Apparently this company just cuts your fckn plumbing lines in half when you ask for a closing. It’s up to the technician on how to close the pool. Wish I would’ve known that was considered a form of standard protocol. I would’ve sent my one armed brother out there with a chainsaw and said just saw that sht in half brotha. First off they tried to brib us saying they wont help us now unless we pull our bad review! We will not be BULLIED by this company! This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Bought a $89 pool filter (before tax) came home and the filter started making a bunch of noise, put my old one back in and no noise! Tried to take it back the next day with receipt and was told to come back a different day when another woman would be there. Came back another day with receipt and they refuse to give money back or a new filter! They are saying because its used they cant take it back!! Are you serious??! Of course we had to put it in the see that it was defective!!! This doesnt make any sense, we spent $100 there and they turn their cold shoulder like their customers DO NOT MATTER, THEY GOT THEIR MONEY THATS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT! SPREAD THE WORD TREDWAY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND WILL NOT TAKE BACK FAULTY EQUIPMENT THAT THEY SELL!!!

Paid to have my pool and spa closed. Almost two months later they call and say they can’t close an in ground pool. I would think they knew that when I paid them.
