The staff is very professional, polite, and knowledgeable at this location. They go out of their way to make things easier for me, which I really appreciate. There is often a bit of a wait at this location, but thats likely my own fault for never scheduling appointments and instead showing up as a walk in.
Manger in the automotive center always provides a personal touch. It means a lot when you expect to be treated on your ethical background living in city I live in. Always professional treatment. The other departments treat you has what I expected.
Left Out My Dipstick Which Blew Engine Oil all Over My New Pickup Engine and Got in Everything! Another time put in Their Cheap Refurbished Oil Instead of Mobil One Synthetic Which I Asked for! Another time after 4 NewTire Installation Failed to Reset Tire Maintenance in Computer!!! All Done at Warrensburg MO!!!
We did not use the auto department for anything. This Walmart needs to give Jeff from automotive a raise. We were parked in the parking lot having transmission issues and he offered us his help and knowledge out of the kindness of his heart. Hes a truly good human being! Thanks Jeff!!
Just got 4 new tires put on my car here. Dawn, the lady at the automotive counter, was so kind and went above and beyond, explaining all my options and explaining how much the fees were and what they were for, despite the store being super busy and hectic. I was very impressed with her professionalism and cheerfulness. Dawn, you deserve a cookie.

Well I must say I was there less than a hour, and that employee Austin there was the most helpful one there and kindness. Now Troy the manager okay best manager there at that . Thats the reason why I shall always travel 50 miles there to shop, even tho sedalia closer to me. That store is more cleaner, employees are friendlier, shelves always seem to be filled with items. And now the cart guy, cant remember his name but his the shorter guy . He helped me load my car when it was raining hard and held my umbrella while I got my kids into my car. Thank you Walmart for your overwhelming supporting team. Xoxo.

Amazing customer service
Complete waste of time. They never have enough people to get work done in a timely manner. Dropped vehicle off at 5 for a single tire repair. Asked how long it would take, they said they had 2 cars in the bays and 2 other cars in front of me. Showed back up 2 hours later and my car was still sitting in the spot I left it at. Went in and asked how long it would be before it was done and was told they had 2 cars in the bays and 2 cars still in front of me. Total time for a simple flat replacement...3 1/2 hours. And I will be the one putting the spare tire back under the car because why would they do it.
I went to get an oil change yesterday probably around 3:30 or 4pm and i had never gone to Walmart for an oil change and i know very little about cars in general, but when i say every single member of the Walmart auto center was helpful i mean every single member. They changed my oil, put air in tires and changed my air filter all in 9 min! It was insane! Very thankful for the crew working yesterday thank you!!
The time they took to get my car in the shop and change two tires was 3 hours. Way to long to wait!
After Walmart changed the oil, the oil cap was discovered off when the low oil indicator came on after most of the oil had blown out of the engine; they refilled it with oil but the engine was ruined and the store claimed $1000 compensation limit (on a $2500 repair), so, I was referred to corporate. Corporate’s offer was to pay half on a used engine (less than the original store offer of $1000.) I understand mistakes happen but stand behind your work.
Poor customer service. The service manager was rude when questioned about an inspection. I requested my tires to be rotated with the oil change because my tire pressure light was on. When I received my car back, the warning light was still on so I called back and asked if the tires had been balanced with the rotation. I was informed that they only rotated the tires. Not really sure what ethical mechanic would rotate tires and not bother to check tire pressure or make sure they were balanced.
When I asked the guy how long it was going take before it would be done, he said that it was going to be awhile because there are a few tires to be fixed ahead of yours. Well I did have a small amount of shopping to do so I told him that I would be in the store. When I finished my shopping that I was doing kinda slowly, I checked out and decided to just wait in the waiting area that automotive has. But right when I got there the auto tech came up to their counter and gave the checkout guy my key and the paperwork to be put with the Done work. Wow I have great timing, lol. I really thought it was going to take at least an hour, with the way the guy was talking at the beginning. And very polite and Very Professional with a smile, Id like to add. But, from the time I dropped off my key at the start to by the time that I got my paperwork, my key and I got checked out of the automotive department it was Only 30 minutes. They did some good tire work and I appreciate the timely service as well - Thanks guys!!
DO NOT come here if you can help it. I dropped my car off at 1:20 for a simple oil change and I am just now picking it up at 5:00. They told me it would take only 40 minutes. This has been true the last 3 times I have been here. The workers are lazy and do not want to do any work. Again, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!
When in to the store stating I had carried in a set of tires that I wanted move from one set of wheels to another. Told him they were older tires for a trailer. While waiting I observed the workers in the automotive department standing around talking and looking like the head no idea what they were doing. After waiting 5 full hours they proceeded to tell me they could not change my tires to the other rams because my tires was too old. Could they not have stated this when I told them that in the beginning.
Bought 4 tires last year, paid extra for lifetime balance and rotate. Took it there and they wouldnt do that because they said the edge of tire tread was too low. Wouldnt switch the tire because they said they were afraid a ball joint may fall off. Nothing they could do about any of it. Will not buy tires from Walmart again. Should have known better. On a positive note, the guy Chris at the counter was friendly.
Took riding more battery in to be checked and the battery in to be checked and my receipt did not match the battery. Was told the battery is only good for 90 days. Cant win. Got to buy a new battery.
Needed a simple taillight replacement and installation and 20 mins later it was done. Couldnt ask for better service. Fast and cheap.
There is typically a line of people here waiting to have their vehicle serviced. It takes 10-15 minutes to be seen by an employee. The employees arent very well organized with paperwork. Then its a 1-2 hour wait for service. The issue that upset me most was when I got in my car after a tire rotation and balance, and there was grease/oil all over the steering wheel, shifter knob, car door handle, and armrests. I also got my remote key fob back with their service sticker adhesive all over it. Overall, the only positive about this service is the price and location. There are many negatives. My tires havent stayed balanced very long when this location does the work.
Friendly service. Even though it took 2 hours to complete a tire replacement and an oil change I was impressed with their time since they only had 2 of the 6 technicians that were suppose to be working that day.
We replaced our back tires at $165 and they didnt even inflate them. Tires were both at 20 PSI when we pulled into a gas station to inflate BRAND NEW TIRES. We called to let them know, and instead of owning up to it they tries to pass off that it might be a problem with our rims. Right, 3 minutes after youre done with our tires the Tire pressure sensor light is on and an hour of driving after WE inflated them theyre both fine. Thanks but no thanks to Walmart Auto in Warrensburg.

