Helpful staff, clean store, always have coupons, and i love all the kitchen gadgets!

Typical Bed Bath and Beyond, lots of good quality products that can sometimes be a bit pricey. The blackout curtains I got are a good example, but I still think it’s worth it. Still looking for the magic remotes in the “Beyond” section.

Customer service was okay did not have a big enough selection of bedding stuffI reasonable pricing

Very nice here, they remodeled and there seems to be a lot more room to walk around.

It was great! Not many people at all. Found what I was looking for plus a few other items. Floor associates were very kind and checked a few prices on some clearance items for me and the cashier was very helpful and patient with me and my coupons!

They had all the things we were looking for and the store was well organized.

The store looked like it was going out of business. Nothing in the front of the store in the seasonal section. There were 3 customers in the store and it took 15 minutes to check out.

Love Bed, Bath and Beyond, has pretty much everything...I always have coupons they take them all...associates are always available to assist when asked..

Don’t ever use “my funds”. They refused to let me use this money. Then I called Customer service that insisted I’d used it all when I only used $23.10 of the $50.00 they owed me. Ripped me off.

I went looking for bar stools, out of 200 online they only had 2. If you need a staff member they are informative but few are far between

Ive been to this store several times even though they have been lacking in supplies and short on staff due to this pandemic this store has always been clean and organize and always giving their best outstanding customer service.congratulation to this store and to their staff members for doing a wonderful incredible job maintaining their store clean and helping their customers

The Warwick location is the worst! Barely anything in stock, very little variety, practically empty. I have never seen a BB&B like it. Not likely to go there again. I was forced to go to this location because I cant cross the border into MA like usual due to their dictator of a Governor not allowing RI residents to shop there unless its groceries. I wont buy certain things online, I want to see them in person. Guess Ill wait until I go to my home state to visit family where freedom is in their air.

Customer service was terrible. No one could answer very basic questions on a few coffee makers. Trying to find help in an isle was like pulling teeth. This is why I generally shop online.

Great bargains, great discounts, outstanding customer service, and a large selection of merchandise. You also have the option to shop online or in-store, and they also have curb side pick-up.

Never shop BB&B without coupons. Remember, they accept all of their store coupons, including expired - so stack them.

You can easily forget what you went in here for and spend a couple hundred dollars lol but worth it

The people were very helpful and super friendly and courteous. However, they really need to keep their in-store stock updated on their website.Ex: According to their online stock, they had 0 of a certain coffee pot at this store..I decided to take a chance and drive there anyway. When I arrived, they had 22 in stock.If I went by what their website said, I may have gone to a different company to make my purchase.Bed Bath & Beyond... you really need to keep on top of this if you plan to be around for a while. You may have the finer quality products, but people will go elsewhere if they cant find what theyre looking for.

This store s@#ks. I called, been in and looked online for this item. Online says they have it, go in they dont. Its on the truck for friday, says the associate as he looks at his phone and didnt think I saw he was reading an article. I called the next time they said still out of stock. So now the associate and website lied. I told the women she might want to update it. 2 months finally bought it at Target. Im surprised only 40 of your stores are shutting down.

Great store. Awesome coupons. I usually buy major stuff from them now due to same price as major reatilers, but that 20% of is unbeatable.

Good location and solid stock. My only small complaint is that the clearance section is often very disorganized and messy.

They have a lot of interesting things inside bed bath & beyond but I find it quite expensive upon my shopping aventures I come crust weird things in their store that are unique and here one of them

I was asked if I wanted to purchase a program for 30 bucks that would give me 20 % off for a year. I said sure. Then I was told you need to use your cell phone in order to get it and had to purchase it separately via credit card only because bed bath didnt manage the program. Really. All done here going forward.

Have all kinds of cookware along with bed and kitchen supplies. There prices are even cheaper to buy than Walmart with there coupons.

Spent nearly $400 dollars on bed sheets and they ripped after 4 months. Refused return as its 1 month out of the window. Way to stand behind the products you carry. I’ll be using Macy’s or Amazon from now on.

Really fun store with some amazing gift and home ideas. They recently added an International section and I can get UK chocolate. Yum ! Goods range from simple to expensive and elaborate. Be sure to always take your 20% vouchers for great deals. Love this store !

This one has a World Market which has tons of international food. They have the Twix from Japan that are green tea flavored. Poki of all kinds of flavors. Lots of British candy. All kinds of interesting fizzy drinks from abroad.

FRIDAY 04-12-19 Approx 9pm:The cashier & another women were EXTREMELY helpful to me. I had come in to pick up my online order & realized AFTER I left that I had inadvertently used the wrong credit card. This would have been a very awkwatd situation for me to deal with to say the least! I went back, explained my situation & asked if they would please refund the whole thing & re-ring it for me so I could use the correct one. Mind you, this was about 5 minutes before they closed, but she was more than happy to help me, did so with a smile & not one sign of being annoyed at being held up at all when Im sure that all the staff there were ready to close up & get out at 9pm on a Friday night! I was beyond appreciative! I have never had a bad experience at this store & the staff have always gone out of their way whenever Ive needed assistance, but to me this went above & beyond! I happily will continue to shop at this location & highly reccomend it to anyone thinking of doing so!

Staff is always very nice, Bed Bath & Beyond is a store that you go to get something you know you need or want so I think that is irrelevant to rate, but the workers always are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff seem unaware that people need assistance & appear put out when I asked them to reach something up high & where the ladies room is. They had some good sale prices.

This store had everything for the home. The prices were exceptionally high but, beauty and household products were cheaper then CVS, Walgreens and Walmart. I will stick to a cheaper place for comforters and appliances.

Over priced but it has some amazing things. I recently bought a big trunk and space bags. Both were amazing and helped me move!

Great products at great prices and if you sign up for email you get coupon and the paper coupons they mail you some times they honor them pass the expiration date I ask at the service desk before I shop if you have a kurgrig coffee maker you can get a good deal on the pods and use your 20% off coupon that was a Christmas gift last year to friends
