The vacuum repair and salesman was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. My home is 10 times cleaner with my new vacuum. Forget false Amazon reviews, I will only shop here from now on.

I own a cleaning company and needed emergency repair on one of our commercial units. These guys had me in and out in less than 15 minutes.Top quality is hard to find.

We love this repair shop! They have done great work on our vacuum, sewing machine, and even a coffee maker I brought to them! When I found out the coffeemaker had a $500 replacement value, I thought I would try to get it repaired. He gave me a strange look when I dropped it off and I told him I bet he could do it. He replaced a switch that was even better than the old one! Thanks for your great service!

Ive now live in Colorado.I bought a Simplicity vacuum at Lowery > 5 years ago and now have questions @ getting replacement parts (online search failed). After contacting an unhelpful vacuum repair shop near me, whose only option was bring in the vacuum for an estimate, I called Lowery. The gent at Lowery Sewing and Vacuum Center was GREAT! He explained this vacuum is discontinued and parts are no longer available. He saved me the time and trouble to load up my vacuum, haul to a shop and pay who-knows-what to find out parts arent available. Three cheers for Lowerys excellent customer service.

A little expensive for me

We love the customer service that Lowery’s provides. We purchased our last couple vacuums here and they are by far the best. I like how they take time with their customers to ensure we purchase what is best for our needs. This is a top notch, family owned store!

Having my sewing machine repaired and its going to take 2 weeks.

I appreciate everything Lowery Sewing does, I do not have any problems and I love their new website! I am not very computer savvy but when I went to look around I could see so much more and so much stuff. I went on there yesterday and saw so much- it was very interesting.

Love this store. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have the devices I need for my Janome, nice fabric and helpful ideas.

Great customer service. Sorry the other lady had a bad experience. It is not typical for customers to go away unhappy. They will make things right if you give them a chance to do so.

When I first moved to Warsaw back in 1966 Lowery was located next to Dairy Queen and the only fabric store in town. When I went in they helped me right away...I had just learned to sew. Ever since then I have bought all of my machines at Lowery as well as all of my daughters and daughter in-laws machines there too. I highly recommend Lowery Sewing.

I dont get my fabric anywhere else or go anywhere else. They are always so helpful if I need something. If I;m not sure what I need or I need some fabric cut they cut it to the size I need. They take the time to cut it. If there are several customers they just tell me they will cut it as soon as they help the others. I dont mind waiting for that. They always get to me quickly.

Great place for repairs. They corrected the timing and did general maintance on 1980s serger for a very reasonable price.Excellent selection of sewing notions and project hardware including some lingerie hardware, which is difficult to find. The quilts hung in the store make it worth a visit.

I have always had great experiences with Lowerys Sewing Center. They have a polite and knowledgeable staff. My wife goes there for all of her projects.

Very displeased with the business. Oh Kim now it has been here a long time....I took a vacuum in to have belt replaced. I already had bottom off, I just couldnt pull the tension to lock it in. They broke the handle.

Helpful, fun people and a nice selection of fabric and notions.

They dont care how long you hang out there- If you want to sit at a table and look at patterns its the place to go. I feel comfortable there and not in the way when I spend some time there.
