I would give them zero stars if I could. The front desk guy and manager both outright lied to me regarding scheduling and what I wanted done. Didnt give a sincere apology or actually try to rectify their mistakes. Then tried telling me my back brakes needed replacing which I knew it did not but then doubted myself enough I later took it to another shop who verified the back brakes were good which I already knew.David the technician in back with blue hair was honest and cool. I wish I could give him 5 stars as an individual. He was more sincere in his apologies than the manager was and it wasnt even his fault, he was blameless.But Ill never be back and Im telling everyone my experience with the front people.

I might say 4, but looking at all the hateful reviews Im going to say 5. Theyve made mistakes. Human like I. Cant help everyone that failed to plan, but they try and for they I commend them. It been offered rides and other help when things went awry. But quality is great. I drive an Audi A-6, and they are one of 3 places Ill go to. Ive seen the way the angry reviewers treat these guys and its too bad they cant review the customersReality is that auto repairs arent all created equal. I cant say enough about the help from Curtis and the rest of the team here. Keep it up guys

Best service Ive ever had with my vehicle!Ive been using them ever since Ive been in town a couple years. My most recent visit however, my car ended up taking a few days longer to complete. Everyone makes mistakes, but its how the situation is handled is what really matters.They went above and beyond to ensure I had a temporary vehicle in the meantime and updated me often. Mainly Curtis, but front desk in general was very friendly and accommodating to all my requests and questions.My car is now in much better shape than it was when I brought it in with brand new parts, and I cant thank Curtis and the crew enough for everything theyve done! You guys are awesome and I will forever be a loyal customer 😊

I have not been satisfied with the Warrensburg office. The front desk reps are very friendly but the shop employees dont seem to know what they are doing and there is always new faces when I go in.I dont leave reviews ever, especially bad ones but I have to warn people.There is a lot to say but I will start with my most recent experiences. I had them put 2 new tires on, one was leaking air so I figured once I put new tires on the problem would go away. Sadly it didnt, so I returned after finding out it was leaking from the beed of the tire. After 2 hours, they sent me on my way and charged me $20 to have my tire leak air quicker.😠The added pic is directly where the tire was leaking air from before. I work in maintenance at a factory. If it was my first day at a tire shop, and the customer knew it was leaking from the beed, and I find that to be true, I would only look at at this rim for a second to realize that this is the problem and would only take 2 min to clean up with a wire wheel on a grinder.Before this it was wobbly tires and a burnt up starter, I tried to give them many chances but the negligence of this tire problem was the last straw and will not be returning.

Fast and professional! Also the store manager gave me a discount on my ac refill when they figured out that my ac was busted. I appreciate their integrity.

Always a reliable and efficient team working here! Even if its a last minute emergency situation, theyve worked to get us in. Everytime weve come up for any type of maintenance or repair, its always honest and considerate work from the mechanics and technicians. A tire on my Zero Turn broke the bead when loading on a trailer. I stopped by Big O tires in Warrensburg and spoke with Curtis. He was able to refill the tire without removing it. He also volunteered to check the air in the other three tires. This is my second visit to this store (for two separate issues) and Ive been treated the same was both times. Ill continue to support them!

Very friendly and fast service

Ruined brand new wheels, cross threaded 2 studs and just left the lugs off without saying anything...we pull a 40ft 5th wheel if something would of happened they would be completely liable for damages. I would rather go to a shade tree mechanic then go back to them.

Only reason for 2 stars is theyve patched my tires before. Got recommended to go here for an alignment. Waited 3 and a half hours for it so if assume it would be good, i understand i lowered my car more but i didnt expect yall to make my ride quality even worse. Steering wheel still pulls slightly to the right and steering wheel shakes like theres an earthquake in California. Dude at the front told me he test drove it but obviously didnt take it over 35mph . I value my car as im a huge enthusiast and this just pisses me off . Wont recommended getting an alignment done there

Came in one day to have my free tire repair. They were too busy. Made an appointment for the next day, told it would take 30-40 min. Been here 1:30 hours so far. For removing a nail. Waited 49 min just for my car to be looked at. With an appointment.