Had absolutely no idea what they were doing with tires, took in with vibration problem (all other problems were ruled out prior to), came out a lot worse after they were asked to balance them.Also asked for them to check for bad tires and then they can find nothing. I was only there as that is where the tires were purchased that were on the car. Took elsewhere and bought tires when they were able to point out exactly what was wrong with them. Will never be back. Witnessed 2 people that had missing valve stem covers after their service was complete. One had to purchase new ones just to get out of there and one was in there picking theirs up that they found .
While the sign indicates open at 7:00 they are not really ready for business until at least 7:30. Computer system between stores do not recognize their own work history. Had the repeat name and number multiple times. The only customer in the place and so far its been an hour.
Terrible service. The manager Jeff was not helpful when I had an issue with their service. They messed with the settings in my car, changed the audio input, messed with my navigation, and didn’t even plug the tire correctly! I will never come here again.

I have never seen people move so slow in my life I was told two hours for a carry in tire it ended up taking four hours, it looks like they were getting about one oil change done per hour

Very unorganized, can never find previous work done in there computer system. Customer service is not very good. No communication skills. Say one thing one day different story the next. Service has gone downhill on the last few years.
They didnt put ANY air in our new tires we purchased! Low tire pressure warnings after we started the car and they were so low I was surprised we could drive!!
Not only did they change to where you cant schedule an appointment, but the time it takes them to do simple tasks is absurd. I waited two hours for an oil change only one person in front of me, not only did they not put a new sticker on my window but they left the plastic on the seat and floor and seat adjusted in more ways then they needed. They also checked my tires and lost two of my stem caps. Very unprofessional.

Fixed my tire in under a hour! Was scared because most of the workers looked like they were in high school but I’m happy that they knew what they were doing!

Honestly the worst. Came in for an oil and tire change and was told there was 2 cars ahead of me and it would take an hour and a half. Sat there for over 4 hours. Go to Marloft’s in Clinton instead.
