Love menards! Not just good prices on tools and home improvement supplies. They offer groceries at great prices too

I was not happy that a vinyl siding product I came in to get was not available even though the web site said it was. I was told this particular product was a special order and would take 3 weeks to get. I only needed 10 sheets of this siding. However, the manager took some time to find a location that had 45 plus sheets of the siding returned that I could get. Even though I wasnt happy with them not having what I needed the manager did go above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I do appreciate the manager doing this for me.

Im so jealous, this Menards has way more storage/organizational tools than any of the ones near me. It was like a dream...I wanted to buy so many shelving units. Ill probably make the hour trip just to shop there again.

Always have had a better experience at Menards than other similar type stores. In particular: easier to find help. Help is more knowledgeable about products. Lumber is crazy pricey, but thats the trend everywhere in 2021. I have best experiences at the Goshen, IN store.

The Warsaw Menards had the only Champion 7 ton log splitter in the area it was discontinued and on sale! So my wife and I went in cash in hand to purchase this little log splitter that would be perfect for the small amount of wood I split per year. It was a floor model so my wife hagled on the price abit. I noticed that the suction hose was missing and asked if it could be in the original box from when they put the log splitter together. The young man we were dealing with takes off and comes back with an older gentleman who proceeds to tell us that due to that 3 dollar 10in piece of clear hose that was missing he couldnt sell it to us ! Just BAM do not pass go do not collect 450 dollars ! I was beside myself I asked if I could goto the hose section get the right hose and put it on there myself that was a hard NO! I simply cannot believe that menards is ok with losing 450 dollars over a 3 dollar piece of hose, this interaction was barr none hands down the most unrealistic and unreasonable I have ever been treated in any store I have ever walked into. Menards you have lost my business forever over 3 dollars worth of hose, shame on you and this locations absolute lack of customer service.

We went there to get a push mower. They have a great selection to pick from. It took a little time to find the one we was looking for butt they had it at s great price.

I’ve been a loyal Menards customer for well over 15 years, and have worked in customer service for just as long. This evening My wife and I went to pickup some lumber for a project at home. The customer service representative proceeded to argue with my wife that the price of their junk lumber was not correct. After waiting almost ten minutes a manager told us it was close and proceeded to ring them up at a higher price. If this weren’t bad enough I couldn’t get out truck backed in to the loading dock because card had been parked there well over thirty minutes. This is the third time this has happened in two months, and needless to say I will be shopping at Lowe’s from now on. Menards used to be a better store than this, but they have clearly lowered their standards and I am appalled.

As I was walking through I was stopped to be asked if I had a mask. I told them no they told me they had them for sale. I told them Ill just go somewhere else. As I was leaving I saw no less than 5 employees incorrectly wearing their masks or not having one on at all. So I gathered that they are only trying to make money off the public than the health and safety of the public. Go to Lowes the employees are way more polite and helpful. Also you dont have to wear a face mask if you dont want, but they provide them FREE for their customers who do want to. Lowes knows how to treat their customers.

Worst Menards I have ever been to. Rude staff in the paint department. I had to mention to her that customer could hear her talking about customers and it wasnt professional. Then we needed treated plywood and most of the stuff was warped and had mold on it. Last but not least we watched three guys standing around talking amongst each other while my husband and I loaded our own lumber. Of course I was talking about how they werent even trying to help, and low and behold one of them came rolling up on a fork lift AFTER we had it done. The only good experience was the nice older gentlemen and the gate was nice. Never ever will we go back there. Awful place!!

Menards is a good store, but they can be super pricey. For the most part its a good store with a wide variety of tools, cabinet stuff, safes, etc. They do got a good selection.Friendly staff and most are helpful, but some of the employees just look like they are only there to do the lest possible to get paid

My boyfriend was asked if he had a mask and if not that they had them for sale up front. This makes me angry for a couple of reasons. First, the governor has said that it is at our discretion should we choose to wear a mask. Next, he could have a medical condition that prevents him from wearing one in the first place. And lastly, forcing people to do something against their will is against their constitutional rights. Bad news for menards, we are remodeling and will now be taking ALL of our business to Lowe’s.

I have had both of my Covid19 vaccinations (Pfiser) and the credentials to prove it. Since that seems to make no difference to you that I can neigther transmit the virus or contract it I am choosing to end all purchasing at your store. Remember the CDC does not require masks for me, so I guess you have chosen the path to of loosing business. Bye

Absolutely horrible- weve spent alot of money in the last few months here. The mandated mask thing was lifted- we go in there again tonight to drop a few hundred at least I bet and get cornered by an employee stating we have to wear a mask..not only that but he was extremely rude about....um no...we left our cart right there with a few items in it and we are taking our business elsewhere.

