The customer service is rude. This isnt the first time this happened. Half the time I call I get a snobby female rep on the phone and she is always very dry and short with me and I dont know why. I had set a service call up to have my mower fixed(that I purchased from them) and was told I would have it picked up early that next week and so I called to get an update and she said I have not called the pick up guy yet and I will let you know when I do in a very annoyed voice. No thank you for your patience, nothing.To me, I need more than that answer. Is it going to be today, tomorrow? Anything besides I will let you know Just feel like Im always a bother than a customer.

When called to check on a saw that has be there for two weeks the lady was very rude and unhelpful. No update on it just its not done.

Went there looking for a gasket. Didnt have what i was looking for, which is understandable. Said they could order one for me. I then asked if they sold sheets so i could cut my own. Was told you cant buy those because they contain asbestos. Hmmm. Went to Oreillys and sure enough they had the sheets. I dont really like shopping big chain stores, I prefer small local businesses. Watch out for this one, they just might try to jew ya.