I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment time and they got me right in! Everybody was super friendly, professional, and courteous. I was out within thirty minutes. Couldn’t be more thankful for this wonderful experience! Will be returning.

Had appointment, came in, they had truck for 1.5 hrs, I return to wait it out, they inform me that the tires did not arrive. Very poor customer service and communication.UPDATE: RETURNED AFTER 6 MONTHS ON 6/18….SAME GARBAGE SERVICE. THIS TIME BRAKES, HAD IT FOR 4 HRS, NEVER CALLED BUT LIED STATING THEY DID, AND DID NOTHING !! SAID THERE WAS MORE TO IT YET I TOLD THEM TO DO FRONT AND REAR PADS AND ALIGNMENT, YET THEY DID NOTHING!!! NOW THE BIG O CARD GOES IN THE SHREDDER AND ILL NEVER RETURN. WHAT A PATHETIC BUSINESS.

I would give you 0 stars if it would let me!!! This place has the worst customer service. Ive been here a couple times and will never go back. Yesterday, unfortunately my daughter just figured out as well, how bad this place is. She drops off a car for a simple oil change at 0930. Shes told that they can squeeze it in but it will take a couple hours. She decides thats fine with her. She doesnt hear back from anyone and so she calls at 1430 to find out what is going on. She is told that her car still hasnt been done. At this point she is getting close to having to be at work herself (1600). At 1530 she calls again and was told that her car still hasnt be done. Shes now going to be late for work and hasnt had a chance to get her work clothes from home. So, she had to go out and buy a new belt for work because her belt was at home. Shes then told that they can get to it shortly and theyll bring it to her work. This is unacceptable. So shes late to work and she still doesnt have the car. At 1730, someone brings her the car and they still charged her for the oil change! This place is terrible. You mean to tell me that this is an acceptable business policy? Im sorry, but if your shop is so over booked, tell people you dont have time and either send them away or schedule them for another day. Dont waste peoples time. It took 8 hours for a 30 minute oil change!!! Its ok to say no, because wasting our time is just downright uncalled for. This place is the worst place in Warrensburg! Flat out, the worst car place!!! Ill never go here again. You wait forever for you car to be ready, appointment or not. If you value your time, DONT take your vehicle here!!!

Dropped my car off at 1:05pm was told it’d be an hour and a half. Came back around 2:40 and saw my car still in the lot with the same tires on it. They said give them 30 minutes and they’d have it done. Came back an hour later (3:40pm) and car still wasn’t finished. If I’m spending hundreds of dollars, I’d appreciate more respect for my time. Expect to wait an additional 2 hours more than what they say.

I took my car in to have my tire repaired, as it had a nail in it. From the first time I called them, they were extremely helpful, genuine, and kind. Specifically, Damian was incredible to work with, and he even offered to give me a ride to work when I dropped my car off. Damian asked what time I would be picking the car up, and when I went to get it, they had pulled the car out front and it was waiting for me. Altogether, fantastic experience; great people who did great work at a fair price!

I was there for almost 3 hours for pretty routine work. Got my tires rotated and balanced, THEN they upsold me on new tires, which they mounted and balanced. That basically cancels out the previous balance and rotation. I was charged for both balancings and the useless tire rotation. Im giving 3 stars because the work seems to have at least been done correctly. Not giving 5 stars because of the charges for unnecessary work amd the long wait.

Every time I go in there theyre so nice so family oriented it is still important hey they break it down let you know whats happening and how much its going to cost my first impression was very clean place very professional and courteous I love that

First time going here and had a great experience. I only came in for a vehicle check, but had wonderful customer service from Curtis! He spoke with me after about my vehicle and gave me all the information I needed. HIGHLY recommend them for their service and great attitudes.

