Called for a product that is shown online. Was told they dont carry it. Wow. So guess Im not calling a Culligan Man.

The lady at the Culligan was very nice, I would have given 5 stars, but they did not have our water filter, she said they were waiting for cases of it to come in, so I went to Culligan in Kendallville which was much farther for me to drive.

Very easy and fluid to sign up for a new softener and they installed it promptly. They worked around my busy schedule and were polite. Definitely recommend them.
