Initially, the owner was responsive to my messages about fixing a cloth diaper. After I paid for the repair and mailed the diaper, I have only received one correspondence from her in over a year, despite many attempts on my part (messages, calls and texts). She has effectively stolen my money and my diaper. I have asked her repeatedly to return my diaper even if it is not fixed and she hasn’t done that or responded. I never write reviews but I have no other recourse in this situation aside from letting everyone online know to NEVER use this business for cloth diaper repairs.