I don’t post bad reviews very often but I’m tired of this place.Last time I was there, they worked my car in at 2:30 and told me to give them a few hours. Next thing I know it’s 6, their closing time, and I still haven’t heard anything back. So I call, luckily they answer, and they say it’s been done and someone must have forgotten to let me know. So they were just going to leave my car there overnight I guess?This time, I had a simple tire patch appointment at 10. 11 came and someone walks in for their appointment. Next thing I know it’s 11:45 and the person with the 11 appt is being checked out. So I finally ask about my car and they say it’s almost done, but I also heard them say they forgot to check me in.Mistakes are one thing, but inconsistency and forgetfulness is apparently a norm here. Will not be returning after my 4th try.

Ive been going here for a long time now and each time I step into the store by them how a friend would. It is reassuring to have them there with knowledge of the products and knowing they have used them as well. Ive never left uneasy and I am always happy to return their store.

Went to big o with my 2 year old for a vehicle inspection at 1:00. The employee told me they were backed up and could not get to me until 2:00. I asked for a 2:00 appointment and and the employee agreed. Before leaving to take my child to the park I watched another customer come in and ask about buying some tires. Big o sold the tires and started work on the vehicle immediately. I returned to big o at 1:55 for my 2:00 appointment. When I asked for my inspection the employee immediately said they are booked and could not get to it for an hour. I let him know I had a 2:00 appointment and he said there was nothing in the computer. I pointed at the employee I talk to at 1:00 and he agreed to take my keys. I sat in the waiting room from 2:10 to 3:15.with a grumpy 2 year old....lots of fun! At 3:15 I saw them pull my truck into the bay. At 3:19 they pulled my truck out. I aware business can’t make money and actually looses money on inspections. However that is no reason to treat customers like this. Completely unacceptable and fails at so many levels. Missouri depart of transportation needs to know big o all but refuses to do inspections.

Overcharge and dont honor warranty as stated.

Husband went in to get a tire replaced which went fine but then the guy was saying how he should replace the other tire as well only for my husband to tell him that they are the ones that fitted that tire only last month! Lol. he changed his tune after that but then suggested an alignment. Like no buddy if youre gonna try pulling those tricks we will find somewhere else to go.

My daughter had an appointment I had her some tires picked out online scheduled last week. Shows up on Tuesday only to be told they dont carry that tire. Why have the tires on your website and add them to only find out that you wasted your time. They did try to sell her tires double the price. I wonder if this is a bait a switch type company?

Don’t go here and buy their house brand tires. I bought a set of four and didn’t last 25,000 miles. Wouldn’t even replace them. I spent $900. Thanks big o

I have always had good experiences here. Justin is friendly and professional. They have been pretty busy lately, so I would recommend making an appointment beforehand. The shop, lobby, and waiting area are nice and clean and all the mechanics know what theyre doing.

No regards to quotes times. Bust timelines every visit. If they state they can get a job done in an hour, expect 2-3 hours sitting in the waiting room waiting. I’ve been to this location three times, and each time they bust their time on job completion. Keep in mind these were scheduled appointments. Not just 10-30min but over an hour and more. My last visit was over 2 hours I waited in the waiting room for a job that was told to be complete in an hour or less.

Worst experience ever. bad customer service. expensive and and quality. All is bad. They don’t care about you are caring about. Like all you are gonna do is giving the money to them. And of course wait for giving them money.

They were able to work me in for an inspection on short notice on a Saturday (needed to get a newly purchased car inspected before leaving on a business trip). Quick and professional AND open all day Saturday!

Had a national account ARI vehicle. Arrived gave the gentleman my coupon for service and waited in the waiting room for 3 hrs!!!!!! For some reason after being at this location 3 previous occasions my info “never” got entered into system? BS! Finally the young man helping me came after 1.5 hrs of waiting and said sorta what was going on. 1,5 hr later truck was serviced and I was on my way. I had been there long enough that i ordered lunch from jimmy johns and ate it before service was complete. There was no offer of future discount or to pay for my lunch. Barely a “sorry “ we screwed up!

Love this place. My car runs so much better after they worked on it. I will recommend this place to everyone. The wait was a little long but worth every minute of it.

