My alternator went out on my diesel motorhome while on vacation in california. I stopped at a napa and an oreillys but they didnt have the unit. I took it here and the owner knew what it was just looking at it and had new and rebuilt options in stock. He then drove me back to where the motorhome was parked on the other side of town so I could pay him and finish the repair. After he left, I realized I forgot some of the terminal nuts on the core Id left him. He realized also, and as I was about to call him he showed up with the parts. Great business and great people!
