Warrensburg Cycle has been serving my motorcycles since 2016 and have been phenomenal the entire time!! Special shout out to Aaron and Troy who take the time to explain things to me and ensure I get in on time and ask if my motorcycle needs are met. I was very leery years ago to trust that i would be treated fairly because I’m a woman and they have gone above and beyond to make sure that’s always the case!! Thank you to Warrensburg Cycle crew!!
This place is very much still open and doing well. This place never disappoints.
Have always had good experiences here, people are friendly, always eager to get what you need.
Absolutely love this dealership. Great work on many repairs.
Was helpfull got me what I needed
Jacob Van Zant was our sales representative and he was very personable and eager to help and answer all questions.
Customer service was great, they just didnt have anything and I wanted to try things on but nothing was there. Good place though still
Found what we we’re looking for and reserved it. They were truthful and honest and a real pleasure to do business with. Sales, service and management were all eager to help. Good job, and thank you very much!
I have been taking my motorcycles to Warrensburg Cycle for five years. Troy, Aaron and Roman (when he was there) have always gone above and beyond with customer service and exceptional work on my bikes. Troy takes the time to do a thorough job and then explain everything to me!! Could not ask for a better group of guys to work with!! Thank you!
These people helped and broke the sales pitch down to my understanding, I wanted safety with my product and I feel I got that. Thank you fellows
Great experience every time Im there.
The service team is amazing. Aaron and Troy were helpful and accommodating. They quoted us a price and a timeframe to complete the work and it was done on time at the price quoted. After being frustrated with another shop it was really nice to get this type of service! They have a customer for life.
Never step foot in this place.. they have a Kawasaki jet ski for sale, listed on the website and is on showroom floor. My wife and I were there looking at it and purchased it for full asking price plus the $169 add on admin fee. We were asked to put a deposit down of $200.00 which we did, financing is ready to go now. I get a call from Aaron the GM, he informs me the owner of the store wants to use this jet ski for his week vacation and we won’t be able to pick it up until after July 18th!!!! WHAT??!! Who does this?!! We made a deal and put the deposit down that was asked of us and THE OWNER, Jeff Stanfield wants to use our jet ski? No way to do business and to treat paying customers. Won’t be buying this and they are supposed to refund deposit. The most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen in business. They actually expected us to wait and pick it up after the “owner” is done with it without even an offer of compensation.
Really nice people and very informative
The people are joyful when you walk in and want to try an make your day awesome if at all possible 😀 love going here! I only give 4 because the selection is limited and i have only seen 2 out of the 3 bikes ive been eyeing at this location.
Excellent service! Great staff!
Always great service and wide range of stock.
I have purchased two motorcycles from here. I had an amazing experience both times. I also got most of my gear here. The salesmen for both sides of the store were great. The maintenance guys were awesome. And of course the finance guy was great too. No complaints. All around a good place to shop.
Very good service
Very pleased with a repair done at this business. $3K+ repair was done well, in a timely manner and within a few dollars of initial estimate. No surprises at check-out whatsoever. I was kept informed of progress all along the way and the employees I had contact with were helpful and friendly. The machine didnt come from there originally and it was my first time walking in the place or talking to anyone associated with the business.
The worst experience with a dealer I have ever had, and believe me, I have had a few bad ones. Bought a brand new sea doo spark from them last year in completely good faith. Had heard many good things about them and expected nothing but that. Well let me tell you, those good things ended as soon as the sale was made. Since buying the spark, I have not had an issue with it until last weekend. However, last weekend I rolled the sea doo while riding it. No big deal... they are made to have that happen, right? Well, only if the dealer remembers to secure your dip stick cap after checking the oil! Bottom of the sea doo was filled with oil and created a giant mess while also costing me a $56 oil change. I changed the oil on my own and kind of let that one slide under hoping if that was the worst of my issues it wasnt that big of a deal. Fast forward a week. I am now trailering my spark home to my thoroughly clean out the inside of the hull from the oil incident. What happens? I get home and my right hand knee panel is missing... blew off on the way home. I call up to the shop since the ski is still under warranty. Get blown off for a day. When I finally get a response, all they can tell me is BRP wont cover it. Since that is something they cant control, we kindly asked if they would be willing to sell at their cost rather than make us pay full price (if theyre not going to cover it they at least shouldnt feel the need to make money off of us). They claimed that $136 was their cost for the part and that they could not do any better. At this point conversation was over or so we thought. Shortly after I get a text from an individual that is in a sea doo facebook group with me. While I have never met this individual before, let alone buy a jet ski from him, he works at a dealer and says he discounts parts for members of the sea doo facebook group. He then tells me that he can get me the same part for $83. Funny how a dealer that you bought a jet ski from is unwilling to sell you a part that should be under warranty for that cost yet a kind stranger that shares a passion for similar hobbies is. At this point I called Aaron, the scumbag salesman that got us involved with this terrible dealership to begin with. I told him about the whole experience as well as other dealers being willing to sell the part cheaper and just wondering what his reaction would be/hoping it would be better. Well all I got was a sorry man and some other excuses while he sounded as completely uninterested as possible. Well, as I said in the phone call, I intended to leave a review so hope you like it Aaron! Seriously guys, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs. The smiles end as soon as the payment is collected and it is nothing but headaches from then on. I can not stress enough, FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO BUY YOUR MACHINES FROM!!!!!!!!! Warrensburg Cycle, you have lost all respect from me.
Reasonable prices to have 4-wheeler service and work done.
Its pricey, but its done right! The guys are professional and courteous
We have bought a lot of items including oil, helmet (for our son) riding gloves. Staff have overall been very friendly. I gave 4 stars because they can be a little pricey sometimes. They dont have a ton but we usually find what we need.