Lowes had same grill for same price not counting 11%. But Lowes has 5% and delivers for free if above 400$ where Menards charges 80$ for delivery. Menards will not set it up for you where Lowes will. So fore the 60$ we would of saved going through Menards it cost more on top of it to be delivered and not being put together.

Ive shopped here since they opened for a majority of my home improvement items over the years. I have had to dramatically lower my expectations to continue to be satisfied with their customer service. I have had countless times their inventory shows an item is in stock and its not and has to be ordered. Dozens of times I have had to correct the cashier/guard how to properly checkout a special order or pick-list order. Their lumber selection is definitely second-hand. Yes, they have select lumber, but you have to search to find it. The staff all seem to take break/lunch at the same time and its a rarity to find someone who actually knows what they are talking about. Ive had my fair-share of teaching sessions over the years. This was all pre-COVID and post-COVID has brought about a whole other set of poor business decisions. I understand the concept of public safety and wanting your customer to feel safe. However, this corporation has gone to the extreme. I have seen first-hand them deny service to a son due to his father not wearing a mask as well as them force a medically exempt person to wear a mask under the claim of being a private company. After seeing their treatment of customers not wearing a mask, I cannot support a company with policies that are clearly a cover your own butt policy. Very disappointing...

Staff here is insane. Literally discriminatory and yell at you for having your mask bellow your nose when the staff do. This store management is beyond incompetent and couldnt manage a dollar tree if they tried. Will be taking our business to Lowes and will be telling others to do the same. The staff at Lowes is way more friendly.

Someone can take this idea and run with it, since Menards is always moving things around it would be helpful to have at least 6 small touch screen tablets spaced throughout the store for customers to type in what theyre looking for and show exact current location and quantity, this would save lots of time.

The younger employees are great on helping you find things I asked an older person and he said they didnt have it I ask a 20 year old and she pulled out her cell phone and said follow me and took me straight to it so u ask the youth for help that impressed me

Needed to return a gas weed eater. They wont take gas powered stuff back if you put gas in it. How are we supposed to know if it works if you dont put fuel in. Also be careful when returning items they dont give you what you paid. I had to go in twice to get the correct amount,still didnt get it,even if they took off 11%. Well be finding somewhere else to shop.

Horrible place to shop. If they didn’t have a mask policy in place I would shop there. But I’m done shopping there I’m taking my business to small business. These big businesses have never had the good of our community at heart anyways.

Theyre nice there and plenty of checkout lanes are open. They didnt have something we needed and it freaked me out that they were tearing down the Christmas displays and its only December 7th.... Its a clean store and they had key lime la croix today 🙌👏❣️

I forgot my mask, was not stopped until I was ready to check out. I would have purchased one at the door like most places have but no one was there at the entrance . Finished my shopping and I was approached by a manager he began telling my to leave, I could order online, he would not allow me to check put . Followed me to the door and told employees not to let me in . I told him I have no problem purchasing a mask I was denied that option. I was berated all the way to the door for no mask. Had I have stopped real fast this man would have been right up on me. My husband who had his mask was with me . He checked out as me with half a lung stood outside in the cold wind . I will never go to this location again .

If I could give this a zero star review I would. And I will NEVER shop at a Menards again! I encountered an extremely rude employee who treated me like a 2 year old. Their mask policy is completely ridiculous and I will not spend my hard earned money at a store like that.

My experience there was awful . Corey the gm accused me of stealing . He said he watched me put stuff in my pocket . I emptied my pockets cuz I didnt have anything. And he was real quick to change his story. I will never shop there again. Lowes is down the road

I gave one star because I cant give 0. I attempted to purchase some items that were on clearance and followed the signage that indicated there was a percentage off on the 27th of December. When I got to the register I was informed that the signage on the items was incorrect and that the price they were charging me was more than the clearance price that was on the item after the percentage was taken off. We were then led to a very rude lady at a service desk in the tool area Who stated to me in no certain terms that if I didnt like the price I didnt have to purchase them. Then I sent an email to customer service who basically told me they reserve the right to change their prices at any time period. That was the final straw with my dissatisfaction at Menards stores. I left the store and went to the nearby Lowes store where the people were very nice and things work priced accordingly. I am done with Menards especially the Warsaw Menards it is poorly managed dirrty and the people are very unfriendly.

