Great place to live. Raise your kids live life . Ive live in the park 49 years. Family owned good people a few. A few months later the park that I always call home is now accusing me of a things that I havent or know nothing about. Im going to move out if here I wouldnt recommend moving in this park if they like you your in good if they dont like you they make up things to get you to leave when the younger generation took over this park it changed for the worst so that being said I wont even give it a star. SAD

Such an amazing place to live amazing people in the park and at the office. Would absolutely recommend. My neighbors were sweethearts. They keep everything looking nice and keep you updated with newsletters. Gonna miss living here was our first home. So glad it got to be here. From a residents perspective I have to say that I think this park is the nicest park around, and has the nicest people too, and the owners and everyone in the office are always so pleasant and seem to genuinely care about all of their residents and their families too, its almost like everyone here is part of one big community family.

They are so friendly! The mobile homes are very nice,nice safe nieghborhood! A park for the kids to play... very nice!!!! I even grew up here!

Its a trailer park $60. For an application. To many rules and regulations.

This is an excellent place to live!They treat you like you matter.They really care about how the homes and park looks.I just cant say enough good about Imperial Park.

Horrible experience would not return item that was not needed motherboard was hooked up on Saturday but that wasnt the problem took it back to them and they stated because it was hooked up I could not return it and they just kept my 120.00 if the board was bought bad they have no way to test it I do not recommend doing business with these people very rude
