I really appreciate having this homestore in Warrensburg for pickup, delivery, and advice. I know it is a franchise and I truly hope the likely bankruptcy of Sears doesnt mean they will eliminate these homestores. They are way too valuable to the community and the employees good people. Ill keep supporting them as long as possible. My garage is a mess, but I bought a nice tool box there at a great price.

Was looking for a washer and dryer and the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me several different models in different brands. Was very happy with the service.

Called in to ask about treadmills and ended up purchasing one over the phone. Great customer service made it an easy process. 10/10 would recommend

Chris is your local hometown Sears owner. Large selection at great prices. You can order online and have shipped directly to store. Why didnt the traffic and the city hassle when you can get it locally and possibly a better price,!

Staff was very helpful. Product I wanted was on sale. In and out quickly. They loaded my vacuum in the car. Great service!

Sears is really looking like it is on its last leg. Shelves are empty and selection very limited. Also the rewards program is a sham. You will be told you get X amount of points for such and such buy, but they do NOT tell you it will be stretched out over the year. Furthermore they expire.This is actually more directed at Sears it self. The little store in Warrensburg does its best to help you. I just cant give it more stars, because of Sears.

I went into the store I spoke with the owner employee he told me I needed a special Parts number and where it was located on my grinder I went home got the model number went back he typed it into his computer it was ordered and delivered to my home within 2 days excellent service

Paid for delivery and the fat guy wouldnt unbox or put in place, told me they would be at my house in 45 min but came late afternoon...... You be the judge.....,

Outdated computer system that wouldnt take new Missouri license numbers caused us to spend over two hours trying to purchase a washer and dryer.

Not the most helpful people Ive ever seen. Tried calling store and no working phone to call. Did buy refrigerator and stove because the closest Sear to me and I like Kenmore appliances.