Their customer service is always at the bottom of the barrel. I repeatedly feel treated poorly when leaving there. The guys in the back near electric or plumbing and painting might help you find something but when you get to check out, they are sure to let you know how low they regard you. I used to need help bagging with a toddler running off. Now they just refuse to let me finish bagging before ringing some one else up, so that person has to stand right next to me to get their receipt. Seriously, they cant just help you or give you a second. Bad attitudes all around.

I have asthma and it states in the mandatory masks health issues exempt and they mad me buy a mask and put it on or they were going to throw me out almost passed out from not being able to breath..... but gave a 2 cuz there were 2 out standing employees that were a great help with my over 2000 $ purchase. But I have never been treated so rude by one of the employee I will not be going back unless he is fired.

From the manager Josh, to the young man greeting at.the door, they were rude. The treatment of the disabled was beyond imagination. When asked to, they refused to apologize and let me know that I could leave if I didnt like the way that I was treated, so, I went to Lowes, and will continue to do so in the future. Please do yourself a favor and just go straight to Lowes.

Awesome associates the store is clean they are people friendly!! Walmart and Lowes both turned me and my son away for no reason. Menards has been great to us and as I said very friendly and they are willing to help. I would recommend this store over any other in town honestly they know what they are talking about if you have any questions and are needing help with ANYTHING they know their stuff! If I could give them 10 stars I would! As for all the negative reviews Im seeing these comments are very false! Im in here everyday and can see that the associates are great people and willing to help!

Giving one star because of the lady who works in the cabinets and appliance area because she was outstanding. If I could, I would give it negative stars because of the other employees and manager who have little to zero respect for customers who are shopping, and especially even lower respect for those who have health conditions and are disabled. I went there tonight with my fiancé to buy things to remodel our home, all in all probably would’ve spent a few thousand dollars here when we were done, but a certain short red head back in the paint area wanted to be very rude and disrespectful to my disabled father who has health issues especially while wearing a mask. He wore his mask until we were not around anyone (we were upstairs looking at cabinets on display) and we were alone, so he took his mask off for a few minutes so he could get his breathing under control until an employee walked around the corner, he went to put his mask back on and she got very rude very quickly with him. Tried to talk to the manager and all he could do was raise his voice on the phone and be disrespectful as well. Needless to say our business will be taken to Lowe’s and Home Depot for now on. Thanks menards you just saved me a couple thousand dollars tonight for us not buying your products!

Staff is always willing to help. Always a good amount of what you need in stock. Special orders could use some help but still not keeping me from placing more special orders.

Today I went to Menards, in need of some great customer service. I had a faucet that was leaking and broken, but covered under the manufacturers 10 year warranty. I had contacted the company for a repair part once before, they sent the part in the mail, but a few months later, it was broken again. I just wanted a new one or my money back. I couldnt wait on the company to send me a repair kit. It was the kitchen sink, after all. I didnt have the receipt because it had been a year since the purchase. After talking with a few employees, they agreed to replace the entire faucet. I walked away with a new faucet, and they took care of the old one. I dont shop at this Menards often, but I will be a more frequent customer now. Thanks for taking care of the customer!

Store employees were very helpful But the rebate is a scam if you want a rebate its just not worth the trouble a 11 percent discount option requires printing so have a printer at home, a computer to download a form mail so have a stamp, and time to fill out form and have it mailed in by a 3 day period. Menards really need to advance there tech.

Beware of the mask patrol. lots of self important people patrolling and trying to enforce mask wearing. if they would put as much effort into helping customers as they do in trying to enforce wearing masks, it would be a good store, other than wasting lots of time trying to get your large items out of fort knox (the out back of the store).

Unable to get consistancy on delivery and availability after placing a large stone paver order, over due 3 weeks out. Cancelled order at Warsaw IN Menards,Called Goshen IN Menards and order is completed and delivers in 3 days.Not able to believe time line and availability from Warsaw IN Menards.

My wife and daughter went to the Warsaw store to pick up some siding for our project. She wasnt sure were everything was. A employee by the name Christian Cousins helped her every step of the way. Even though it was getting close to closing, he didnt rush them or act rude to them. I am thankful to him and this store that continues to impress me.

I have always enjoyed getting things from here until I started special ordering things for the house. Every time I pull around back to get my order the people are generally helpful but dont really know where all my stuff is and I have to wait for an hour to 30 minutes for them to find it, and sometimes its just as easy for me to find it for them because faster. I wish they would do a better job at having things more organized.

The store itself is great. Just what you expect from a Menards. The manager on duty was totally rude! But dont let that take away from the great Menards experience.
