everest size maybe? I wonder what was in her inner monologue also.Bad load planning between shipper and receiver with super strict dock appt times, they do not even adhere to at delivery. Your on time will be a late unload.There are literally zero trucks here delivering and Im on time, waiting, going on hour 7.Oh and the phone number listed here is useless, no one answers it.
