Always a good place to find good quality hair dye and hair products! I especially love their jewelry; I buy the little hoop earrings cause I have a nickel allergy and they work perfectly

Everything was good till I went to pay. I was asked if I wanted a bag for my purchase. I had bought 8 different items. I said yes please and was told they were 15 cent each. Really. Not even a reusable one . I think that is crazy.

I arrived at the store 30 minutes before closing and the door was locked. The lights are on and nobody is answering the phone!

I love coming into this store to buy hair supplies! Last time I visited a very helpful guy (whom I can’t remember the name of :( ) helped me find the proper hair tools and brands in order to take my hair darker! He was super friendly and had the most fabulous hair himself. I’ll be back next time I want to do my hair for sure!

I have been a licensed cosmetologist in 2 states last 21 yrs. Josh the store manager is my go to person for honest opinion and makes my life so much easier as I am running my own salon now. He calls me when sales are going on, up sells on things he knows I probably will need. Abd the other employees are just as cool. All of them have been like my home away from home on this crazy journey!!!

Came in for color and some hair addition pieces. I’m a cosmo student and at the old location I have always gotten my student discount. Today I couldn’t remember what the student discount was and the lady said she didn’t know so I figured she would just check when I gave her my phone number to ring me up. She gave me my total and I asked her if that included my student discount and she blatantly lied and said yes. My receipt says otherwise (the regular beauty member discount). I feel like I was treated like a moron. I’ll just have go start going to salon centric instead I guess.

I have never been to a store that actually tells customers “just so you know we close at 8:00”. I was ready to make a purchase and put it away. I’ll happily go elsewhere from now on.

Store hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 8pm, but when we got there they were still closed. Had to call and the phone rang about 30 times before a girls answered and said shed open the store in 5 minutes. 9:20 am she finally opened the doors. Ridiculous