My appt started on time. The only personnel who spoke or said hello was my first contact whom I checked in with. Not until I asked them to check my brakes did 2 other personnel speak and acknowledged my existence as a paying customer. Poor customer service but I did get the service I requested plus a brake guarantee I didnt need but paid for.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. They took care of us, and continued to AFTER hours, just so we could get back on the road safely- as we share a car & both have jobs to get to- my husband being military. They were honest, kind & generous. They for sure go above and beyond like some of the other reviews say! I’d highly recommend their services.

The financial aspect of this shop showed me yes it really is to good to be true. The finance part charges 50 dollars to process your account but beware that doesnt count towards your purchase that you get to pay back in monthly payments but if not played in full within 60 days you get the privilege of paying in 12 payments

Very satisfied with Warrensburg Big O Tire. I purchased a set of 4 Michelin Defender XLT m+s for my 2018 GMC SIERRA 2500HD per their recommendation at a lower price to replace the Michelin XLT A/T² which came with the truck new. I didnt feel comfortable with the XLT m+s as they made the truck feel as it was swaying and swerving more on highways and dirt roads. I asked what options I had available to get back with 4 new XLT A/T² tires and they told me all I had to do was come back in when the XLT A/T² tires were delivered and just pay the difference of $199 for the tires I wanted. No hassle customer service and satisfaction at Warrensburg Big O Tire has restored my confidence in Big O Tire over my previous experience with another Big O store from the past. Thank you Joshua and John so much for your caring service.

I brought my in-laws van to have a tire replaced. Since my in-laws had a warranty. I waited 2 hrs just to be told they didnt have the tire I needed in stock. After I told them what was wrong and that the tire would have to be replaced. Id have thought they wouldve gotten right to the tire just to make sure they were able to do that replacement or at least schedule a time when they could do the job.

Wonderful customer service and go out of their way to fix our tires. Plus theyre fast.🤗🤗

Justin (both store manager and shop manager) were completely great! I had a new set of six put on my dually at another location. The next day the ride was irritating to say the least. I called the other location and then googled the Warrensburg location. Justin said he’d have time to find the problem and to just come in. I explain the wobbling and general bouncing in the rear end. They take the keys and just shy of an hour later both the shop manager and store manager come talk to me. The rear tires were considerably out of balance and should have never left the other locations shop...The location is clean and easy to find.The staff are knowledgeable and above courteous.The warranties are more than worth it.The products are top notch.

Drove my car here today for a simple oil change, 2 headlights and a serpentine belt. 3 hours later Im informed my car is no longer driveable and will cost me over 600 dollars for parts. I give this place ZERO stars.

Took my truck in to get aftermarket wheels and tires put on Curtis took care of me was super professional and made sure the new wheels were not scratched and done correctly highly recommended!

Made an appointment online and received confirmation via email that it and my tires I wanted would be there. Showed up for my appointment and...no appointment and no tires. They conveniently had some that were almost twice as much as the ones I ordered. Avoid.

Big Os work was decent. Timely manner and the guy who worked on my vehicle was knowledgeable. As far as Acima, who they finance through, complete scam. Misrepresented by Big O and you get screwed. It doubles after 90 days but I was told it just accrues interest. Dont do it!!

I waited 2 hours in their waiting room for them to replace a leaky cap. The worker that helped me, didnt even relay the msg to the technician that i wanted it swapped out and i knew this because after an hour of waiting, a different worker asked me what i wanted done with the vehicle i pulled up in because nothing had been done.

I called on Tuesday to find out they didn’t have any tires in my size I needed tires ASAP as one of mine was leaking the gentleman I talked to said he would call me back with some options on ordering... he never called back. So I called back to get an update decided to order some tires that would be in Wed or Thursday but they would call as soon as they came in. 2pm on Thursday I finally call and check on my tire order they say they have them and can get me in at 3:30 and told me it would only take an hour. Well it took over 2 hours I had to call someone to pick my kids up from daycare due to bring there so late. Poor communication and lack of respect for people’s time I will not recommend or return.
