Technician David, was extremely informative, polite, and knowledgeable. He came prepared with appropriate filter and on time. David was a quality person with great people skills.
We have been using Quine-Freeman for 6 years. They have maintained our HVAC system and water heater, including installation of a new water heater. Their staff is courteous and knowledgeable. We have had Mike for a number of years who is great. Today Mike was called out on an emergency call and David arrived. He was new to me but I found out that he was just as courteous and knowledgeable as Mike. He gave us several recommendations for better utilization of our HVAC system. This information was very helpful. We will continue to use Quine-Freeman for all of our HVAC and water heater service. I recommend them highly.
We are a small business and we prefer to use other small businesses. The Quine -Freeman bunch are an outstanding group. We have used them for several years and they have 1) Installed, serviced and repaired for our clubhouses complete system. 2) they installed a new heat pump on our house and serviced our old furnace several times. 3) They installed our complete system for our new construction building for Two Bear Arms and again for our new addition. 4) last week they got me out of a jam and came out same day to install a new well pump for our house. we really love this company and all the wonderful employees. Great company and people !
My Air Conditioning went out during this super hot summer we are having. They got a person out to look at my AC within three hours and it was fixed in less than an hour. And the price was very very reasonable! Such nice and helpful customer service as well. They gave me tips on how to keep the AC running well during these 90+ days. Awesome!
Extremely rude. I called for an emergency service and the lady that answered the phone answered “hello” and I apologized and stated I must have had the wrong number. She then asked if I had an emergency and with what- I responded my furnace- she asked for my phone number and credit card number. I stated that I wasn’t comfortable giving my credit card number out without knowing a price of the after hours and trip charge- she was EXTREMELY RUDE. She stated how I would either give her the credit card number or not get service.I wasn’t opposed to payment- AT ALL. However there is no need to be so rude. Someone else who wasn’t RUDE- was paid the $400 that could have went to Quine however I won’t deal with that type of unprofessional behavior.

Brent was very honest and informative in guiding us to the best heating and air conditioning system for our needs! Their technicians are also very professional and courteous a great job cleaning up after a job!
We had a great experience with Quine Freeman. The technician, Jeff, was very thorough, and we could see that he cared about the quality of his work. They are very responsive - they sent someone out within two hours of our call, on one of the coldest days of the year. The office staff did a great job letting us know what to expect (both with scheduling and cost). Overall, I feel that this company is honest and easy to work with - we will be using them for our next furnace.

I was starting to worry! It was late summer abs I hadn’t found a company to install a heating system in my cottage…which had just a couple of baseboard heaters. A summer home that I’m going to live in year round. Oh, the choices we have made in the time of COVID. My dad, who lives around the corner, had Quine Freeman upgrade his heating system many years ago so I gave it a try.The office manager at estimated that it would take three weeks for me to even schedule an estimate. Lucky for me Brent called back within a week, came by the house in a couple more days, and gave me a thorough estimate within 48 hours.The supplier had the Gree ductless system I needed and as soon as it could be shipped, it was installed. Less than a week from accepting the proposal to completion of project. The crew was very pleasant and professional and placed drop cloths everywhere they stepped.I was unable to be present when they finished the job, but David made sure my father told me to schedule a demo of the new system. What a great thing. David provided thorough instructions so I can get the most out of my new set up. He answered every question I had about the manual. Been enjoying the dehumidifier so far this rainy fall.Thanks to the Quine Freeman team, I won’t freeze this winter. Planning to use their plumbing services too.
