I have been going to Walmart vision Center for years. I tried another place once when our insurance changed, and ended up paying more than I would have without the insurance at Walmart, and I missed Dr. Nix. I appreciate his sense of humor and I trust his stellar record of professional competence.Sam is an amazing Manager, and I have always been super happy with the kindcustomer service and high quality of work I have received from him and his well trained staff.The large selection of frames gives you many options in style and price range....happy customer!

Just found out after April 11th the Warsaw Vision Center will no longer take our insurance(Medicare & United Healthcare)for exam we have to Pay$60 out of pocket! All the rest is covered FYI?!

Great if you don’t question anything. This was my third pair of glasses and the first two were perfect the first time, but we had a tough time getting my left eye script right and during my second visit two of the ladies got very short and much less than helpful, simply done messing with me.Will never do business here again. Tough to deal with when you need their help. Bummed.

Terrific experience. I went in first thing in the morning to check their hours and make an appointment for an eye exam and they were able to get me in a couple hours later. Everyone was really nice and extremely helpful and it was a ton cheaper than the eye doctor I went to get my last glasses prescription. Stress free experience. Will definitely be going back.

Two of the female employees did their best to make things correct, but overall horrible experience. It took 5 trips to ultimately get a refund for glasses that they were never able to get right.

I absolutely love the Warsaw Walmart Vision Center! In the past month I have purchased perscription safety glasses, sun glasses, and frames. I worked with Sam and Mae, who were absolutely amazing. Sam is one of the best employees that Warsaw Vision Center has and they are very lucky to have such a wonderful worker. They work with you and are very patient. I wont go anywhere else.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Dr is crotchety and makes you feel rushed. Definitely seemed to hate his job. When I was there I only saw one other patient so I’m unsure as to why he was in such a hurry. Staff seems very disorganized and limited as far as helpfulness. They are horrible at communication. Go to a reputable eye clinic and skip this place. I only went here because they could get me in same day and now I see why they have so many open appointments.

Good experience.

Lat time I picked up gladses..had to wait 15 minutes. Was the only person there..guy was in back room. Came out and basically tossed glasses at me. Then scurried back to whatever he was doing in storage room. Now,I was told they lost my order for frames and lenses..so 8 would have to drive back and do the whole process over. This after being told I could call and tell them to go forward with order any time. Good bye Wal-Mart eye center. Your customers are not cattle.

The doctor is great, the staff, not so great.
