I want to thank Daren for such great customer service. He had such a welcoming attitude and answered all questions and concerns. Its so hard these days to find hard working individuals that care and have great customer service. I would definitely recommend this location just because Daren covered all bases of customer service.

I used a lot of storage places but the gentleman at this one had the best attitude yet. He was courteous, knowledgeable, upbeat and willing to work with me to meet my needs. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Ive always saw storage places as loan sharks! If you miss a payment or get behind, its hard to caught up! They start adding on all kinds of fees and you cant keep up!This place is different! Its clean, quiet, reasonable AND professional, without all the fees!

I been renting a this location for over two years, and I’ve never had any issues/problems, great service and location the manager Daren does a great job with the costumers by making them feel like family good business and good people if you ask me and the price is very reasonable $205 with insurance on your garage!!!!!

I had a good experience at first but Once it came to leaving it was the worst. I called and spoke with someone saying I was moving in a few days so would it be okay if I didn’t have to pay and the man said yes but the money was taken out of my account a few days later. Every time I call I get no response and I just want my money back!Update: I was able to get in contact finally and the situation was resolved thankfully. He sent an email out he said and I was able to get my refund so I’m appreciative of the service.

Sharron was helpful to me keeping my day on schedule. I needed assistance getting some chairs packaged so I could send them from the post office. We did not end up getting anything but tape, however, she made sure we were packed up and ready to ship when we left. I appreciate she took her time even though I did not need storage or a uhaul. She is an asset to your company that really enjoys her job. I can tell.

MR. Joshua Allan was, and is, an extremely valuable employee for your company!!!!! He has been so kind, so well-mannered, so knowledgeable about everything we asked him about concerning the unit we are renting and have rented for about fifteen(15) years. WE CAN NOT THANK HIM ENOUGH!!!!! He is absolutely WONDERFUL and a top notch employee!!!! We both THANK you so much because if it had not been for you, we wouldve lost almost everything we own. If not for his persistance, and our being in the hospital so many times, we would not have met him. GOD DOES WORK IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS!!! The treatment here is GREAT!!!!! We will go nowhere else!!

I got stuck in traffic on Mound Rd. while coming to look at and potentially rent a storage. I called the facility cause I was concerned I would miss them cause it was so close to close. Even though I was only coming to look and was not a for sure sale Joshua offered to wait and take care of me even if I was a few minutes after close. He helped me out a lot and was very informative and never rushed me even though it was time for him to go home.Edit: I did end up renting a unit and I got a great move in promotion as well.

Excellent customer service by Joshua...very detailed in explaining the storage facility. Got a Great Rate for the unit I needed. I would definitely recommend this location to others. Joshua deserves 5 Stars for sure...keep up the great customer service!

I am 64 and never used storage before and was very nervous about the whole process, but the young man who manages the property was very understanding. He didn’t rush me or treat me like my questions were dumb and was very up front about what I can expect storing long term. I would absolutely recommend Joshua and National Storage.

Just recently collected my things from here after a move. I was a bit nervous since I had never used storage before, but I had no issues. Staff was friendly and helpful, place was neat and clean. If Im ever in need of storage in the future Ill come here again.

I rented a space and the lady and a man she later informed me was the divsion manager, were sooo nice, helpful, attentive and kept trying to get me the best deals on my storage fees. Each escorted me to view the various storage areas they had available.

Get location right off the interstate on mound, nice facility and the manager who was filling in was very helpful
