Called in last minute this morning and they got me in and checked out my Jeep. They even showed me what the damage was in the undercarriage and really cared about what they could do to help me out and fix the problem. I wont go anywhere else after 8 years with them. The most honest and reasonable shop Ive ever done business with. I live 60 miles away now and still get my car towed if needed (AAA roadside makes that possible) and all my maintenance done here.

Turned away at the door because the man behind the counter told me, I dont have time this morning to do a state inspection I got 5 cars waiting. Im no mechanic but Im pretty sure that they dont take long (Maybe 30 tops) especially if all your workers arent doing anything claimed he had 5 cars waiting I see the cars but not the workers doing their job worst customer service ever, never coming back here again.