Aaron sold me the biggest piece of junk trailer for way over priced, I can’t even get 50% of what I bought it for and I’ve only used it twice. Never recommend going here for any needs.
We spent over an hour being educated by Alex on side-by-sides. We werent sure what we wanted and even though we still arent we are much more informed and had a greasy non-pushy sales/educational experience. When we are ready to purchase we will go back to Warrensburg Cycle.
I bought a Yamaha Grizzly from these guys a couple years ago. They have since taken over all my ATV and side by needs. Great people. Great service.
Quick turn around
The guys here are great. Marcus and Mitchell always help me find what I need. Im glad to have a dealer close by when I need a stock part.
Purchased a new 2017 Can Am Defender DPS. Added some accessories and fully enclosed cab system. Once I figured out it wont go over 12 MPH unless you put your seat belt on, I was off to the races! Spoiled now - thanks for your patience, persistence, and customer support DALTON! Happy customer = repeat customer
Though my boyfriend and I didnt purchase anything the customer service was fantastic. They gave us our space when we first walked in, which I prefer, and let us look around on our own without the pressure of someone trying to make a sale.Upon showing interest on a particular motorcycle, Aaron (sales manager) came over to us and answered any and all of the questions we had. There was never any uncomfortable hes trying to get his commission vibe. Once the finances are in order we will most definitely be returning for that bike, without any doubt.
Worst experience ever in a dealership...my son and I came in to look at dirt bikes, we walked around for over 10 minutes and there were no other customers in the store, there was two employees none of them would get up, nobody said hello, nobody would greet us so I said sayonara. They can kiss my 2 plus thousand dollars goodbye!!
Nice shop. Nice folks.
Great facility with a good selection of new and used. Great service and parts departments. Nice people.
Great employees awesome environment.
Bought my ATV here nice shop. Small but it does the job
Good management but poor customer response and attention to details. I was lied to and had to take care of my own titling issues. Argued with salesman over the fact he said he left messages on my phone. ( He never called ). Wasnt a big deal except when he tried to BS me about leaving messages. Staff seems poorly trained on details of the product and warranties they offer. I do like the manager but the operation is ran poorly. Just my experience buying over priced toys!
Worst mechanics ever. They will mess up your bike!!!
Decent price, but tried to vastly up interest rate on a deal but they went through the motions, acted innocent, and backpeddled to correct rate. Not impressed. This was from 3-18.
I only go here as a last resort because my cycling buddies have all had bad experiences. from the outside it looks like a good business and everyone appears friendly. However, they find reasons to overcharge and claim work needs to be done that doesnt.
Shocked by the negative reviews! It must not be the same place. We just purchased our daughter her 1st four wheeler. Our sales woman Kaitlyn was so nice and patient with us. They went above and beyond what they had to. The manager Erin even delivered it to our house in his personal truck at no charge and picked up our four wheeler to service it. Again they charged us nothing and did and exceptional job!
If you like bikes and ATV this is your place. Plus tones of gear.
Great place to buy from and great you stuff serviced.
Excellent customer service, but not much variety.
Service center helped us out real quick!
Poor attention to detail, on the expensive side given the quality of service, poor customer communication throughout entire duration of the repair. They seem to overpromise to get the upsale and then don’t deliver on their promise. Very shady when came to the bill. Agreed on repair price to get the go ahead to repair and at time of pickup was given several excuses for why the bill was nearly $100 more than the originally agreed upon total price. Also tried to sell me repairs that weren’t needed as they had already been performed by another business prior to my visit to warrensburg cycle. They will get ya back up and running but thats about the extent. I will give kudos for them being knowledgeable about servicing their products, however they seem to focus way to much on the dollars spent rather than helping their customer.
Great service department. Finishing a 3300 mile 8 day trip and needed new tire.It was late on a Saturday afternoon and they had me in and out within an hour.
Bought a 00 dual sport from these guys. Good overall experience.
Ordered some parts for my used Honda Rancher. Great price, hope we ordered the right parts.
Nice small town atmosphere and amenities
Took Harleysville in for new tires to be put on and they broke parts had to wait a week for parts and repair when we took the bike in had great back brakes when we got it back NO BACK BRAKES I REPEAT NO BACK BRAKES Im going to give them one chance to fix the brakes ONE CHANCE Then Im calling the news channel call for action there very expensive and will not be going back Will be taking my Harleysville some where else from now on awful awful service Dont do business with this shop
Do not waste your time with these guys. Brought a tire in to get a new tube in because I dont have my tools with me, rode on the new tube for 15 minutes and popped. Looked down and the nut on the valve was nowhere near tight. Brought it back in and asked the guy if Id theyd be able to get me a new tube and put it on without charged and Id buy a new tire and he said no. The maintenance manager guy talked to me like I was a complete idiot, so I went with it and he said its actually good that the nut was loose because then itll have movement since it doesnt have a rimlock trying to justify their lack of mechanical skills. I gave them the chance to make up for it and I even brought proof that that is what happened and he said he couldnt do it. Not to mention its $38 to change a tire. If I had the tools I couldve done it in 10 minutes. Never going back again, they should shut that maintenance shop down and just sell bikes and parts.

Good motorsports place!
Youth clothing selection is not great
Great, very helpful.
Sent my bike in to get fixed and They said they fixed my clutches And test drove it. Went to pick it up off the lot and couldnt ever drive it home! Then they try to tell me we cant fix it because you put aftermarket levers on after they tried to fix it once. Im never buying from them again sorry
Nice folks
Motorcycles are not their priority in the service area.
Great folks.
Great customer service
Not a big selection of apparel on hand or parts for that matter but they will order it in.
Liked it here
Best in Mid Missouri!!!!!!
