Clover storage YouTube wonderful place to store items or if you are in the middle of moving you can use it to store furniture and items. The staff there are wonderful and easy to talk to and will help you with any stores items that you may have.

Once youve made your reservations and received a confirmation, Public Storage follows up with a courtesy call to assist you in finding the best location for you.I chose the Mound Road location because of the easy access to one of the cities main freeway. When I met with property manager, she took the time to explain each move-in package available, provided a brief tour of each unit and offer suggestions tailored to my needs. With NO PRESSURE Ashley helped me select a 10x20 unit that will store my belongings safely and securely.I even received a free lock valuing at $19.95 which is great because I can keep the lock and use it for whatever reason. Ashley addressed each question and concern and informed me to contact her with any additional questions I may think of.She was very pleasant and professional, she went over the terms of the agreement pointing out ALL key components without rushing through it.It was a pleasure meeting with such a friendly young lady. I believe her smile speaks for itself.

I rent a storage unit for the winter to store my summer toys. I look for a few things when looking to store my prized possessions: location, security, and cost.The storage units are affordable, and I never get the sense they just want my money. Its convenient to go online and make a payment or setup auto pay. The location is great and easy to get to from 696. The gate is always shut and Ive never seen any activity that looked malicious. The lot is surrounded by other businesses and well lit at night.Samantha is extremely patient and will work with you to make sure youre satisfied. I was in a huge rush when I visited and inquired about storage. She made sure to get everything completed as soon as she could. I had a few questions, when she didnt know, she found out and called me back sooner than expected. I now stop in just to say hi or wave while I open the gate!The management staff there is great. I have only interacted with Samantha and Andy, and both workers are up beat, energetic and extremely helpful. This will definitely be my storage place for the winter times.

As far as the storage grounds they should get garbage containers in different areas for the customers to dispose of trash but other than that its great

Moving from old to new house is generally a stressful experience. One of the few bright spots during this move was this location of Public Storage. In particular, Gabby was pleasant, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure my procurement of a unit was seemless. Ive never had any sort of issue and in hearing other customers while in the office, she handled it swiftly, professionally, and with an ease that few do in the service industry.Ill be downgrading the space I need here, but I wont be leaving this location because anywhere else would be a downgrade in my own piece of mind.Edit: Once Gabby was fired, I noticed an extreme difference rather quickly...

I reserved a storage unit via the listed phone number and after speaking with the agent the property manager Ashley called moments later. She was very courteous and energetic sounding which made me feel very comfortable right out of the gate. Upon meeting her at the established time on the set date Ashley was just as energetic and courteous as well as extremely informative. What surprised me most was when she asked me to allow her to show me the unit I had reserved to make sure it would meet my needs. I have only rented one storage unit previous to this and never was offered to see the unit before rental. I found the unit very clean and had no reservations of sealing the deal. Thanks so much Ashley its a pleasure doing business with you.

I needed a temporary storage unit for a big job I am working on to store some materials. Samantha was super helpful and informative! She helped me find a unit on the property that would work best for my needs based on what I am doing and it has been working out great! Its nice to deal with such pleasant people.I originally planned to use this unit for 2 months, but it has been so convenient being able to grab my materials on the way to work and keep space free in my own garage, and the whole staff seems friendly and helpful and the property is well kept. I may use the unit for a while longer.

Public Storage on Mound in Warren is a cute little storage lot nestled in between a group of industrial buildings. The gentelmam working there, Grayson, was a joy to deal with. He made things quick, easy and painless.

This location was a pleasure to work with. Very honest and open service. I had no problems whatsoever. I could pay online any time before the 5th and I saw no extra fees. They even went out of their way to provide a flexible date for us to vacate our unit. Id highly recommend them.

Recently my storage was broken into. The staff acted as if I was alone in being violated. The gate was open and in disrepair half of the time during my 2 month relationship. I called the corporate office to complain and perhaps reconcile some issues. I was only able to leave a message with the district mgr who never got back with me. I called when I initially saw my property being sold on Craigslist. The staff checked my lock up and said it had not been breached.I showed up half an hour later and could see that the lock had been compromised. Please don’t risk your business or household dealing with this unresponsive company.
